Due to covid-19 I wasn’t able to get my car done for a month but as soon as I was able too they were ready to help me. My car was finish a day earlier then estimated Kevin and the rest of the staff were very nice and professional not only did they have my car done early but they helped me get a rental and return my rental. They also did a few extra detailing on my car for FREE! They totally went out of their way to make us feel valued as customers they gave us the best service 👌 would totally recommend this place to anyone!!

Friendly and helpful staff. I came to drop off my car right after an accident. They still helped me even though the office was already closed. I came back the next day to empty my car and the same thing, I was treated with kindness. I talked to 4 people that day and they were all helpful. One guy explained to me the process, what to expect, and answered all my questions. It is very much appreciated during this stressful time.

Total incompetence. Especially in speaking with Cherise at the front desk. It’s unfortunate for the franchise owners to have her kill off so much potential business. Also your work will not be warrantied. All the work is technically subcontracted to there “auto body specialist” who are highly unqualified. Luckily I had spoken with FOUR Different people who gave me there horror stories from g and c auto body. Beware that THE ONLY REASON that maybe your dealership or even insurance recomended them is because they get a cash kick back. See for yourself and after 2 minutes of trying to speak with Cherise about something that should be straightforward and simple in your time of duress she manages to make it complicated and stressful for no reason other then what feels like incompetence. But after all it is emblematic of how this shop operates. Please ask friends and colleagues who they recommend not your insurance or dealerships who have monetary incentive to recommend. I hope this helps my fellow community! Best of luck. FYI through my research and friends and family recommendations, I found Healdsburg collision center AKA Lee’s auto body to the absolute best in Sonoma County. Good luck and may you’re process go smoothly and stress free :)

I am so impressed with this business. They did great work, had great communication, and got the job done quick. I started with another shop in town that had good reviews that wasted a week of my time to only decline the job. I called G and C and they set all expectations and over delivered!! 100% My truck looks amazing and the staff were so nice. The customer service is phenomenal! The staff is super friendly and the waiting area is nice and cozy. Having to repair my car is not a pleasant task, but I felt very comfortable leaving my car here and they made it so easy! One of the employees, I believe his name is Kelly, was super helpful and gave me a realistic time frame of when everything will be done which I really appreciated. I felt part of the family there! Definitley will be coming back if my car needs anything else. Great shop and Kelly made my experience there worthwhile!

Wow. I can't say enough good things about these guys. I went there after a fender bender to get my bumper replaced. I had some trepidation from other experiences with body work on my car, but this team knocked it out of the park.
