I was new to the area and referred to Six Stars by the local Auto Zone. Not only is Six Stars SUPER friendly and accommodating, but they are INCREDIBLY fair priced and do an AMAZING job. I've used them several times for everything from an oil change and brakes to a new timing belt and idler. Hands down best mechanic in Colorado. The interior is always clean and smells nice. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of or talked down to, which as a woman tends to happen with mechanics. Love love love it here. As long as my car is in Colorado- it's going to be serviced by Six Stars.

Great customer service, competitive prices, and they do not cut corners. Recieved a quote on recommended repairs for my car... literally hundreds of $$$ lower than other quotes I've received. And the other shops I don't really even trust! Six Star is the essential shop when it come to owning a Subaru.

Congratulations on finding this Gem! If you're a Subaru owner, you're in luck! I've brought my car twice to this place and saved literally hundreds and received the best quality work and service. The prices here are unbelievable. I was recommended by a member of "Awdpirates" (Local Colorado Subaru Forum) When I was looking for a shop to rebuild the short block motor on my 2011 STI. This was not a cheap job, so I spent a lot of time calling around shops and researching on places where I could get the best quality work and price. I'm very active on the local Subaru forums as I know many shops who are very reputable to do this. But after calling more than 8 different shops, Six Star had everyone beat by $500-$800 dollars! I didn't hesitate to bring my car to Alex at Six Star as I only heard good things about them. Inna kept me updated throughout the process. She is also very sweet and kind. After a few weeks I received my car back and haven't had any problems since. I was very pleased. The Second time, I brought my 2009 Subaru Legacy in just for a rear differential change. It didn't come to me first to take it to Six Star until I called Big O Tire, Brakes Plus, Firestone, Les Schwab, and heard how much they were going to charge me just to remove two bolts and refill it with new fluid. Six Star had those places beat by more than half the price!! I even had to ask the other shops how much they would charge for just the labor and I would supply the fluids. Alex charged me less than the cheapest place I found for just labor and included the fluid! Six Star's price was literally less than half of the competitors. Overall: If you own a Subaru like I do, I feel like you'll receive VIP treatment in both Price and Service here at Six Star. I highly recommend this place, and will always continue coming back if I ever need anything. These people are very honesty like everyone else says and you can tell they really love and have a passion towards Subarus. They simply love what they do. Thanks Alex and Inna, -Ian T.

Stopped by Six Stars Auto Service today to have them look at a dent in the bumper of my Forester. They were flexible with my time constraints and extremely helpful over the phone before I stopped into the store. When I picked up my car, they had popped out the dent and said that they wouldn't charge me! I can not believe how great their service is! Never have I felt so comfortable in dealing with car issues, they are extremely trustworthy and offer great customer service! I will definitely be back for oil changes and any other issues I may have!

I had my WRX clutch replaced at this shop, they did a great job and even had it back to me on the same day. My car also was missing a battery tie down on one side which was missing since I bought it used, I didn't mention it when dropping it off but a couple days after getting it back noticed they had replaced it for free and without even mentioning it. It's a small thing but shows the kind of people that work in this shop. Nothing but great things to say about everyone I dealt with here. They gained a lifetime customer

It's very rare that I go out and review a place I've been to. But I was so impressed with the work Alex and his team did that I felt that I had to! Friendly and helpful people with no pressure. Very affordable and great work on their end. I'll be taking my Subaru here for everything from now on.

Sending more positive reviews towards Six Stars Auto Service. My 09 WRX had a clutch fork failure around 110k miles. Why wait a week+ to be seen at a dealership and pay significantly more? Alex did a great job replacing my clutch and I'm back on the road in just two days (not weeks!). Highly recommended!

If your looking for an honest mechanic to work on your Subie look no further than Six Stars Auto Service in Centennial, CO. Alex (owner) is the real deal!!! A great trustworthy mechanic who knows his stuff. He replaced my front brakes including the rotors for under $235.00 and had me back on the road in less than 3 hours. He even went the extra mile and fixed my horn which wasn't working at NO COST. I was amazed at that. It's nice to know their is still honest & quality service at a great value when you need it. Definitely will be back.

