Avoid. Went in for scheduled service. Tech got oil on driver door panel and there was a scratch/gouge on the door panel that wasn't there when I dropped the car off. I brought both items to the attention of Jacob, service advisor. The oil was cleaned up. I was told to prove the scratch wasn't there prior to taking the vehicle in today with pictures. I was also told that the technicians would never have done that because they don't carry anything sharp in their pockets. Very unprofessional. So.... avoid at all costs.

On Wednesday, June 18 I appeared at the Mazda service desk to inquire about fixing by side view mirror on the passenger side of the car. I did not have an appointment but wanted to ask a few questions. The manager came out from the service.I and asked if I had the car with me. He walked out with me to check the mirror and asked if I had an hour or so for them to look at it. I replied yes and they took the car back and within an hour and 45 minutes the mirror was popped back into the side view casing and the cost was only $58. That was the relief and a wonderful surprise to have that fixed. They were kind and efficient and I appreciated all the help.

I recently traded my Mazda CX-9 for a CX-90 PHEV Premium Sport. I couldn't be happier with my new car or my experience with AutoNation Mazda Arapahoe. I would single our sales associate Sam Whitney for his patience, courtesy and knowledge. I never felt pressure in my decision. The experience was pleasant throughout. As far as service, the car was sparkling clean, full of gas, and electrically charged.

I have now purchased my 3rd Mazda with Auto Nation Mazda. I have never been disappointed in my experiences with this company and enjoyed working with AJ, as they made this most recent purchase easy and quick! I would recommend not only the Mazda product but also working with Auto National Mazda highly.

I suddenly got a low pressure warning and thought I might have a flat tire. I rushed there, and they took care of me right away. The technician’s video explanation was clear and helpful, and both my husband and I understood the situation well. My husband purchased my Mazda at this dealership, so we also bring it here for service and maintenance. The staff are professional, friendly, and quick—I always feel confident coming here.

Not a great experience although I suppose I get the thought process here. We bought a Lincoln MKC from AutoNation Mazda a few weeks ago; after the recent cold snap/snow storms, the check engine light came on for low coolant and the heat was not working when idling. We brought it in to the AutoNation Mazda dealership to utilize the warranty we purchased with the car and after they had done their inspection and recommendation of work to be done, I was told I had to come check it out from AutoNation Mazda and take it to AutoNation Ford (next door) myself for liability reasons; like I said - I get the logic in general. It's a Lincoln which is a fancied up Ford so it needs to go to Ford to be repaired. Now the full list of recommended repairs has been provided: - Replace spark plugs and bore out the cylinders due to miscolored coolant. - Replace the water belt because it's leaking coolant. - Serpentine belt is cracked. - and the best one of all: replace transmission internal wiring harness frame, wiring harness, and PCM due to transmission fluid traveling. I don't mind that it needs to go to Ford to be repaired; I do mind that there's this list of stuff that I would have expected the initial vehicle inspection to catch, and have resolved, before they put the car on the lot for sale. #ventover

I had a great experience. Jacob Wright was courteous, professional and attentive to my concerns for my appointment. He followed up with me and my car issues were resolved. Auto Nation recently took over Groove Mazda and I am happy with the transition in service I have experienced.

I've brought my car into AutoNation Mazda several times for service and the staff there is amazing! In addition to being professional, pleasant, and highly efficient, they took time to talk me through a complex repair, sent photos, and kept informed at all times. They were patient with my dumb questions and completely fair in pricing. 10/10 recommend

Deceptive service writers. I took my car in as it was part of the Mazda infotainment class action settlement. I assumed that the work needed to be done would be free since it was at a Mazda dealership and part of a class action settlement I was told that I needed to pay up front and then would have to submit a claim to be reimbursed. Was originally priced at $263 for necessary repairs which I approved. Then when I went to pickup my car they said it would be $1400 because they had to use a different part than what I was originally quoted for. After talking to the service writer he was able to knock the price down to $357 which was still $100 more than I was originally quoted for. Now the settlement administrator said the work I had done is not covered under the settlement even though the service writer assured me that it was. I tried to contact the manager and have had no response.

Deceptive pricing and service. My daughter brought in her vehicle for a tire bubble and received a quote for over $1,000 which included replacing all four tires and then additional cash grab items like cabin air filters and wiper blades. I called the dealership and was told they have to include all those things in case something goes wrong they don't get blamed for not mentioning it, which I would understand if the suggested service had ANYTHING to do with what they were asked to look at. They also confirmed "accidentally" quoting all four tires instead of just the one, and provided me a verbal estimate of $250 for the tire, then sent my kid a text estimate for a "final" quote of around $350. They also insisted bubbles "never" happen as a manufacturing defect, and couldn't explain how they tell the difference. Took the car back and Discount Tire was able to explain the difference in about 2 minutes and provided a replacement for less money.

