They estimated 6 weeks for the repair, and would have made it except a broken part on the windshield install. The car looks brand new. I've had it back for a week no issues.

This is the best car repair service I've ever had. The Caliber team kept me well-informed throughout the repair and did a good job explaining things in a way I could understand. I was so impressed by how clean my car was when it was returned, the interior was as clean as the day I bought it. I also appreciated the convenience of being able to pick up and drop off my insurance-provided rental car onsite. I hope to never need repairs again but will definitely start here if I do.

Let me start by saying, nobody really likes to take their car to a body shop because that usually means you’ve been in an accident or your vehicle has damage. But in those unfortunate situations, it’s great to connect with a shop that is attentive, passionate about what they do, and puts the customer first. That’s exactly what I experienced with Caliber Coalition. Ben and the whole crew did an awesome job on my Bronco. While I don’t have any plans to go back anytime soon, LOL 🤣 if I ever do, this is the shop I’ll be returning to.

My car is finally fixed which is nice, but disappointing considering I expected it a week ago. I dropped my car off because it was involved in an accident, I dropped it off with a guy named Kyle. I was at least given a guy named Kyle’s business card, everything I had to reference including the caliber website said it was being worked on by Kyle. When I called to check in for the first time about my car a little over a week after I dropped it off, Kyle no longer worked there. He was the only reason I went there in the first place. When I went to go called to check in about my car, I was told that all the parts had been ordered and it’d be done the next day. I called the next day, and was told one of the parts had never arrived, which I was then told by another person was inaccurate the parts had arrived but it was the wrong part. Either way neither of these things instilled any confidence. When my car was finally “ready” I told them I would be there immediately to pick it up because I was sick of dealing with people who gave the impression of cluelessness. I told the manger I would be there around 2:30, I showed up at 2:45, and my car still wasn’t done “because he was running some final tests,” after telling me it was ready to go already. - it wasn’t. My battery no longer worked after never having a problem with it before until dropping it off. It literally wouldn’t even turn over in the lot. The manager also “left my car running as a courtesy,” which upon reflection was in the hope that the battery still worked and I wouldn’t notice, because immediately as I tried turning it over he knew what the problem was and walked to get the very on hand jump box. The guy that came to repair my battery hadn’t been communicated with on how to go about picking up my car, and I had to receive two phone calls to work explaining the process I hoped his boss would’ve told him about. On top of this, they chipped my windshield right in front of where my dash camera would’ve been if they hadn’t ripped it out and thrown the dash camera on the floor. And they didn’t tell me about either the windshield or battery I figured out while getting in my car they told me was “ready” for the first time. Overall after about two weeks of delays, two new items damaged, and a lack of transparency or communication I would’ve give this specific location less than 1 star if I could. My experience was terrible.

Ran into a blown tire and messed up my bumper. Worked through State Farm and Calibur was listed as a preferred shop. Was able to easily get in and get the car in for an estimate. State Farm uses Enterprise for car rentals and this shop works with the one up the street for them to come pick you up. They stayed in contact with my via email about the completion date (it got done with about 10 minutes to spare before closing, so had to wait till the next day). But great professional staff.
