Don’t go here. Every time I’ve been an oil change has taken 2 + hours with an appointment. The appointment scheduling system is a joke. They messed up my cap last time and told me they couldn’t get it off because of whoever worked on it last time (which was them) and an hour later they said it still wasn’t off and they hadn’t been working on it because they had other cars there. I spent over 2 hours waiting only to go home with no oil change. They mess up your car and they take way longer than is normal. Would not recommend. Update: we had to go to the Buick Dealership and spend hundreds of dollars because this Walmart auto center messed up the cap for oil changes. DO NOT GO HERE!

I am so happy with the services I received. Bought some Goodyear tire and huge bonus they we a little marked down with free install and balance for Black Friday! Huge difference from the experience I received at the store 9400 E Hampden. (Don’t ever visit that location.) I had to drive quite a bit further but it was worth it. Bill was awesome and listened to what I wanted to accomplish. He said it would be a couple hours which I expected because it was super busy and mission accomplished. Thank you guys so much for helping me get my much needed tires.

Worst service ever! I ordered four new tires and the day before my installation, one of the tires was cancelled and returned. I am now stuck with three tires I can’t use. Why wouldn’t they cancel the entire order, or just give me the order I paid for? I’ve spent hours trying to resolve this. The store manager ghosted me when I called.

Do not take your vehicle here. I repeat. Do not use this Center for your services (or lack thereof)!!! I went to get a tire patched that I had bought at Walmart a couple months ago, I was going to leave the tire and return to get it because one of the three workers said he was going to lunch but not before. He told me to go ahead and bring in the tire for him. Mind you, I am 130 lb and this tire is for a Astro van. I'm like no you can get the tire and I confirmed you're going to call me as soon as it's ready, correct? We are going out of town tomorrow morning and cannot drive on a spare. Elliott confirmed with me. I would be getting a phone call when the tire is done. 6:00 rolls around. They close at 7:00. According to their signs and website I go into the tire center. They are closed and have been since 5:30 according to another employee at Walmart. Not only do I not have a tire, I have no idea where Elliot is the person that took my tire and I'm not going anywhere without the tire let alone on my road trip that was planned and I am still here in Denver..... I go there again this morning 7:00 when they open supposedly, their excuse? Or explanation? They are short staffed. That's why they left early. Ask me why they are taking people's tires when they don't have people to fix them. I have no idea.

Everyone needs to stay away from this auto center. The service manager said they don’t work on aftermarket wheels but they did our truck. It only took them 6 hours to do 4 tires and an oil change. The techs need to learn how to do tires if it takes this long. Labor time is 1.3 man hours for 4 tires. Can’t even fill the tires up with enough air either. If you’re going to work in a service job then you need to learn how to do your job better. Sorry excuses from the manager. I am a certified mechanic and can tell that no one likes their job there. Every time I have been in there everyone is standing around but yet y’all say your busy

They will take forever and over charge you. There advertised price does not reflect the final charge. When you bring it up after the fact, cause you have to pay them to get your keys back, all you get are excuses and half measures. Save yourself the headache because you won't be saving money and go somewhere else.

Honestly, if I wrote a play-by-play of how much of a cluster my experience was here, it would make me sound like a crazy person. It is out of my concern for humanity that I issue this warning to all mankind; abandon any hope of getting decent service here, and go to any other place on this green earth for tire service... Paris Tire on Leetsdale is great btw.

This is really, really terrible customer service. The person working at the auto service counter doesn’t answer questions properly and just does whatever they want. Even though I checked in before my appointment time, they didn’t even start long after the scheduled time, saying that they were short on technicians. Situations like this can happen, but if they were short on staff, why didn’t they explain this to customers at check-in and let them know it might take longer than usual?

I popped a tire and came into a walmart because it was next to where I was. I told the guy I needed one back tire. He told me that they were too busy and that I would need to come back later....... This is what it looks like. I don't see any cars. But I do see the same guy sitting out there smoking.... I i'm putting the donut on and going elsewhere...

Yesterday I paid for my tire order and scheduled an installation. Today I arrived on time, but I was told that my appointment had been canceled because the tires had not yet arrived. I completely understand that delivery delays can happen — that is normal and I do not argue with that. However, when I tried to ask for at least an approximate timeframe (since I need to request time off from work), the associate named Phillip became very agitated, started being rude, told me I was wasting his time, and then left, slamming the door. As a result, I wasted my time driving there, did not get my tires installed, and received an extremely negative experience. My Saturday morning was completely ruined by the employee’s unjustified rudeness. This was my first experience with Walmart Auto Care, and unfortunately, it turned out to be extremely negative.

I hate to leave bad reviews, but this Auto Care Center completely failed me. Not only did they put in the wrong kind of oil (nearly ruining my engine!!!), but I asked them (and was charged for) a new headlight bulb that they simply just did not put in. When I called to ask why my headlight still wasn't working they said they couldn't remember if they actually changed the bulb or not. I used to love how easy it is to get your car services at Walmart, but I will go to more trust worthy businesses moving forward.

I suggest ppl think twice before putting oneself in a position to deal with the crap I went through just to save a buck. It’s probably safe for you to buy tires from here but don’t have them install them, IF they show up for work. they then treat people terribly and seem to go out of their way to avoid providing decent service.

This might be the worst place in Denver to get tiers. I had an appointment from 3-4pm. They took the wheels off the car and everyone left on break. Leaving me to wait for another hour+ with no information. If I could give 0 stars I would, no respect at all for the customer… stay way from this Walmart tier shop and find one that cares. It’s not here.

I have an appointment for an oil change on October 5, 2024, at 6 PM. I arrived at 5:45 PM and went inside. None of the employees were there. I waited until 6:10 PM and then went to look for the manager. At 6:20 PM, the manager couch Mark told me that, unfortunately, the auto care service was not working. That was all the help he provided. I will never go to this Walmart Auto Care again. It’s just a waste of time.

Waited 3 hours for them to tell me they can’t do my scheduled service because they realized they didn’t have the right battery size for my car. No clue why it took them 3 hours for them to realize that. Did the oil change, but didn’t even reset my dash for me to indicate my oil change was done. Go to a different store, this place is garbage. Not only that, my tech left halfway through my “service” and gave my car to a guy that was on break and didn’t come back for another 30.

My husband had a scheduled Auto Care appointment today at 10:30am. The vehicle was checked in and remained in Walmart’s possession for almost an hour. We were never notified of any issue during that time. Then, an hour later, we received a text message saying the appointment was canceled, claiming they couldn’t open the hood, this should have been identified immediately, and we should have been notified right away. Additionally, we were given contradictory information by the front desk staff. Initially, we were told there was an available appointment for today at 1:30 PM. Shortly after, the same front desk staff returned and informed us that there was no availability today and that the earliest option would be tomorrow. This was poor communication, mishandling of the appointment, and a waste of our time!!!

This place cheats you on oil and shortens you. I got my oil change here and then light came on. I had to go buy more oil and put it in. I got my battery installed here and guess what? I went to a park and My car didn’t start. I called road side assistance and they said whoever installed the battery, didn’t tighten the battery properly and the top part that holds the battery, came off. Today, I bought my own oil, came for my 10:30 oil change appointment, asked them to also tighten the battery properly and that they shorted me on oil last time, and to only use my oil. At 11:30 am my car was still sitting on a parking lot. I asked how long it will take before they will even start the oil change, they said another 1,5 hours. I asked why didn’t they tell me that before? They go oh you didn’t ask. They hire some amateurs to do your oil change and the battery installation, you get more damage from them than help. Stay away.
