General mileage based service appointment for a 2015 Toyota Tundra (92K miles). I have maintained my vehicle here since purchasing it new over 10 years ago. I have a pre-paid, three visit plan that makes the overall pricing more reasonable for my older vehicle. Vehicle inspection was appropriate and accurate. Services we completed well, but the original timeframe expected was more than doubled (two minor additional repairs) and communications on progress have been better in the past. A very good close out and clear recommendations and options for upcoming services were provided without pressure or unreasonable upselling.

Alex was great to work with! I was arriving after service hours to pick up my vehicle and worked it out for me to get my keys from the Sales department. I will definitely come back to this location if I ever need anything fixed or done with my 4Runner.

They’re the worst. Such lowlifes. From start to finish everything they do is to milk as much money out of you as possible. Immediately when you drive into the service center, they 3D scan your car to look for dings and scratches so they could manipulate you into paying for the fixes. And then when I parked the service tech walked up and immediately checked my windshield wiper. I didn’t ask him to do that. That’s not what’s causing my check engine light. He’s checking because he wants to charge for windshield wipers. My car was there for a total of 12 hours to do a 2 hour (at most) diagnostic check. And then they said the engine needs to be replaced and quoted me $12,000. That place is so scummy and such trash. I would never go there and I hope no one ever does cause I deserve to go out of business. **!!UPDATE!!** I took my truck to an actual mechanic and they told me that there’s nothing wrong with the engine. It was just a bad sensor. So AutoNation was going to charge me $12,000 to replace the engine when it was just a bad sensor.

Talk about a team that gets you out of the DARK! Literally. Thank goodness for Jon in the Parts department and Jez in Service. My 4 Runner headlights (OG 22 Years) had been over cleaned too many times. Hazed over and water condensing on the inside. Jez recommended it was time to fix them. With Jon's help they directed me to the LIGHT!!! I now can see the road so much better with technology I had no idea was even possible in headlights! Thank you both so much for your guidance! I also can't forget my service tech who made sure with my lifted vehicle, that the headlights were properly positioned! Overly happy and cannot wait to drive down Deer Alley and can truly see what all is out there!

Keisler has been great to work with from the beginning. I take both of my vehicles to him for service and he is always willing to help and guide me in the right direction. I recommend him to anyone and will continue taking my business to him! I live out of the way from this dealership but make the drive anytime I need my car worked on because of Keisler and his service

Upon arrival, service writer Rudy provided a warm greeting and quickly confirmed the purpose of my visit. He retrieved my vehicle's current mileage followed by a review of my vehicle's previous service history. He then made suggestions of recommended work based on vehicle mileage and the duration of past services. Additionally, Rudy made follow-up communication while I awaited completion of my vehicle service work. Once the service work was completed, he not only notified me by text, but also notified me in person in the waiting area. Excellent job!

My experience at the dealership was great. The team kept me updated with progress on the repairs, diagnosis, recommendations, full assurance that work would be top-notch. I will definitely refer family and friends should the opportunity arise.

I was welcomed with friendly smiles at AutoNation Toyota, and everyone I interacted with was very nice and professional. The wait was not too long, and expectations were clearly explained to me from the start. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with Wi-Fi and fresh coffee available, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a pleasant and smooth visit

From my experience, Toyota Auto Nation in Centennial provides better service than the Stevinson Toyota in Golden/Lakewood. Having said that, I had a misunderstanding with the intake/service gal at Auto Nation. I had a maintenance package up to 25,000 miles and they didn’t honor a free oil change even though I only had 16,000 miles. Didn’t make since to me. Also, she said I would have to call “Toyota” to dispute this. When I asked her for the number, she didn’t have it. She said, “It’s 1-800 something.” I won’t be buying my next car there 😏