For 4 years I have used another Subaru shop, but unfortunately the service has really waned. All I needed was a new door seal for my back right door and my previous shop couldn't take me in for 3 weeks and wanted me to leave it at the shop for the entire day in order to do it. I called up Six Stars Auto Service and they said I could come that same morning since I already had the part and Alex installed it in just 3 minutes. We talked and I started to leave and I realized I hadn't even paid for anything so I said wait, I need to pay you and he said no it just took 3 minutes it's not a problem. I'm definitely using them from now on!

This family business is THE BEST in the area. I have been to others but they took the best care of me and my Subaru over the years. They are fair on price and go out of their way to make sure you know what is and ISNT wrong so that you can plan out your fixes and not over-extend. They kept it in perfect condition and I trust them completely! Go here. Seriously.

The most efficient and transparent mechanic I’ve ever been to. They took great care of my Forester and helped diagnose issues no other shop pointed out or noticed. They had fair prices and excellent service. I will only take my car here from now on.

I can't recommend them enough. I called for a quote about getting some parts replaced and they were quick to respond and got me in for an appointment the next day. I also asked them to check my air filters and power steering fluid and instead of encouraging me to get extra work done they told me it was safe (and cheaper) to wait and do the power steering flush with the 120,000 mile service. Drop off and pick up was so easy and the prices are unbeatable. I will never take my Subaru anywhere else.

I have been taking my car to Six Star for nearly a decade, and there is a reason why. Only time I ever tried to use someone else was when I lived in Frisco, and I instantly regretted it and promised myself to only take it to Alex (6 star) if I can, no matter how far the drive. Honest, reliable and reasonably priced, you won’t find a better mechanic to fix your Subaru. I bought the 09 forester I’m currently driving back in around 2018, and he did my initial inspection, cleared it, and has done work on it ever since.. and all it’s really needed is regular expected maintenance. I could not recommend this place enough. Inna is amazing, kind and just always a pleasure to interact with, and so is Alex! Love this place and these people. Do yourself a favor and only take your Subaru here, it will thank you!

Our Impreza wouldn't start. We had it towed there and they had it diagnosed and repaired within a few hours. They even gave us the option of going with a used starter or a new one, saving us money. Car starts right up now. Great work, fellas.

I had the presale inspection done here before I bought a car. They did note a few things, but completely missed some pretty major things. The slave cylinder was leaking and busted after the inspection, the rear wheel hub bearing where bad, and an axle boot had failed and it was very evident it had failed since there was grease everywhere. Unsurprisingly, the slave cylinder gave out while driving and everything that I had mentioned was not noted in the inspection. Ultimately, it set me back 3k in repairs because the shop did not do a proper inspection. I did have the car serviced at a different location.

Brought our Crosstrek in that had been driving rough lately to which they had the problem diagnosed quickly along with an issue multiple big name repair shops couldn’t identify themselves. Car sounds and drives better than when it was first purchased. Pricing was great. Thank you!

Alex is the best!! I was recommended to His shop and I’m so grateful! He didn’t even know I was getting my car towed to his shop, but looked at my car on sight. And immediately pulled it back for further inspection. He even showed me where the issue was! He had my parts in stock and completed the work in less than an hour and a half! Plus the best part, he is very reasonable pricing!!!highly recommend!!

Went here a couple weeks ago because my heat was not working and my engine was shaky. They told me it was my head gasket and it would cost 3,000 dollars. Since I couldn't afford it they offered a temporary fix which was just replacing my coolant which was 250 dollars because oil got mixed into it. I was told my car would be safe to drive for now until I put some mileage on it. I was also told my heat will not work until I get my head gasket fixed which was entirely a lie. I told my uncle who is also a mechanic and he told me my head gasket should have no effect on my heat. I took it to another Subaru mechanic and not even 5 minutes after looking at my car he found a hole in my coolant hose. I'm not sure how that was missed at all cause even I could see it. He replaced it and topped me off with more coolant and my cars heat started to work again. He also told me it's unsafe to drive with a hole in my coolant hose cause my engine could've overheated and the problem would become even worse. It's also nice to know the 50 dollars they charged me for coolant was meaningless cause right after I drove off it was spraying out the hose. I feel very misled and lied to.
