My husband & I ran into an overheating/coolant leak while out - called Saul’s and within 5-minutes of being there they had our Lexus up and located the problem. They were able to give us a new radiator within 3-hours to put us back on the road to Colorado Springs. They also threw in a free tire rotation that we asked for & needed! Highly recommend

Recently I took my 2016 Subaru Forester to Saul’s with some electronic problems. There were four specific issues. 1. Key fob stopped working 2. Door lights stopped working when opening the door. 3. Infotainment system screen was completely black even during reversing the car camera display was not showing in the screen. 4. Top display with clock was resetting to car’s manufacture date. I had issues with 1 and 3 few weeks back and from Subaru dealership they changed one or two fuses and things started working. When I again started noticing this issue I took the car to Saul’s and specifically asked them to check the fuses. I kept my car for the diagnosis and they mentioned the body control module(BCM) which is a computer needs to be replaced ($3200). I agreed and we got the parts after a week or so and they replaced and reprogrammed the new BCM. I was told the car is ready to go and everything is working except for the key because the key is physically/mechanically damaged. I was surprised to hear that as the key was perfectly working before the issue started. They I did provide them my other original key I had from the date I bought the car. They check that too and then said the receiver of the keys are damaged and the receiver needs to be replaced ($1200). But I decided to wait as this key fob was not a pressing issue for me. When the car was delivered to me at their pRking lot after changing BCM, I started my car at their parking lot and all the original issues were still there. Nothing was changed from the time I dropped off my car and was taking it. I double checked, triple checked and when I was convinced that nothing has been changed even after spending $3200, I went inside and called their front desk technician. I decided not to take the car and kept it unless the issues are fixed. 3 days later I received a call and they said my car is fixed and there was an issue with FUSEs. So they either replaced or did something with the fuse which actually resolved the issue. The car is running perfectly fine after that. So what we found out is they lack experience in diagnosing electrical issues and because of that there is a high chance taht the customer willl be misguided and will spend thousands of $ eventually just like me. I still doubt that there was issue with BCM as even after changing BCM car was exactly like it was before. The issue was resolved after changing rearranging fuses, which I insisted you check from the beginning. One of the positives is their customer communication. If you are coming to Sauls’s for any electrical issues please make sure to ask them to start from the basic. What I felt they blindly rely on code scanner instead of checking manually the basic things in my case the Fuses even after I told them to. Overall I am NOT happy with the service I received against the money I spent. I hope they will find this feedback useful for their learning and no other customer will go through this extra spending.

Brought a vehicle here for a pre-purchase inspection (which was fairly expensive), and they missed a number of obvious issues, including a dented wheel, low brake pads, and uneven brake pad wear. When we brought these issues to their attention after the fact to request a refund, we were told that they would review the details and get back to us but never did. Would not recommend. Definitely pencil whipping the inspection process.

Mind BAFFLING! Brought my truck in on Tuesday with an eta of service being done Wednesday. From Wednesday to Friday they kept needing “new” parts which was fine but now it’s Saturday 3 pm I just got the truck back. With $1,000 more expensive than originally estimated. On top of that on the drive home the truck goes completely haywire with codes. I pull over and three , I repeat THREE sensors/hose were left UNPLUGGED! One of them being a FUEL LINE! Seriously, what is going on with this shop!? Correction 4 sensors/hoses!!! Update: 12/09 Upon further inspection on my fuel line sensor harness, come to find out their wiring is completely unacceptable. It is most likely the reasoning for the code being thrown. P018D. Still have not been reached out too either!

I found Saul's in a roundabout way, i do uber and picked up several customers from them and i of course asked each passenger if they were happy with their dealings and all were very happy so when i had a rear bearings issue i asked them to fix it. They did a great job! The growling noise was gone and i felt as I felt when i purchased my Dodge 1500 new! So quiet! Dealing with their guys at the front desk was enjoyable they were honest with me and explained how they came to the conclusion it was my bearings making the noise. I dont give a lot of reviews but if you are looking for mechanics you can trust and feel proud of the work they have dont to fix your vehicle i say give them a try! You wont be dissapointed.

The best place for wasting both your time and money. Was trying to get my truck checked out and after charging me $50, they offered for me to spend $8500 replacing the entire steering and front suspension in order to fix a problem they had no evidence existed. They also failed to complete the rest of the “comprehensive” inspection, including not noting that a headlight was out, discussing the intermittently working turn signals I had mentioned, or the fact that the speedometer doesn’t work when under 10 miles an hour. A free obd scan at autozone would have given me more information. Oh, and all the other shops I called estimated about $6000 in costs for the exact same parts and services they wanted $8500 for. Lastly, while sitting there, a man came in to get help with his headlight and they charged him $50 for the same inspection just to quote him for the cost of fixing. (Edit) that’s interesting you say you don’t charge a diagnostic fee because this is a screenshot from your website saying you do.