My experience at AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe service center was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a car dealership! I brought my Toyota Highlander in for a simple oil change and about an hour and a half later I received a text message from my service representative Rudy. Rudy stated that my oil change was almost done and they recommended that I change my air filter for $60, a new battery for $275 and battery terminals for $201. Rudy went on to recommend new wiper blades for $65. I changed the air filter myself and knew that it was fairly new. My battery was around six months old and my car started and drove just fine getting to the dealership as well as for the last several months. I texted back to Rudy. I didn't need these items. Just the oil change. Within a few minutes, I received a text message from Rudy saying that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. When I walked out to the service department Rudy reiterated that he thought that these items should be replaced I said no, and he took my payment for the oil change and handed me the keys. When I went out to the parking lot, my car would not start. I opened up the hood and it looked as if somebody had messed with my battery. I went back in to ask question, and they said in a rude manner, "we told you we needed to jump your car to get it to the parking lot"! They did not! I asked to speak to a manager, and I was taking into one of the so-called managers offices on the right hand side of the service center. At first, the manager seem to be nice and professional, and even pulled up video of my car being worked on. The video appeared to show that my battery only had one percent battery life, the manager became very condescending and treated me as if I was not over middle-aged with a lifetime of common sense! He told me that it must've been just a bad battery and that I had to have known this before bringing my car in. After a little bit of back-and-forth, I simply said that I would call AAA who I got the battery from. I subsequently had to wait for another hour and a half on AAA. Nobody from the dealership took responsibility for anything. it should be noted that no one at the dealership tested my alternator or even offered to test my alternator. This would be called diagnostic 101.When the representative from AAA came the tech examined my battery and said there was nothing wrong with the battery that somehow it was drained. I am not sure if one of the dealership mechanics or tech left on my lights when it was not running and ran my battery down for over an hour and a half or not, but the battery was in good shape, and I decided to replace it anyways just in case. This interaction was simple and straightforward or at least it was supposed to be. It turned into a hot mess and nobody use common sense or customer service to resolve this issue. If they are this incompetent and rude with a simple oil change God forbid if you bring in a complicated problem with your vehicle. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone!

I had a very disappointing experience here after being a customer for about a year. When I made my appointment by phone, I asked if there was any promotion available, they told yes. However, when I arrived, the employee named Robin said there was no promotion and asked me to show proof. This was very confusing. I explained that when I made the appointment, I was told it was a seasonal promotion and that it should still be valid since the promotion period had not ended. When I asked to speak with a manager, Robin said he would check the website and told me that if there was no promotion, I would have to pay the full price. I agreed and asked him to check. After checking, he clearly found that there was a valid promotion. Then he told me that next time I should bring a paper coupon, which was confusing because I have never had to do that before. When I asked if this was a new rule, he said this is how it works!!!. Normally, oil changes here take about 1–1.5 hours, but this time the service was finished in just 10–15 minutes. I was surprised and appreciated how fast it was. I thanked him politely, but he did not respond, which I didn’t mind at the time. However, a few days later, my engine oil warning light turned on. When I went to have it checked elsewhere, told that something related to the air/sensor area had been opened and left improperly, which caused damage. I was informed that the sensor is now broken and needs to be replaced. I have never touched anything in my engine and have only taken my car to service locations, so this is extremely concerning. I left feeling stressed, confused, and disappointed. I would not recommend this location. 2025/12/31

It was going well until I was picking up my car. I was standing in queue so Arvid can help me but as soon as my turn come he run away to pick new car without saying a word, this is rude and when another Rep was helping, he is not interested to answer. Money aside but behavior can't be compromised.

Do not go there! Service center will randomly charge you for things you do not want. The service manager Chris and his "boss Pat" will not answer calls. They will also add a fee of $65 to your work under the title "misc". When I asked about it they were not sure what it was but said it was "probably to dispose of things". I have emailed and called the general manager and have never gotten a call back. They said I should email him so I did that as well and never heard back. I have gone in and asked for my $65 back and they say they are "working on it". There are plenty of other dealerships to go to, don't waste your time here!

After taking my truck to get all of my fluids serviced and tire pressure monitor serviced they broke two lug nuts on my wheel and we're going to let me drive out of there like that. I left my truck there and had to walk out of the dealership without the truck after spending $2,000. The parts where double what they were going to charge me from their website. After talking to the manager he didn't know why it was like that. Ended up having to pay $250 for them to fix my lug nuts so I can get the truck out of there. After driving home the tire light went back on. Although,Nicole the assistant service manager was great. The main manager was not. They said the lug nuts snapped because of rust but one didn't have rust at all and the other didn't have too much rust on it. The technicians most likely buzzed them on or off. If you take your car here, make sure the parts they're charging for match up with their website and not what they quote you.

