I love this place, they have every possible BMW motorcycle with multiple colors/designs/trims...Pascal (a French compatriot) is very nice, can be a bit of a salesman but that's all good! :D The financing is very easy at great rates, especially when they have sales/discounts. I've only had the 1st service done, but it was done on time and I had a nice detailed report afterwards.

Alex Gest and Earl Guyett were a pleasure interacting with. They are very attentive and were quick to answer any questions. Impressive follow up and attention to detail secured my business. Over the years, I have dealt with many motorcycle dealerships- but the guys at BMW Denver are easily the best. K1600 Grand America

The folks at BMW of Denver are fantastic. I crashed my bike significantly a couple of months back. Over $19K in damage total. The insurance company wanted to total it, but I love this bike. The entire parts and service team worked with me and Geico to keep it from being totaled. They rebuilt my bike back to like new condition and made the process painless. They even went out of their way to make sure I had the bike back in time for an upcoming riders course. These folks are amazing. If you're interested in getting a new bike or looking for a place to take your existing bike for service, you can feel good about this place!

My experience with BMW motorcycle shops in other states has been less than stellar. This BMW shop is 5 star in every category. I bought a used 1150 and the sales staff was great, the interactions with the paperwork and payment staff was great, I ended up needing some service interactions after my purchase and the general manager made sure I had the best possible customer experience. The service desk had the last 50k miles of service docs on the bike and gave them to me after redacting the prior owner's information. The showroom is beautiful, you get 30 days of deep discounts on gear after purchasing a bike from them and don't forget to go upstairs and look around at their additional bikes, helmets, clothes, and accessories. I've been referring my friends here ever since my purchase.

Excellent experience with both parts and service, everyone I worked with was super helpful! Tara (parts) helped me pick out exactly the right setup I'd need - and helped with a lot of the research as what I wanted was not super common, on a bike that wasn't super common. Once everything was in, she went the extra steps to explain and show me how to use it all, and I hugely appreciated that! This will be my go-to location for all my future BMW needs hands down.

I have only been in twice, but this second time I waited in-store for a service to be completed on my GS. In this two hours I saw several impressive examples of excellent customer service, both with myself and other guests. Rather than go into detail, I'll call them out: Tara, Scott, Steve, Zach, Alex, Bill and Madison. Thanks all, hopefully things continue to go well and that my first BMW lives up to the reputation.

A great big thank you to the entire staff at BMW of Denver Motorcycle. I had the unthinkable happen last weekend while riding on a CO highway, I struck a concrete paving block while riding at highway speed and luckily didn't lay my '22 R1250RT down. Did some permanent damage to both front and rear tires & rims. Lucky me l listened to Earl at purchase time and got tire and wheel coverage and everything was covered. A couple years after purchasing my new bike from BMW of Denver and I'm still grateful for their experience at all levels. The salesman Pascal put me on the perfect bike, Earl steered me in the right direction and got me setup with the right service contract that not only fit my budget but paid dividends. I can't say enough good things about the service depart who always greet me with a smile. Thank you Scott and Linda and all the others I missed. I hope the pizza was delicious!

The service manager verifiably lied to me when I called to tell them about some issues that were discovered in my shop following the 16k mile service that they did. all 8 of the intake valves were half the clearance that they should have been, with the same sized shims installed that come from the factory. There was also a lot of dirt inside the camshaft area, shown in the pictures below. They botched the valve adjustment on a customers bike, then blamed the customer for not paying them $5,000 to uneccesarliy take the head apart. They told me they completed the job, then the next day they took it back apart to verify the valve clearances. He left out the part where the reason they took it apart again is because THEY COULDN'T GET THE BIKE TO START! They also told the customer they had bent valves, which I easily disproved with a leak down test that shows the engine has zero leakage through the valves. I called in good faith to lend a helping hand, and they just made excuses and took zero responsibility for the incorrectly done service that they performed. The amount of dishonesty from this dealerships service department is what gives the rest of our trade a bad name, in my opinion. Had the service manager not lied to me, I wouldn't feel so compelled to write this review.

Love the bike! Buying experience was smooth, and the service department is phenomenal and completed my break in-service in a timely manner! Shout-out to Tara in the parts department for going out of her way to ensure that riders are safe. Wish I ordered the bike with a few more options. Nonetheless, it's been a blast!

The service advisors are great, especially Linda, she’s awesome. (5-stars for her). Behind the garage door, the tech team does not provide quality service, not in my experience anyway. Oil/coolant leaks repaired multiple times under warranty. It still leaked after warranty repairs. I was so tired of this leak and scheduled a 3d warranty appointment. However, prior to that 3d appointment, I looked into the leak myself. I found the issue under the tank, an unsecured clamp to a hose attaching to the bottom of the airbox. I don’t work on the bike, BMW works on the bike. My only conclusion here is that the clamp came loose or it was missed by the techs during a warranty/service. And every time I pick up my bike. A new scratch on the fairings, new smudges and marks on my exhaust. Like, why can’t the tech team just take care of my bike as if it were their own bike? What happened to quality service? I keep giving the service team the benefit of the doubt, but I keep getting let down. I called the service manager about the scratches and smudges. Mentioned that they don’t take off those fairings for warranty repairs and there’s nothing he can do. Almost made me feel as if I put the scratches there. Almost. I know for a fact, they weren’t there. Anyway, he couldn’t purchase touch up paint or provide any helpful advice. Kinda left me with a “just deal with it” attitude.

5 stars! BMW of Denver Motorcycles is hands-down the best BMW dealership in Colorado—exclusive, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about riding. The team delivers top-notch service from sales to parts, but a special shoutout goes to Tara in the service department. She’s incredibly professional, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. My bike runs better than ever thanks to her expertise and friendly communication. Highly recommend for any BMW rider!

I am now a proud owner of a new BMW F900r. Such an upgrade from my g310r. Pascal the motarad specialist did a great job at being friendly and explaining all the tech on the bikes tft display. Earl was great to work with in the financial services department. Both made my purchase very straightforward and streamlined. I really recommend BMW of Denver. Very cool place. Awesome BMW selection. So far I'm loving my new bike!

I traded in my KTM for a GSA and couldn't be happier. The dealership experience was very good and pretty fast maybe 45 minutes at most. Pascal showed me the basics of my motorcycles electronics and the initial ergonomics set-up. I will be returning for my first service soon and will review that experience but if the service department is as good as the sells and financing then it should be amazing as well.

I organized to bring my 1200 GS Adventure to BMW of Denver from Montana for multiple service items. I have to say that the service department was excellent to work with. Tara at the service desk was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. She was helpful making the appointment in advance and accommodating for the dates of my travels. The follow up and interval communication were excellent. I would highly recommend BMW Motorcycles of Denver for their professional, fast service. Thank you Tara you ROCK!!! R. Naylor of Billings MT
