I had a great experience with Jennifer, the person who provided my estimate. She thoroughly explained the car repair in detail and what needed to be done to restore my car to its original pristine condition. She even allowed me to return to the repair shop to retrieve an item from my car. She maintained constant communication and was willing to work with me to get my car back sooner. She was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Overall, I had an outstanding experience with them.

Great experience start to finish! Everyone there is so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Great communication all along the way. And they work seamlessly with State Farm (maybe others?) and Enterprise so it was seamless to me with billing, getting picked up by Enterprise to get my rental, and dropping off rental car right at Fix, not even needing to take it back to Enterprise. Mike talked to me so I could understand . He was like a doctor diagnosing a problem the repair was thorough and the damage extensive as I was hit by A big truck it was not a small tap. It was done and Iwas informed of every step to the end. The car is like it never got hit and I feel safe.