Worst experience!! I waitied to post this after another visit because everyone has off days! However this is now the second time I have visited and it just keeps getting worse. When you arrive you are expected to drive through these garage doors so you can scan you vehicle but its not never clear that this is what they want you to do. So I go inside again this time as the garage doors are closed and again your met by a huge garage with a ton of people who strategially ignore you no matter how close you stand to them or their desks. Then once you finaly get someone to break and look at you, you instantly know its not a wanted ineraction.... So I waited 10+ minutes for someone to finally awknowledge and tell me to go through the doors. I said they are closed and he doesn't look up from his computer and says "get close to it and it will open". Cool.... thanks for the clarification. So I drive in and sit and wait another 10+ minutes for someone else to notice me awkwardly standing there and approach me. Our interaction is seconds long before he tells me I am driving my lease to much as I have a ton of miles. I try to explain to him I am probably buying it out at the end of the lease since I love it so much but he proceeds to tell me they will still take advantage of me due to the miles bascially stressing me out all over again about my truck and making me feel smaller then I already felt. I get told my car will take an hour which is fine and I wait. Fast forward an hour and I get a message my truck is done and to meet the gentlemen who helped me with taking my truck back to grab my keys. Again I walk out and do as I am told to be ignored again and wait. THE only nice staff member at that place helped when I finally walked to his desk to ask for help. I wish I had gotten his name as I told him that the process in place to drop your car off is a very cold experience and not inviting at all. I thanked him for being the nly nice person I had chatted with and he said he agreed as he felt the same. I get customer service sucks I too am in it but I am theeeeeee nicest person when it comes to getting any services done becasue I understand the BS behind it so for me to get turned of by this for the second time, something in the way this runs is missing the mark. I had a VW before this and it was the best epxerience I would get ad they set it up exactly the way Toyota on Araphoe does.

Look I’ve never posted a review and I’m a non-confrontational guy but this experience was truly horrible. I had a cracked rim on my drivers side tire due to hitting black ice and sliding into a curb. I called Toyota a few days later and was given a number to send pictures and my vin number to. Nicole gave me a quote for the new rim and i asked what times they had available to get this switched out, she said the next day and i thought great what luck they had an appointment open. Wrong I get there and told I new four new tires I said in texts I can’t afford that and if I can just do the one for now, Nicole says sure she’ll see if they can remount it. Whatever then I’m texted that the reason I slid was because of my tires and I need to replace them all. I get another quote that was actually printed through text that I assumed would include the cracked rim replacement that I originally came for and of course it doesn’t until it’s too late and I’m hit with a bill for $1,400. If someone would have written out the full quote on there with everything included instead of random messages here and there with prices I would’ve been able to make a more informed decision. If someone took time to even talk to me while I sat out in the lobby for four hours I would’ve been able to understand. But all I got was a pretty rude text when I asked for a update to “bare with me since I fit you in” excuse me but I didn’t ask to be fit in, I thought this was a normal appointment or I would’ve waited a few more days! After that horrible experience I asked for a call with a manager Chris where he then proceeded to side with the horrible service I received and made it seem like the whole ordeal was my fault with a “I’ll see what I can do” after shelling out $1,400 when I was expecting to spend half of that. I would never recommend coming back and they really need to talk to people in person if they are sitting in the lobby for hours rather than text.

I have been consistently impressed with the service here. The entire team has been helpful and communicative throughout every visit. I especially appreciate Bill who is very easy to communicate with! Sean was great too. What I appreciate most is their honesty. They have never tried to oversell me on services I do not need. Instead, they clearly explain what requires immediate attention and what can wait until later. Their time estimates are accurate, which makes it easy to plan my day. I also love that I can manage my appointments through text messaging. This level of convenience and transparency has made them my go-to auto service provider. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and reliable car care.

I recently had an oil change done at the AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe and had a great experience overall. The price for the oil change was excellent because they were running an introductory special. The pricing on the engine air filter and cabin filter was reasonable..but a little pricey. Steven, my service advisor, provided great service and the wait time was very reasonable. He did mention a few additional services, but the upsell wasn't high pressure, which I appreciated. I'll definitely be returning for future service.
