Love these guys, at the county line and holly store. I have been to several mechanics over the years in the area and these guys blow them all out of the water. They have worked on my truck, church bus and my wife's car. They do a stellar job and only do what you tell them to, no surprises. Prices are fair, expensive but what isn't these days. Still cheaper than anyone else around, and you can rest assured its done and done right. They are worth making the switch and trying them out. They also get you in and out faster than other shops, they have gotten me in same day or next day most times. Try it, you will NOT regret it. Update:: These guys are still amazing, they are the go to for all my cars and my church vehicles. My dudes Mason and Matt are awesome, and if I have question , I just ask, if they dont have the answers they will get the answers. Thanks guys I appreciate your help!!!!

The team at the Holly St location were great. I took my truck in for 2 parts that were under warranty from them and they replaced them with no charge. Stand up outfit with genuinely nice people. Incredibly throughout, a 170 point inspection, provided us with a detailed email of their findings both written and photos/videos. I recently had an engine rebuild and replacement on my 2015 Camaro SS 1LE done by Christian Brothers. Jessie who I was working with did a great job throughout the whole process with me. He walked me through every available option and explained what warranties I would get with each option and priced everything out for me even going through some specialty engine options at my request as I am a car enthusiast and was looking into options for upgrades event though I ultimately decided to keep it simple. Jessie was also very knowledgeable and understood that I was very particular about the car. The car has run perfectly since then and I took it to another shop that specializes in LS engines, and had it retuned and dyno'd since there were a couple of parts, we changed on the engine rebuild They gave it a clean bill of health and said everything sounds like it was running perfectly. On top of that they said they've had similar set ups and said that it exceeded their power expectations by almost 10%. The cherry on top as well was Jessie asked if I wanted him to wash the car or leave it as is so I could wash it how I wanted as I am weird about taking the car through washes, and I am glad he understood that and gave me the option.

Over my seven plus decades I have only experienced one automotive repair center that came close to this absolutely exceptional auto repair center. From having my car towed to Christian Brothers Automotive to picking it up in their customer friendly, clean, modern and comfortable building exceeded all expectations. Christian Brothers Automotive kept me informed via text and phone call. I received videos of the defective parts with recommendations for repair. Then, after reviewing the videos, I talked to Jessie who answered my questions. Throughout this amazing process I was able to always speak to my service advisor or text my technician. However, the best part of this amazing experience was my post-repair car performance. My car ran better than it had since I drove it out of the new car dealership in 2018!!! This is my forever auto service center! Thank you so much!!! I should also mention the multiple JD Power awards I saw on the front desk and I chose this service center based in its BBB A+ rating which I believe is well deserved!

Christian Automotive truly went above and beyond for my family. My daughter is stranded in Colorado and their team was so kind, patient, and understanding of the situation. They helped her with a shuttle back to her friend’s house while they diagnosed the vehicle, and then followed up with a very thorough inspection and explanation of what was going on. They didn’t just throw random repairs at it -they walked us through what fixes would be best to get her back home safely to Texas, which I appreciated so much as a parent. First, the workshop is clean. The waiting room offers amenities such as coffee, snacks, soda, and water. There’s also a table you can use for work. The space isn’t huge, but it’s comfortable for two people, though it feels a bit cramped since it’s placed right next to the sofas. The service area, although behind closed rolling doors, has glass panels that let you watch the mechanics at work. This area is clean as well! What’s truly impressive is the detailed and extensive report they provide. They even noted a missing oil‑change reminder sticker and documented a minor dent with photos — both included in the final report. The service advisor, Jesse Mullin, was also very patient, taking the time to answer every question and clearly explain why each service was needed. They completed the work properly and thoroughly. Highly recommended.

I brought my truck in for a simple tire balance and they ruined my rims. They decided to not let me know and charge me before they allowed me to see the damage. Joe and Chris, “the managers” had all of the excuses in the world and how it is essentially my fault. They offered to spray it with a similar material but I declined because I would never let them touch my vehicle again. I still haven’t received a refund for their mistake. Choose a different place that cares more than just the dollar amount. Update: This must be the smug owner Chris. You are proving my point that you blame me for your technicians mistake. They should have stopped after the first rim they damaged and called me to give me options. Nope, they did all four instead and let me know. I would be an idiot to let y’all fix my truck. You are a joke and can’t just accept that you hire incompetent people.
