I was advised by another person that they would check codes for free so I went in and he politely told me it would be 25 dollars. So I was confused at first but I understand he has to run a business. He hooked my car up to see where the problem is and all it was was a cracked gas cap. I went in to pay my 25 dollars and he told me it was okay. That he wouldn't take my payment. You dont find people like that anymore. Robert was very sweet and professional as well as the mechanic who looked at my car!!

Most reasonable licensed mechanic for automotive AC recharge and repair work in Pueblo area that I could find. Quick had me in and out on my 1hr lunch break. Receptionists was Very professional and knowledgeable. Mechanic had no hidden agenda or scamming women into over paying.

I've had my auto repaired here a couple times and have always been satisfied. However this particular day I had an issue with not being able to start my car at a local drive in restaurant. First I panicked and then I called Joe (the proprietor). He dispatched a mechanic to me pronto and I've had no trouble since! I'm proud to report that my mechanic does go the distance for his clientele! Try them the next time your auto falters. I promise you'll be satisfied with the results, the cost, and more!

Direct Automotive is the best place in Pueblo to get your car fixed. I've taken a half a dozen vehicles here to get lots of work over the past ten years. Always had the problem solved and at a reasonable price. Joe's a real nice owner and worked with me when money was tight to keep me rolling and prioritize repairs. Good location on the corner of Prairie and Jones on the Southside of Pueblo.

I went in for front end alignment. I was charged an extra $20.00 for heating tie rods? Never heard of that?I contacted other mechanics to verify. I was not given a copy of my specs. I asked for them, they said they keep for records? On my receipt they had 4-wheel drive it is a 2-wheel drive. I returned the next day because my vehicle drove the same exact way. He said maybe it's my shocks. Nope! I said so you are saying I didn't need an alignment? I'm not sure if the job was done at all or was done incorrectly! Maybe being a female they think you don't know when someone is ripping you off! I'm out $70.00 Not sure how many others have been cheated. I am very Disappointed!!

I slid into a crub when it snowed right in front of the building he took my car in I broke a suspension harm he did a great job and gave ma good price but when I told him I would have to pay payment he wasn't for that he seem upset about it and hasle me for first payment I understand that but not a really friendly person he didn't even sajust anything else to get more business I do thank you sorry for bothering you

Joe the owner and his crew are outstanding people and certified mechanics. Dave has 35 years plus a handfull of certificates as well as the rest of the mechanics there. Robert, the man who greets you and writes up the orders is a good man and will get you in and out, satisfied and happy. I can not say enough good things about Direct Automotive. They have never let me down. They help shuttle me back and forth and are totally committed to their customers. They are my go to shop for all my auto repairs. I have taken every single car that iv ever gotten since I found them to them, they are the most trustworthy and reliable mechanics I have ever came across , and even if I moved away from the area, I’d still come back to them, I trust them with everything and they give the most fair prices!! They are honest and don’t try to make a quick dollar off of you , If you were wondering about using them don’t hesitate!! Not to mention they will fix your car relatively fast!! Iv always got my car back the same day or the next! These people love what they do & care about their customers and it definitely shows!

One star is very generous, We took our charger in to get an alignment, What they didn't tell us is that the left side suspension wasn't tightened up as it was just redone, Therefore they couldn't do and they should have told us. Yet they made us pay $80 dollars for some work that wasn't even done. Do not go here. Called and left a message and they never had the decency to answer.

Had some issues with my Jeep starting. I live nearby and Joe (the owner) came over himself and jump started it. Brought it in that morning and he installed new contacts and a battery without an appointment! He even worked on it in the sun since the garage was already full of vehicles. The dude is a rockstar! Highly recommended!
