I've been a customer for over two decades and spent a great deal of money on repairs and service. When the ownership and technicians changed there was a change in attitude and the customer service once received began to diminish. The most recent incident involved them ruining one of my front tires during a routine oil change. It was an accident and they offered to replace the tire. The tire did not arrive, as promised, in time so I was unable to use my vehicle for a scheduled trip. When I came back a week later the tire had arrived. I asked the technician (Mike) if he was concerned about safety by only replacing one tire. He commented that "it wasn't ideal." I asked it there was a safety concern and he developed and attitude and said, "I can't replace $1200 of tires." With that I told him to replace the tire and left. The customer service has declined but more importantly, the concern for customer safety seems to be gone. Regrettably, so has my patronage to this business.

Mike and the team were a breeze to work with recently. They checked over the car, quickly found the issue and gave a very reasonable quote to fix it. They found a few other issues, but were honest about them and said they were not urgent but just to keep an eye on them. When I got the car back, I was delighted by the little extras they threw in, such as lubricating the emergency brake cable and adjusting the clutch pedal play. They fixed the car quickly too.

Broadway Estates Conoco was recommended to me years ago by a friend whose mechanic only worked on foreign cars, but said for everything else he would only trust Broadway Estates. We took our car there and appreciated the honesty - they let us know which things needed to be fixed immediately and which were not safety issues and could wait a bit. They did a great job at a good price. I recently needed work done again and hadn't initially considered them because they are a bit of a drive for me. When I reached out to my local group, someone recommended them again so I decided to use them again. They were great about getting the work done quickly and keeping me in the loop as they worked on it. They are very professional and their pricing is still very reasonable. It was worth the drive!

Mike Hernandez is the best mechanic on the planet. I've been quoted high and ripped off (due to greed and/or ineptitude) at local mechanics and beyond more times than I'd like to admit, so I was fortunate to return to Broadway Estates Conoco and meet Mike. Mike is honest, thorough, and super intelligent. He will find solutions other mechanics won't, and he'll even find past mechanic's mistakes. He is fair on price; I feel like I owe him lunch. I guarantee you will feel safer driving away from Broadway Estates Conoco, and you will feel like every dollar you spent was well worth it after Mike Hernandez works on your car. I ride the bus to and from Denver to Broadway Estates just to make sure I am seeing the best mechanic. We know car care can be stressful and expensive, and Mike is the exact opposite of bad mechanic experiences you've had in the past - He used a stethoscope to find a bad bearing on my 2006 Tundra after several shops failed to find the source of the noise, and he tightened up some work a local shop did when they told me they would fix the same noise. Mike is the best.

You can’t beat free air! And when I accidentally overinflated my tire, the attendant kindly helped me deflate it back to normal. Gave me some helpful safety tips about why you shouldn’t overinflate your tires, because they could blow out and shatter all the windows in your car and make you deaf. And I didn’t pay one cent for any of this! I always try to fill up here because they have great prices and true service stations like this are an endangered species, so they need all the business they can get.
