ONUST isn't just another automobile extended warranty, it is comfort. My claim experience with ONUST was extremely smooth. My car was in at 730AM and out by 945AM the same day. Fully paid for by ONUST and with no deductible on my end. I couldn't be happier that I signed my car with ONUST. The no hassle, no cost to me experience has left me smiling even after a Dealership auto repair. Unheard of. The dealership Service Rep even stated how simple, quick and professional it was dealing with ONUST. I got the impression from the service Rep it isn't like that with other warranty companies. I am impressed by this new company. The service is excellent and the customer service is great! I like to test as many aspects of the services I am hiring or the product I purchased, so that I can offer a full, honest, comprehensive review of my experience with the services or product, at the time I hired or purchased them. Here are my thoughts… I had purchased a membership with Onust (My membership is called Onust Connect) a couple months prior, in case any of my vehicles had a mechanical breakdown. I insure everything I own! Lol It helps me sleep like a baby at night… (That and a clean conscious 🫠) Thank goodness I did! because one of my vehicles ( a Bimmer) broke down and I couldn’t get it going. After a basic diagnosis and attempted to jump start the vehicle, I realized the issue was probably the alternator. I decided to contact Onust and have it towed to a location of my choice to have a friend technician help me replace the alternator later that week. Onust did exactly that. No hassle, no drama, no excuses. They simply did exactly what I paid them to do and I couldn’t be happier with the services they offer. I simply dialed the number on the Onust app. They answer my call really quick. I then told them my car needed towing, they asked if I was alright in a safe place, and also if I had done basic check up such as making sure the battery was tight in place, If I attempted jump start the vehicle, etc… I said yes I was fine In a safe place and I did do a basic check up and did attempt to jump start the vehicle but was unsuccessful. They then asked for detail about my car, and connected me with the towing company who was going to take care of my vehicle. A nice gentleman asked for a few more details such as Where the vehicle was located and where is it going. The customer support agent from Onust, Britt T. was on the phone via Conference call the entire time making sure I was taken care of. Britt was fantastic! She was cordial, professional and kind. So was the gentleman with the towing company ( I will look up the name of the company and the gentleman and update it on here soon, since I can’t recall it). The gentleman informed Britt the amount due for the towing service and Britt paid the towing company over the phone right there on the spot and that was all. I am glad I was covered by that service, because you would not believe how much towing companies are charging these days! The cost for towing my two sitter roadster for a total distance of a little over a mile (1.3 miles) was $210. The towing truck was a brand new top of the line Ford pick up truck, with a towing system I had not seen before, and It worked great. It was quick and professionally done. The one thing I didn’t like was, towing company arrived a little late, but that is not something Onust can control or even the driver of the towing company. They had a delay do to an unexpected situation and I was on an unexpected situation myself, so life happens and there is very little anyone can do to avoid any wrong to happen, but when it does happen, these type of services, Onust, they take care of you. I hope they continue to offer that amazing service to everyone for a long time. These are very uncertain times for everyone and we depend on good companies, serious, professional companies who can assist us and our loves ones when needed. I have looked at a lot of different extended warranty companies but what completely sold me was your Customer Service Representative Britt. She was able to stay on the phone with me and answered ALL of my questions. She then preceeded to gather information on questions that I'd continue to ask and if she wasn't sure of it, instead of just saying something frivolous she researched and got back within the hour of me asking. Onust is just what their name stands for. This is one Company I truly endorse. Also Kudos to Britt for being such a GREAT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE EMPLOYEE.

The service rep Jason was very strait forward. Spent the time to explain the coverage, claim process, and any question I had along the way before purchasing the warranty. Shortly after I had my AC go out, spoke with Jason about it. Although it took a bit longer than expected due to communication issues between the service center and Onust. I was assured I would be taken care of and I was. So far everything I have been told up to this point has been true. I hope to not have to use them any time soon again but I feel comfortably knowing I am covered.

I am super happy about my decision to go with Onust for my vehicle's extended warranty. Onust is there when you need them... as in... RIGHT WHEN YOU NEED THEM! I signed up, and just a couple of days later, my spark plug coil decided to quit. I took my car to the shop I've been going to for years and called Britt over at Onust. Within seconds, I was on the line with Nick, an ASE Master Certified Technician (they don't just give away those credentials - he's the real deal!) - and within minutes (MINUTES!!) my mechanic was on the phone with them, getting paid for the work that needed to be done. THIS is what you want when you are looking for a reputable extended warranty company! No 30-90 day waiting period. No vehicle inspection. NO PROBLEM for Onust! Onust Auto Warranty isn't as honest as I thought , I signed up two cars 8 months ago and originally I thought it was great until learning today that the warranty is not for as long as you own the car , it is only for as much as the car is worth when you sign up with Onust. I would say the biggest issue is they are deceitful when you sign up, making you think that you can pay monthly and have coverage for as many months as you pay and own the car. However, there is a limit to what they will pay based on the value of the car at time of sign up . Every repair you get counts against it until they hit the limit. Then you get the phone call explaining what you were never explained. The person who signed me up named Britt never explained it, I have emails to prove it. I would recommend not using Onust unless you want to be scammed and treated poorly. Britt was deceitful in signing me up , something this company must train their people to do. Hoping you pay monthly then after years tell you we only pay up to this amount. Absolutely a bait and switch company, similar to a pyramid scheme. Buyer beware , I would say to ask what coverage limit amount is towards repair before you sign up. I am now stuck with a $6000 repair bill and a useless car . Thanks to Onust Warranty. I don't know how these people sleep at night being scammers , Karma will be there for them. Disgraceful

Had an issue with my radiator leaking and needed to be replaced. My mechanic was being impatient when contacting Onust and so I called myself and had someone on the phone in seconds reassuring me that they would reach out to my mechanic make sure everything went smoothly. And it did, Onust has probably the best customer service I have ever experienced and I would recommend them to anyone. Reasonably priced and covers almost all repairs.

I have had an opportunity to work with them several times and they are by far the best compared to all the other companies I work with in the last couple of years. I am a big fan of taking care of people and they have proven to me that this is normal practice. Keep up the good work.
