I bought my 94 Nissan altma there for them to fix 2 weeks ago the trans pan was cracked and they supposedly put a new pan on and lastnight the car start mowing and didn’t wanna go in reverse and the trans fluid was leaking very badly I call them to fix it they tried to make me pay for towing and then take 7 hours to call stating they can’t fix the car now and I can’t get a refund then hung up on me and blocked my number never use these people they are terrible

I love my mechanic! I have been going to him for years. My dad was the first since we lived in our place for 20 years and they are very close to where we live. So they have been taking care of my family’s cars old and new ever since we moved to Stevens Ave. They will honestly show you where the problem is, leaks, is if something is loose, etc. There were even times where they didn’t charge me anything because the problem was too easy to fix. But of course I would tip them. They will also tell you if it is worth fixing. I would recommend them anytime cuz they are the best!! Ding, the owner, Joe, his nephew and everyone there. Even offered me food and water! They are wonderful people. So glad I have reliable and trustworthy mechanics! Just like having a great doctor!

Ding is a great filipino mechanic, very upfront. He can determine what is wrong with your vehicle just from the sound of your vehicle and from the test drive. He will then verify the issues by using an OBD2 scanner and other diagnostic tools and will give you a price for parts and labor before starting any work. He is very efficient and also employs other great mechanics, Hilario & Tony to do specialty work, tuneups, oil changes & other repairs. He will give you a big discount too if you already have your own parts for your repair.

Ding is not the honest person I thought he was. He replaced my rear brakes in September. I noticed the same signs so I took it to the dealer in November for an overall inspection. The dealer found that the same brakes needed replacing. The technician John broke the rear windshield screen on my other vehicle and he isn't taking responsibility for it. You are not speaking the truth. Shortly before checking the car screen, you were paid to replace the brakes on my other vehicle. You've done work on my vehicle several times before. It was my second vehicle, the technician pushed the screen down and broke it. Do right by your customers. They need and depend on you to. Imagine your doctors or any other service provider doing the same to you. Let honesty be your guide and do to others what you want done to you. We all need service and hope to get the best service paid for. Too many mechanics are misleading and stealing from their customers. That's bad wealth.
