Perfect work! Discount Installed OEM “Trival/pilkerton” at an amazing price on my N54 BMW. Great quality, perfect placement of the windhseild seal, rear view mirror and windshield cowl absolutely perfect. A crack appeared on my car's windshield while I was driving on the highway. Unfortunately, I found out that a small repair wasn’t possible after visiting a few shops. Discount Auto Glass kindly explained what needed to be done and advised me to contact my insurance company first, since a replacement was necessary. I did just that. Fortunately, their company was part of my insurance network, so the process was easier than I expected, and I was able to book an appointment within three days. They clearly explained the replacement process, and I’m very satisfied with the result. Discount Auto Glass is a trusted, family-owned shop. Discount Auto Glass is owned by two brothers, one of which is named Samir (I hope I’m spelling it right.) They have a good reputation around the community, referred to by different friends and family. They are very giving, fair, and respectable people. They are located on 3rd street in downtown Santa Rosa so even while you’re waiting for your car you can take a nice stroll around the neighborhood. To my Sonoma county people I strongly encourage any of you who need auto glass services to go to this business especially with it’s great prices and very precise work.

I got my car broken into. They smashed my left passenger window and the glass went everywhere. I called for a quote and I had called other places before and when I called Discount Auto Glass they gave me the best quote right away. And they were super friendly and told me they had to order it but it took only 2 days. Super fast service. When I went to pick it up (less than 2 hrs ) It was such a nice feeling to look at a clean window and not a shattered one. Plus they even vacuumed my expedition I didn't have to relive seeing my car broken into it, was like it never happened. I am just super happy with their service. I will recommend them to all my family and friends if they ever need a window replaced they are the business to go to.

Went in for a chip repair which was reasonably priced. They took my vehicle back and literally had it back out for pickup in like 5 minutes. Which was a red flag. I looked at the repair and it didn't look "clean". I've unfortunately had this done too many times and usually you can hardly notice it's there afterward unless you're really looking for it. This was not like that. Very obvious, you could see it had been filled, but not settled in, hardened, or smoothed over. I left hoping it was "good enough". Several months later and I notice the cracks starting to spread out past the repair spot across the windshield. Obviously it had not been done correctly and wasn't holding. Would absolutely not recommend.

Very unreliable service center. If they make an appointment with you they will call you day of appointment to reschedule without taking any accountability. I drove 2 hours in a get here and got cancelled on an hour before my appointment. Completely destroyed my work day and told me I was the one in the wrong when I explained why this was unprofessional and unacceptable. Wait until you have the glass in stock if you can’t rely on your “discount” glass coming into your shop with an acceptable quality. That isn’t my responsibility to reshape my work schedule around your businesses incompetence. I called them giving them the opportunity to make it right somehow and they cancelled my appointment. So if they sense you’re unsatisfied they won’t try and make it they’ll just turn down your business because he thinks you can’t review them if they didn’t even get to the work lol bad business = bad people

Wow, brought my car in. They told me two hours. It was done in two hours. Amazing work You can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship they calibrated my car back to Toyota standards.