Great dealership, lots of inventory and a sales staff that lets you take your time. I purchased a CX-5 and the deal was seamless with my GMC trade-in, fair pricing up front. Include AutoNation Mazda if you're looking for a great deal.

Always timely, friendly and professional. They keep you informed along the process and give you a video inspection so you know what shape your vehicle is in...what you can expect in near future repairs without any hard sell. I worked in auto repair while in college and they've never tried anything "funny." I trust them completely with my purchase and my repairs.

The actual process of purchasing the car was fine. Our salesperson was nice and the car was a good price, although the salesperson didn't know much about the car. There were two follow-up items though that have soured my perception of this dealership and I would have been happier paying more to avoid the following hassles. 1. The charger for the car doesn't work. We had another dealership close to my house inspect the car the day after purchase and they found that the charger was faulty. I spoke with the salesperson at Autonation multiple times and he said they'd replace it and were just getting quotes, but he hasn't responded to me since November and I still don't have a charger. But he made sure to send me marketing emails asking for referrals. 2. The windshield had a big impact in a corner and they offered to replace it (hooray!), so we set up an appointment for the following week. When I arrived for the appointment they didn't have me in the system and no one had scheduled with the third party that did glass replacements. I learned that after waiting 2 hours while the salesperson and the service technician told me they were getting things ready and my car would be done shortly. I had asked the salesperson to plug my car in while it was waiting so I could make it back home, but he plugged it into a charger that wasn't working and I had to charge it for two hours elsewhere before I could go home. It's a 2 hour drive each way so I wasted 8 hours that day (and 8 hours of time off from work) because of their disorganisation. Bizarrely, the service person and salesperson both went out of their way to tell me before I left that the other was at fault for the glass not being scheduled. If you're going to offer such shoddy service, at least have each others' backs. The third party glass installers came to my house the following day, which was really nice. The installer said they go to people's houses all the time. So if that was an option, why did I waste an entire day? And on top of all that, I'm at the end of my two month temporary tags and still don't have my new plates (or a working charger). I went into the DMV to get them updated and, according to the DMV, the dealership still hasn't processed the title paperwork. So that's another hour and miscellaneous DMV fees they cost me.

I arrived a bit early for the 5000 mile service on my Mazda. AJ checked me in before I enjoyed a cup of hot cocoa in the quiet and sunny waiting area. I was able to make a phone call in an unused office during my relatively short time waiting. Later in in the day I received a video of the service.

The customer service and communication was top-notch! However, I was supposed to get two tires and a rotation done and it was way overpriced. I went to a tire store and got it for half the cost. I got a car wash also and I would probably only give it a four out of five

We bought a Mazda CX5 from Autonation. Arnoldo was fantastic and made the whole process easy. He was organized and followed through on everything ... even setting up snow tire installation on the same day we purchased the car! He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. Furthermore, he was patient when we tried different options and there was no pressure. We highly recommend Autonation and Arnoldo for a wonderful car-buying experience! Jacob at the service center was also fantastic and met our needs in a speedy fashion and offered us options to make it a pleasant experience. The quality of the employees at Autonation and their professionalism is outstanding.

This Arapahoe Mazda location was amazing and helped me after another shop had damaged my vehicle. The Mazda team (Parker, Blake and David) very quickly got me in a loaner car, diagnosed the initial issue I was having and discovered the other shop had unfortunately damaged my vehicle before it was brought to them. This team had my back in a way I couldn’t have imagined- they did the work needed with integrity, they got me the info I needed to get reimbursed from the other auto shop and when the other auto shop was dragging their feet, mazda even threw in a discount for the needed work as they said, it wasn’t my fault and they wanted to do right by me, their customer. They treated me like family and did their work ethically and with integrity (in addition to incredibly knowledgeable Master Techs!). I felt secure and cared for knowing the work would be done right and my car would be safe to drive long term. I will never go to another shop again!

Easy access to service area. Was greeting by customer Service agent. Asked me the same questions that I already answered the agent who made the appointment for me. I am not sure how your scheduling work. Do you estimate how long an appointment take in order not overload your staff? Or do you just schedule people at what ever time slot is available and hope for the best? Waiting area was clean and stocked with water/ coffee. I like the treatment I received and the fixes performed on my car. I especially like the comprehensive report. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work.
