We have been taking all of our cars to Furrs for the last 10 years. They are the ONLY people I feel I can trust. They are honest and don't charge you for unnecessary things. They don't try to scare you into spending more money either. Their prices are more then reasonable and the staff there is so polite.

Do not trust this place. I ordered new tires off tirerack.com. I brought the tires to Furrs. I simply asked for them to put the new tires on, do a mount, balance, and alignment. They called me 3 hours later and said they couldn’t do the alignment and I needed my entire suspension re-built. They quoted the job at about 2500. Little did they know, we had a good family friend that was a mechanic and had a lift. Within 30 minutes of picking my truck up from this business, I had my truck on a lift to see if there was any play in my suspension. They completely lied to me about my suspension. They thought I would just pay the 2500 and keep it moving. That is terrible business! Do not let this buisness take advantage of you. They will tell you something is wrong with your vehicle to just try and upcharge you and make more money.

Work on Dover AFB. Dropped my Jeep off today to get my brakes serviced/changed. Tom called a little bit later once they got to my vehicle and let me know the service and how much it would cost, and I told them let’s get it done. They had it ready by the end of day and did a great job, no issues! They also pointed out some other issues they recommended to get taken care of, which I was already tracking before going there, but it was nice for them to point it out. Great team working there. I’ll be back for future work.

Recently took my car in a for a routine oil change and found out I needed new rear brakes as well. As always, great service was provided and I feel safer in my car after bringing it to Furr’s! We had the misfortune of getting a flat tire on our way home from our beach vacation. The team at Furr’s responded to our call quickly and fixed and replaced the tire so fast-no questions asked. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and honest. As an added bonus, there is an extra special office dog named Gauge who helped to keep my daughter relaxed and entertained through the whole ordeal! Highly recommend if you’re ever in need of these services and more.

Angel took care of me. Recommended by a family friend. This place is honest and way more affordable than other spots. My dad has done work for the owners as well, you're supporting good people. Had my tires replaced and aligned. They balanced them for free. $636 They had half the staff they were supposed to have and still got it done by 5. Left my keys in the car for me for pickup and let me pay over phone. Definitely recommend this place! Edit: I've been back a few times because curbs always move to hit me. They continue to be the best in the area. Most affordable and genuine service you can find anywhere in my opinion. They always solve the problem and get it done quickly. Thank you guys so much.

Recently I had a regular routine service that was due with my "dealer", During the service a "slow tire leak" was evaluated and reported "unable to repair" and the suggested solution was 4 new tires! The expense caused me to reject the proposal. But the leak persisted and caused me to visit my usual auto service, Furr's. Two solutions were offered: (#1) New tires @ at a price below the dealer's quote, (2) Fix the leak. Naturally I choose the second option resolving the issue at a significantly reduced cost. However, when I need new tires, Furr's Tire Service will be my choice again. They have the ability to minimize a big problem and cost.

Huge shout out to Angel at Furr's Tire for taking care of my Escalade. He recommended that I get a new set of Michelin Defenders and my complaints of poor ride quality will go away. I almost sold this truck because of the ride quality. Now after getting a great deal on a great set of tires, my 11yr old Escalade drives like new! Furr's Tire has and always be highly recommend! I would definitely recommend Furr's, I needed a bulb replacement, called a few places and no one could help, I called Furrs and got Angel, I explained no one could get me in to check it out until tues, that I had a trip planned tomorrow for the Poconos, he had me come in and within 10min fixed my issue.

Furr's Tire might not look like much but their service is outstanding. If you allow it, they will text you periodically to check in and see if you need anything, and follow up the same way. I've always found their prices to be lower than online and local competition. The are always helpful and personable in person. Very pleased with the service and work completed by Furr’s. Very easy to schedule, I went right online and booked an appointment within a few minutes, someone reached out shortly after and explained all the options and differences between tire brands, I picked a premium brand in an odd size that they needed to custom order, it arrived in time and appointment went on as scheduled. The tech found that my ball joints were damaged (I thought this may be the case, I could tell something was out of sorts ), I got an digital quote sent right to me that detailed everything I need to make an informed decision- approved it and the repair was done same day. I had my truck back a few hours later. Communication was top notch, work is outstanding. It felt good to support a local business that still has that “small family business” kind of feel to it. I dropped my car off at 9:30 this morning for a 10:00 oil change and tire rotation and had the pleasure of meeting Guage the husky and Angel whom I had already read about on the reviews which were great.
