Trash shop i do not recommend going here at all. Owner doesn’t even know what hes doing never received any receipts spent over 1,500$!! Beware dont waste your time !

Very professional. Excellent customer service. I took my 530i to ER Auto Repair and it needed alot of repairs.due to wear and tear. My vehicle has 208,000 miles on it. I have been coming to this shop for over 7 years. They do very good work. I have never had an issue. These people are extremely honest. The problem is that people are taking advantage if his niceness. They are bringing their vehicle for one thing and when he fix that they say something got broken and he was never made aware that they had an issue. I have seen him take money out of his own pocket to keep them happy. Customers leave their cars at the shop after repair for over a year and he never calls a TOW TRUCK to take their cars off the lot. There are a lot of people that want something for nothing. These people are honest. I have never had an issue. This shop has top of the line diagnostic equipment and his price will beat any other dealer or shop price. He has been taken advantage of. I have seen it first hand where he let's people pick up their car after service and pay him later, because he knows they need vehicle for work. Some never pay. SMH. They are good people. All reviews here are not true. 1st time I'm on here and 1 review I find it hard to believe. This is shameful that someone is trying to ruin a man's money making career

I don't know about everybody else, but for me it's always been a challenge to find that one place that you trust to help you when you most need it. ER Auto was recommended to me and I thank God for the recommendation. The owner super nice. Very accommodating. Very helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about their work and I will definitely be taking my cars back there again and again. If you're looking for an auto repair shop, especially one who specializes in foreign cars, I highly recommend.

Part 2 Because I paid this shop $930 and something appeared wrong with breaks I took car back and requested Remy drive and tell what is the problem. Would you believe the car needs rotors. Remy never initially or any other time stated there was a problem with rotors. How does a shop replace brakes without rotor replacement if needed. This shop appears to have become very shady over time. This shop will never work on another vehicle of ours or our friends. Part 1 Stopped by shop prior to leaving BMW with Remy. I shared the firmware needed to be updated. I had 9 error messages but the messages were false. Dropped vehicle off two weeks later to be fixed. Remy calls to say I needed brakes and a few other things. I ok’d service so I wouldn’t need to go to BMW. We picked car up and immediately notice firmware wasn’t updated. Honestly, Remy knew he wasn’t able to update firmware but didn’t tell us in spite of knowing I wouldn’t have him fix a few things and have BMW do the firmware makes no sense. I’ve since discovered ONLY BMW can flash firmware. So now our car’s firmware wasn’t updated and I had a bill of about $1000 and a new issue …..the cluster panel wasn’t working. Our BMW (NOW) was displaying 12 error messages. 😳 Remy tried to say the cluster panel wasn’t working when I dropped car off. People, the cluster panel displays, gas, speed, oil, and a few other things. How was we driving this car if these things didn’t work? We are senior citizens would have been too afraid to do that. Thank God I had pics on my phone which displayed cluster panel working after vehicle required firmware update. Cost of cluster panel $2200. We refused to pay knowing panel was working prior. Remy allowed us to use his vehicle until our BMW was repaired. The tires were NOT balanced after brakes done rear/front, car has to be taken for service for that. When braking the car now Isn’t smooth like it was before. Remy did work on our other BMW without problems that’s why I trusted him with this BMW. made contact to ask about tires being balanced he’s refusing to respond. 😳 I feel his service isn’t what it used to be to be. I had not been to Remy’s shop in over two years if I didn’t have the pics on my phone to validate the cluster panel working, we would have had a much larger bill for damage we didn’t do. And Remy had the nerve to have attitude with us. He had the audacity to tell us that he wouldn’t service our BMW again. People do you think we’d take it back to him. Take a chance with his shop if you want be very careful these people are not honest.

I brought my 2012 Range Rover L322 with 140K miles here after noticing a rattling noise from the engine and the check engine light coming on. The workers were helpful and explained what the issue was. Romy quickly diagnosed the issue as a timing chain tensioner problem and explained everything clearly. Romy recommended replacing the tensioner and potentially the timing chain to prevent any major engine damage. After the repair, my Range Rover runs like new. No more rattling noise, and the check engine light is not blinking on and off. The car's performance was functioning as before, and I plan to visit the shop in the future.
