I went in with a simple question. I waited patiently for the woman to get off the phone. Once she got off the phone, I asked her my question and then she gave me a very brief and incomplete answer. Her phone rang again, and she answered and continued to talk with another customer on the phone, while I just stood there. There was no one else in the lobby but me, and I eventually left because she just stayed on the phone. One of the worst, rude and useless customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I was hit by someone who ran a red light last year and santa rosa auto body did an excellent job. You can't even tell i was hit. On top of the grear work the service was amazing. After viewing bunch of 5-star reviews, went there for estimate to have whole car to be painted (no sanding, no primer coat, just paint it same color), man says they usually charge $6000. Who are you kidding ? I didn't get his name but this guy is like "Used-Car-Salesman". Unless you have insurance covered damage, stay away from this place. My experience is choose small one man operate shop.

Patrick is the best! My car was in a hit & run accident and I came to Patrick with my insurance claim and banged up car. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning and he had it ready for me Thursday afternoon! He was very thorough and walked me through all the steps. I picked up my "new" car to being cleaned perfectly AND detailed inside and out. He made my bad experience with the accident turn into a great one! I can't thank him & he crew enough. They did amazing work on my son's car. Most of the staff was amazing, truly cared and didn't make him feel pressured about how to move forward with repairs and help with the insurance. Answered questions with knowledge and explained in an easy to understand way. I understand it's a business and that money is important. But people matter as people. This is a community and people choose a business and place trust in yhem. The only negative to the experience would be some interactions with one team member K. He wasn't rude but it is clear his mind is focused on the money and business and less on helping a person. At least that's how it came off. He may just have a dryer personality. But it didn't leave a good feeling. Business is about money but also about how you make people feel. A little more caring and compassion for others would go a long way. The rest of the team really was exceptional. So it's conflicting to determine if we'd use the service again. He is happy with the car but would have preferred a better experience.

These people are con artists do not go to Santa Rosa Auto body. They put a lean on my car after I told them I no longer wanted to have them fix it. I explained to them that it was crashed without a any insurance by my ex girlfriend. And that I would have to pay for it out of pocket. So when I came to pick up my car and pay them $1,000 that okayed. Play slap me with a 6,000 bill which I couldn't pay. So I had to wait about a couple of months to be able to pay to get my car out at which point they tried to charge me around 12k. I wrote multiple letters to let them know I would be suing them. I got the bureau of automotive repair involved and they found them not in compliance with California state regulatory fair business practices. I will be able to subpoena the guy from the bureau of automotive repair to sue them in court for the $3600 that I ended up having to pay to get my car back. These people are predatory scumbag automotive repair grifter. They should be put out of business and never allowed to work on another car again. If anyone wants proof of any of this I can provide it without issue.

Great experience at Santa Rosa Auto Body. After my car was hit a second time within a year, Patrick and the rest of the team at Santa Rosa Auto Body made me feel confident i left my car in good hands. This is the only autobody shop in Santa Rosa i let touch any of my cars. The communication, quality of output, and time of turnaround from drop off to pickup are all next level when you take your car to them.
