Big Nick's did a thorough inspection on my vehicle, which included multiple tests of my transmission throughout the day to try and diagnose a potential leak. In the end, they discovered no leaks and quoted me for a different repair that they ultimately completed for less than they originally quoted, and well below their competitors had quoted me for the same job. I felt very appreciated as a customer and plan to use Big Nick's for all my car service needs in the future. Integrity and customer service at that shop is top notch.

My car was damaged during a winter storm (plastic got caught on the concrete parking stop covered with snow) and I took it to Big Nick's Auto because that shop was recommended on Nextdoor. Nick and I discussed the repairs which included 1) putting the plastic deflector part back in 2) re-attaching the bumper with possible replacement of the bumper cover/spacers and 3) securing everything with quality clips. Two weeks after the repairs were done, I noticed weird noises coming from the front - turns out the bumper and the fender liners came loose, rubbing against the tires, and severely damaged. Came to see Nick and he started saying that we discussed replacing the liners (we didn't because they weren't damaged before) and that I damaged the car (which I didn't). After I started arguing with him, Nick became erratic and demanded I leave the shop...all in front of his other customers ;) No attempt to repair the damage he caused or even discuss it. I took the car to 2 other body shops - who actually know what they are doing - and they confirmed that the repairs done incorrectly. That cost me time and hundreds more to repair. I don't know what "Big" stands for, but it's not skill, professionalism or customer service. Avoid this establishment and use someone else, there are plenty of shops who care about their customers! UPDATE: As expected, the owner didn't even read my review properly and just repeats the same lies. The liners were never discussed because they were INTACT. And I never argued about the price or what needed to be done, I wanted everything to be done correctly. Aside from the bumper, the most important ask was to replace the clips that fell out (not just from the bumper assembly!). Per invoice, Nick replaced 1 (ONE) clip which cost me 50 cents. What kind of quality can you expect from a 50-cent clip? Of course everything fell apart.

Dropped my Excursion off for AC work and had asked to look the truck over. I new the front end has a Knocking noise. They discovered the front end needed some work and it wasn’t safe to drive. After replacing the upper/lower ball joints, sway away bars etc it’s fixed. Today when I picked it up Nick showed me a picture of the Drivers side U joint was so bad had it broke I’d be spending a lot more plus the safety of the vehicle. Thanks to the Big Nick’s team for getting me back on the road. 1st auto shop I’ve found that hasn’t tried to take me for a ride.
