I usually go to brakes plus for my oil changes and other services I may need however for this location it was the first time I come here and it with all honesty it was the best experience I’ve had. Austin and the other guys that worked on my wife’s car were a great help and very kind and respectful brothers for sure! I recommend coming here, Austin mentioned to me it would about an hour and it took about less than 30 mins instead for an oil change with tire rotation. Thank guys!

They took care of the car in great fashion, and let me know all the upcoming maintenance issues and all the little details that were needed before the winter season! Everyone at this location goes above and beyond. I was able to get in the same day and they did an excellent job. My van was making a funny noise afterwards and they looked at everything again and found nothing wrong because they did it right the first time. I did want to apologize to Bri for being snarky. My car is very old, and they discovered a coolant leak. The mechanics took time to show me what was going on. Jeff was great to work with and super responsive. They didn’t try to nickel and dime me at all. He explained exactly what was going on and had me in and out within an hour. I got a free inspection, and while I was at another appointment, he sent me a detailed message laying out all my options. I don’t know much about cars, so I usually feel nervous bringing mine in because it can feel like anyone could tell me anything. This was the first time I truly felt like they had my best interest in mind.

I had an amazing experience with Jeff Lopeka, the store manager at the Brakes Plus Yosemite branch. He was honest, down to earth, and extremely thorough while inspecting my son’s truck. In the past, I’ve had bad experiences with auto shops recommending repairs that weren’t actually necessary. Jeff was completely different. He was honest, transparent, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also shared helpful input about the overall health and condition of the truck, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about helping customers instead of just selling services. What a great experience. We definitely need more people like Jeff in the automotive industry. Kudos to Brakesplus for the employees like Jeff!
