I went in with a bad attitude because the handicap space was blocked with a non handicap car. I was told there would be a 2-4 hour wait. But Kyle saw my anguish even after I cursed at him and took the task on himself to inspect my vehicle. I whole heartedly appreciated his efforts and apologized to him for my attitude. They didnt torque the oil plug properly and when the plug finally blew out after 1100 miles they try to argue its somehow more likely a random person crawled under to removed or loosen the plug. Engine is seized and trash thanks to their work. Only visit if you want to be out a few grand for a new engine. Just scroll through the reviews to see their other horror stories. CUSTOMER BEWARE.

I would give zero stars if I could honestly. If you are a woman don't go here alone. They are extremely predatory with their pricing and will over charge you if they think you don't know better. Took my car to 2 other shops for a second and third opinion only for both of them to tell me the quote I got from here would be pricing for something on a new Mercedez not a 5-year-old NISSAN. Got quoted from multiple other shops for $600-900 cheaper at each. On top of that they charged almost $100 for the inspection which both other shops did for free. Don't go here unless you want to be treated like you're stupid because you're a woman and wildly overcharged since they will assume you are incompetent with any knowledge of car repairs.

Went in for a maintenance oil change. Told the guys I would replace my air filters bc I know how to do it. What I didn’t realize was there was other factory maintenance needed and I was not told about it until I got the email when I was at home. I mentioned my tires were low on air and said would appreciate if they filled them along with a tire rotation and I don’t believe they did. Very frustrating because now I have to make a new appointment. Probably won’t be back to a meineke

I recently visited Meineke for a routine oil change, and while the oil change itself was performed competently, that was the only positive part of the experience. My vehicle had a small, existing crack in the passenger-side window (not the windshield). As part of their apparent standard procedure, the technician rolled the window all the way down. This action caused the crack to spread significantly, turning a minor issue into a serious one that now requires immediate and costly repair or replacement. A trained technician should have noticed the visible crack during their multi-point inspection and either avoided rolling the window down or taken precautions (such as only partially lowering it or using the driver’s side instead) to prevent worsening the damage. This seems like a clear oversight and failure to exercise reasonable care while handling my vehicle. Unfortunately, when I brought this to their attention, the location refused to take any responsibility or offer compensation toward the repair. This lack of accountability is disappointing and erodes trust in their service. I would not recommend this Meineke location to anyone concerned about their vehicle’s existing glass or minor imperfections. Proceed with caution, and document any pre-existing conditions before service.

I had a brief but very positive experience here. The car I was test driving was making a weird noise so I brought it by on a whim. Despite being pretty busy and me not having an appointment, Kyle stepped out with me and informally assessed the car. He knew right away what the sound was (sway bar issue) and gave me tips and information I could bring to the dealership. I was able to get the dealership to agree to fix it and ended up buying the car. Thanks to Kyle and his team for being helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. Him taking timing out of his day to help me has won me over as a customer. I’ll be coming back despite living 30 minutes away.