In 2023, I brought my Dodge Avenger in because it was overheating. After running a diagnostic, I was told the oil cooler needed to be replaced, which I agreed to even though it was very costly. However, on the drive home, the car overheated again before I even made it back. I returned the vehicle and was then told that the radiator fan was not working, even though I was assured the fan had been working prior to the oil cooler replacement. From my perspective, the oil cooler did not need to be replaced urgently, even if it was leaking. The overheating issue was more likely caused by the faulty radiator fan, which should have been diagnosed and repaired first. Addressing that issue initially could have saved me a significant amount of money. Because of this experience, I lost trust in the service provided and will never return.

My car was acting up and threw a low battery sign and check engine light came on. Also needed the light bulb replaced and oil changed. I paid the diagnostic fee and got their feed back. And the prices were out of this world. I only went to them because they were so close to where I live. They wanted over $300 just to change my oil. Took it to a place I trust in Denver and only $100 for the oil change. Please be aware their pricing is high compared to other shops. Nothing got resolved there. So I feel like I'm missing out on money because I wanted the convenience of them being close to home.

This was our first experience with Saul's. Upon calling them, they were immediately very friendly and accommodating. This persisted throughout our whole experience. We needed some front end work done on our 1965 Ford Falcon, plus a couple other minor things, and Saul's was able to get us in right away for a free evaluation. They had our car on the lift and invited us into their shop to see our car on the lift to explain their recommendations, as well as give us a nice tour of their facilities. Samantha, Aaron, and Roger where all wonderful to work with. They kept us informed regularly of updates on our car via text, chat, and phone. They thought they would need our car for about a week while they ordered and installed parts, but were actually able to get our car back to us in just under a week. They kept the car inside every night for us for safe keeping. When we went to pick up our car, they had it on the lift again so we could see first hand the work they performed, and to answer any questions. Overall, we were very impressed with their work on our classic car. We had been to two previous shops who performed poorly and were a waste of money. The previous shops completely missed safety items we specifically took the car in to check for, but Saul's identified issues, showed us the issues, and fixed them. Saul's also came in just over $100.00 of their original quote, so there were no surprises. We definitely would bring our classic car back to them for any future work we may need. We highly recommend Saul's for their professionalism, communication, workmanship, and no-pressure recommendations. Thanks Saul's Autotek!

I was vacationing from out of state when someone attempted to steal my truck. They ruined the ignition assembly and left me stranded. Saul’s Autotek Denver saved me! I was driving home by 5pm the next day. The shop was efficient, affordable, and communicated wonderfully. I was extremely pleased with how quickly they got the job done! 💪🏼 I’m forever grateful for them.

This was my first time going to Saul’s Autotek. They were the only auto mechanic shop near me that was open in my area late on a Saturday. I was surprised to hear that they are even open on Sundays. I had an amazing experience working with Ryan. He was very personable and friendly. I love that they offer a free Uber service to their customers if you have to drop your vehicle off. They were very communicative with photos and explanations of the work that was recommended. My only complaint would be the prices were a little high, but you get what you pay for and their professionalism and quality of work and awesome staff made my auto repair experience seamless. Thank you Ryan!

SCAMMERS DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. We went today for a quote to replace the torn leather on the door of my vehicle. It was purely aesthetic. Five minutes later, they were inspecting the car with the hood open, checking the oil levels, even though my request was for something internal to the vehicle. My husband caught on right away and asked why they needed to check the oil levels for something that was purely aesthetic and specific. They said that Colorado law required them to inspect the entire car. What a SCAM !!!! We didn’t give them any more time, but I’m sure they were going to cause some damage to the car. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

