Extremely rude. And right off the bat, the guy with a bald head and a goate was not welcoming. I don't know if he was having a bad day or he is always like that. But horrible customer service. I asked if they had any cope coupons available. He said, i'm not a cashier, but you could google it. After dealing with his horrible attitude for 2 minutes i realize this is not the place I want to give my business to and I said, never mind and I drove away. I wont be returning or any of my company vehicles will not either.

Staff was very friendly and professional. I had an oil change and a radiator flush done. I was informed at each step of the process what was being done. I was given a sheet with recommendations for addtl services with prices. It was not done at all in a pushy way as I’ve had done at some places, but just told that they could take care of these services when I was able to. I definitely will be coming back and will highly recommend this shop!

Amazing!! I want to thank Adam and Dave 1000%. First of all, I have a 1983 Pontiac Trans Am. I finally found a shop with technicians and a team that not only want to work on a vehicle this old, but have the knowledge on how to make the necessary repairs. This shop and this team is the go to place for your late model repairs and they won’t kill you in labor charge like the dealer will. The issues I brought it in for were oil leaks. Upon their initial inspection they noted oil pan leak, timing chain cover leak. Knowing what they were about to get into with this repair, it took them no time at all to discover what I needed to get done. Upon removal of the timing chain cover, Dave noticed the timing chain gear was chipped and cracked, and the chain was loose. The team reached out to me right away to let me know additional repair was needed and showed me what was wrong. The oil pan gasket and pan were also replaced. They did notice some other issues, but I decided that I will get that done later. They got the job done in a timely matter and had no problem sourcing parts necessary for these repairs. This will be my forever shop and team for the future of my car. Thanks again Adam and Dave.

Steve and his team are absolutely amazing! Came in for a simple oil change but I also asked if they could secure my skid plate on tighter. The guys at grease monkey at Holly and county line road are top notch. I take my fleet of cars to them every month as we drive that much . They gave me in and out . But the owners son can be quite pushy if he is working especially with women . That I did not like but the rest of the crew is awesome! Thanks for taking good care of my vehicles . Kelly

I take my Jeep Grand Cherokee here for oil changes. The staff is very friendly and they are quick. They give you a print out of recommended maintenance for your vehicle based on mileage along with the costs associated with the maintenance. They do not pressure you to do any other service than what you came in for which is nice. I highly recommend Grease Monkey! Make sure you sign up for their coupons.

this between bad and good. The man that comes to get you set up for the oil change. When he approaches my car. Did not say anything but what oil did I want for my car and the card he was hold had the price. I explain to him I was not sure. I held a printed from my last oil change and show he the paper. He said he did not know anything about. Continue asking what the oil were and what the price was. He was rude and abrupt. I even ask what the price might be. I just need the general price. After going through this back and forth. I was ready to drive away. I said you are rude. He's voice was little sofa. but the harness was still there. I decided to stay. His name is Trent Greeter. He really is a bad attuite and look bad for the company. It like I have to work here and really do not care for this job. The manger and outer employees were great. They let me know that I am way over do for a transmission Let me know they not able do that kind of work. Very, Very helpful.

Last night I took my 2018 Mini Cooper to Grease Monkey on Quebec. They told me they couldn't work on Minis and take it to the location on Holly and County Line. When I arrived, I was greeted by the nicest young man. So respectful and kind. I asked him if they would look at my Coolant Tank and give me his honest opinion of it's condition while they were doing my oil change. He said he would tell the other service techs. Josh, the assistant manager, came in and gave me his honest opinion which I greatly appreciated. (Mechanics can be some of the MOST dishonest humans to walk the face of the earth.) He even suggested I take it to another Auto Shop that he knows who would not try to rip me off. It took them less than 30 minutes to do my oil change, top off my liquids, take a look at my coolant tank, clean my windows, and take my payment. If you ever want amazing service from honest integral service techs, take your vehicle to Grease Monkey at this location (Holly and County Line). You will not be disappointed. Great staff, great service.

What a great experience! I hate going to mechanics as I fear they’re going to assume i know nothing and try to nickel and dime me. Not these guys. So kind and knowledgeable. I asked for an oil change and they did a great inspection of my car, helped me out with referrals for other shops specializing in services they don’t provide and provided me with a very reasonable quote for work that I really need to do in the future. No pressure. Very kind and helpful. Thomas and Sean were especially great!
