I’ve always bought tires from Discount. They offer their credit card with no interest for up to 18 months, which makes the big purchase way more manageable and worry free. Although the last time I had tires installed we had a few hiccups. They were very quick to solve the problem and were more than accommodating. Very professional staff. Huge selection of wheels and tires. Also, the warranty for tires is unmatched. It may be a little more expensive than your brothers best friends sisters husbands tire shop, but well worth it.

I have done business with Discount tires before and always quick and respectful. I used the website to shop tires and called to schedule a time to have have tires replaced. I did not have money to pay in the moment for the tires, but would come time for my appointment after the weekend. They told me it was only25$ to reserve the tires and appointment, and would be charged the additional when the tires where replaced. In actuality I was charged the full amount on the spot and didn't find out until the next day. I tried to calling multiple times(6) and of course no answer. I know that they are busy, but still very stressful on my end.

Employee here are the nicest I have ever encounter at a car shop. They fixed my Tesla flat tire twice and that too with no charge. Both the times, I went without an appointment (although appointment encouraged), they happily helped me. In coming months, I will be in market to replace all 4 of my car tires and there is no other store I will go other than this one. Big shout out to Sam.

Personally if you’re getting tired from here definitely recommend the protection plan! I got tires a month before my visit woke up one morning and boom tired completely flat! I went in and with no hesitation they gave me a brand new tire! 10/10

It's ridiculous that you try to call on several different days at several different times and the phone just rings and no one ever picks up the phone so that you can call as a customer ahead of time to make an appointment or ensure that they have your tires. I have always gone back to the same location but if they don't want the business and can't answer their phone maybe I'll have to go somewhere else.

This Discount Tire location!! The service from the minute I walked in until I drove away was all anyone could ask for. I went in for tire rotation/balance. I was also offered 2 other services with no pressure. My car was ready in less than 30 minutes. Oh, did I mention how incredibly nice everyone was?! Yes, I'll be a repeat customer!

I went and got tires last year few months went by they popped back to back when I tell you I went there to get my tires checked and they sent me home with my tire light on. My tire popped they replaced it sent me back out I left 10 min away and another popped I was told I had faulty tires that were malfunctioned they did replace all 4 after two popped. But again I’m back in the same situation few months later my tires start going bad like the others did . Cracking from the side of the tire. I was told this time I only get 36$ off a tire when they are supposed to last years. I shouldn’t have to pay anything . I have used discount tire for years ! The least yall could have done is replace the tires again with new tires different ones . Yall failed to help me . And keep me safe on the road. Bad tires after bad tires and I have to pay ? This company makes millions and you can’t help a loyal customer when it’s not my fault you gave me bad tires twice !

It’s wild to me that I came here and told them I had a bad experience at another place and that I felt a wheel lock fall off. Well my tires were so unbalanced 3 of them were 2.75 and I asked them to make sure it was done right. I guess they play around when you ask them for a simple favor, do your job.

I took my fleet vehicle in to these guys and they were quick and persistent in the approval process. They explained to me why a new tire was necessary even though it it wasnt damaged and was only deflating over daily use. They even upgraded the tire brand at no extra cost because they were cautious of the integrity of the tire brand they originally quoted me with. Service was friendly and knowledgeable.

I came to this shop in January planning to install Nokian tires on my car — a brand I trust. But the salesperson convinced me to go with a set of Phantom tires instead, claiming they were “just as good” and “a great value.” Big mistake. Fast forward: not even 40,000 miles later (on a 50,000-mile warranty), the tires are completely worn out. Tread is gone, and there are cracks all over the sidewalls. These tires are garbage — unsafe and low quality. I contacted the company expecting them to stand behind their product. Instead, they told me I’d have to buy a whole new set and the best they could do was offer me a $124 discount — on tires I already paid $719 for just a few months ago! This is a scam. They pushed cheap, inferior tires on me, and now they refuse to take responsibility when those tires fail long before the warranty ends. This company has no integrity and zero respect for customer safety. Stay far away unless you want to get ripped off and put your life at risk on bad tires.

Outstanding long term service. For 30+ years formerly in Arizona and then Colorado the passed 10 years, Discount Tire has been our goto. We routinely stop by for the 'Free Air Checks' and each associate is always professional, pleasant, and provides great service. Most recently, on an extremely busy Friday evening in December, Nicholas J A performed exceptional service. On both a 2002 Toyota 4 Runner which had snow tires that were beyond age limit however remaining tread existed, he explained without an upsell that the existing tires were not performing as intended. The non snow tires on the vehicle were as well aged and worn. Nicholas identified an excellent option which looks amazing and will be well suited for both urban Denver driving and mountain trips, including during the snow season. Secondly, I knew that our Golf Alltrack was in need of tire replacement. On this same evening, we decided to replace that vehicles set. Again - a great performing and looking tire was identified. Both installs were completed after the stores posted closing hours. We were happy to see that Discount Tires amazing customer service continues and was expressed through this associate.

Top tier customer services! Brought my car in simply to unload some aftermarket wheels and tires and have them balanced and ready to go on the car. Since I didn't want them to waste their time if any fitment issues came up. These guys went above and beyond used their system to assure me my wheels and tires would fit my car and installed them at no extra cost, they were super communicative and welcoming, As far as the work goes I have no complaints, wheels look great and just as they said fit perfectly with my selected tire. Will go to again, prices and speed are unbeatable here!

I purchased new tires from a different location less than 3 months ago. I got a flat tire on the way to work today & eventually made it to this location to have it looked at. I learned it wasn’t under warranty which I thought it was-that was due to the original location not asking if I’d like my car protected for $25/tire. Jack was so professional and helpful. I'm a long time Discount customer, but my most recent service demands a review. I ordered tires on the Discount website for a new to me Crosstrek, and scheduled an appointment to have them put on. I arrived a half hour early for my 1:45pm appointment. While there, I asked about an inexpensive wheel so I could have a full sized spare (the spare donuts are ridiculous! I can't believe those are even put in cars!) They hooked me up with one, and used the best of the tires I was taking off for the spare. I was out the door by 2:20pm, and my new tires look great. However, this spare doesn't fit in the donut compartment of the vehicle. After some research, I ordered a rack to fit my needs, which arrived a few days later. I had some issues with the install, and lacked the proper lugs, etc, to get it to work for my wheel. I went back to Discount three times in 2 days to get their help with my project. The crew was amazing! They got me different lugs, and other small parts I needed, educated me without "mansplaining", and made sure I was taken care of. A shout out to Sean, Preston, Carter, and especially Nick who was incredibly helpful through the entire process, making me feel welcome to the shop and not like I was bothering them with my multiple trips and questions, and always showing me compassion and care in making sure my vehicle was safe by double checking my install. I truly appreciate you all going above and beyond. Excellent customer service!