Took my car here after sliding on some black ice and smashing into a curb pretty hard during our first snow this season. There was some pretty extensive damage to my car including the front passenger side axle, control arm, ball joint, tie rod, struts, wheel, and unfortunately my subframe as well. Also knocked my sensors out of alignment (anti-collision sensor, tire pressure sensor, etc., were all non-functional when I brought my car in). I went through insurance and initially insurance gave me a very unfair estimate for my damages, not even acknowledging the subframe damage. Luckily for me, Ryan was extremely persistent with them, and got a 2nd adjuster out to acknowledge the damages to my subframe, which gave me a better estimate, which is GREATLY appreciated. I think most car shops wouldn't take time out of their day to do stuff like deal with a customer's insurance adjuster, but this kind of stuff just shows me that they genuinely care about helping out the customer and fixing things correctly at this shop. As soon as repairs were approved, my car was ready to pickup less than 2 days later, which amazed me. I thought the parts alone would take longer than 2 days to come, not including the labor, but they worked extremely quickly on my car and had it all ready to go within 2 days of me approving the work; completely rebuilt front front passenger side suspension, new wheel, new subframe installed on the car, and they recalibrated all of my sensors for me as well. I've been extremely happy with the services, and also customer service, I received here. My car drives just like it did when I first got it, smooth as butter again, and everyone who I dealt with (Ryan, Christian, and Saul) made the process extremely smooth and easy. Couldn't be happier with the service I received at Saul's! I highly recommend this shop if you want any sort of work done on your suspension as they did a phenomenal job with my car. Thank you all again!

I was traveling from Ohio to Colorado in our bus that is also our full time home, when the head gaskets blew at a near by gas station, we found Saul's and right off the bat they were willing to help and work with us and give us options about different repairs. They were very thorough and transparent and helped with financing! We were in a bind because as you know head gaskets aren't cheap AT ALL! They heard our story and really were willing to work with us to get our home back! And with heart work and heart she is up and running! Special thanks the Ryan and Christian for being so so kind and answering all the calls! Truly good humans inside and outside the shop! They don't care if your female or male they treat you equally with respect and honesty 💯 We owe them everything!

Tried to upsell work I had already told them was recently done “strongly recommended” for an “open boot” NOT OPEN, slightly over greased by me. Along with quotes for about $6k of other work that doesn’t need to be done. $3800 for all body mounts because one is lightly cracked?! Couldn’t provide proof that the $330 alignment they did is now in spec, the two reports they did provide showed that only 1 of 3 measurements is IN spec, and was IN when brought in! But NOW my steering center position is off to the left! Wasn’t when brought in. Other concerns asked about not even mentioned. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

DO NOT take your vehicle here if you care about your car or your money. This shop engages in deceptive and unethical practices. They overcharged, attempted to bill my insurance improperly, and delivered poor-quality repairs. Communication was terrible — when I asked for clear explanations and documentation, I was met with excuses, deflection, and eventually accusations of “harassment” simply for requesting honest answers. Their public replies to negative reviews appear generic and scripted, likely auto-generated, and do not reflect how they actually treat customers. They do not communicate clearly, do not take accountability, and do not stand behind their work. They also used low-quality, salvaged parts without proper disclosure, which resulted in faulty equipment being installed. This created additional problems and expenses that should never have occurred. This was an extremely frustrating and costly experience. Save yourself the stress, wasted time, and money — take your business elsewhere.

Dealing with mechanic shops it was the worst experience of my life. I brought in one of multiple estimates from other shops and RYAN, at Sal's Automotive in Centennial, CO, said he could do better than the other companies. I end up paying 60% more ($3,199.00) for the pitman arm, torsion bar and trailer plug. My truck was damaged in their care. The running bar was completely destroyed and Ryan refused to take responsibility or pay for the damage. I plan to pursue my property damages through a law suit. Unfortunately I can do nothing about the rude, disrespectful, unprofessional manner in which I was treated.

Walked in after a 12 hour shift to the owner Saul greeting us. pesky nail in the tire patched for FREE. Not only that but, we had an excellent life conversation in the meantime while his well cared after technicians handled the car within 40 minutes. I will definitely be a returning customer. Gave us a shop tour, and it was impeccable and so clean. it is rare to see such a great team of workers and an owner that absolutely are passionate about taking care of eachother and customers. You and your team single handedly restored my faith in humanity.

Run, don't walk to pick your car up from this shop if they have it. I had a customer of mine take one of my vehicles to this shop for a pre purchase inspection and not only did they lie to the customer they also left supplies under the hood of my car and got grease all over the inside of my car. They misdiagnosed what was a small leak from the axle seal as a leaking transmission oil pump. Not only do they not know the difference between gear oil and ATF (one is red and one is clear) They could not have been farther off from the actual source of the leak. The difference between the repair cost for these 2 item is 1000s of dollars. Called multiple times to get to the bottom of their errors and was ignored. The first time I called the person on the phone asked me if I had any ASE certifications when they can't even tell the difference between ATF and gear oil!!!! Believe the rest of the 1 star reviews and take your car else where.
