Hot shots will forever be my go to mechanic. I am very happy with the service i got from them. Justin was honest with me about my car and he kept me informed on what was going on. This is definately not a shop that just tries to get every dollar they can out of their customers. It was a refreshing experience compared to any other shop ive been to. I will recommend this shop to everyone i know.

AWESOME SERVICE at HotShots Automotive!!! Steve Pidcock, Owner of HotShots Automotive, operates the BEST auto repair and maintenance shop in COLORADO. Steve has been servicing my 2004 Lexus for over 10 years and my car runs PERFECT all the time! I love the convenience of getting a loaner car while my car is being serviced. Steve and his team are FANTASTIC, I highly recommend them!

Hotshots was a shop recommended to me by my father, so I trusted and went to check it out. However my experience was horrendous. Tim ignored specific instructions and gave me an outrageous estimate for work I didn't even want done. Then proceeded to treat me like a child over the phone, hang up on me, and bring up my $75 diagnosis rate up to 90 for "labor and supplies" that I didn't approve. Needless to say I won't be getting 11k worth of needless work done on my truck, and I won't be a hotshots customer in the future.

I walked in with a broken Jeep transmission cooling line which Chrysler discontinued. I spent a week going to multiple shops, auto parts stores, digging through used parts and searching online to find this simple hose and fitting. I walked into to Hot Shots shortly before closing time and they spent their time searching online for me and found a compatible part. Plus they salvaged pieces from the broken part, and instructed me on how to rebuild the part I needed. Very helpful, very knowledgeable and very nice people. I now have a place to take my Jeep into when my garage at home isnt cutting it.

Integrity, Integrity, Integrity. Long story short is I bought an awesome old Dodge Ramcharger from Steve at Hot Shots. When I came down to pick it up he had filled it up with gas (first miracle) but the gas tank leaked when full. He said he couldn't in good conscious sell it to me and would fix or replace. Almost impossible to find a new tank so he did his best to fix it with products he had good luck with. Came to pick it up again and by the time I got home it was leaking again. Called Steve and he said bring it back. Finally found a used but non leaking tank that he tested, paid for and installed. (second miracle) Not only did he do all this for no charge but he replaced the fuel pump, filter and gaskets while he was at it. I told him I would like to pay, he said no. (third miracle) Finally, also at no charge he performed a four wheel alignment. (4th miracle) So, I'm not saying that Steve does things for free but I am saying that he stands by his work and anything he may be selling. He has years of experience as a mechanic, service writer and business owner. His shop is spotless, his employees are polite and professional. I truly can't say enough positive things about my experience at Hot Shots Automotive. You will not be disappointed. Jeff

HotShots has been doing all the repair work on my vehicles for well over 5 years now and I've never had a reasonable complaint. They warranty their work and they stand behind that warranty. The last problem was the drivers window stopped working on my wife's vehicle while I was out of town. One quick call to Justin and Steve and Justin took over the situation. They found the problem, fixed the problem and returned my wife's car to her with a very minimum of hassle. I never once worried about the situation after talking to HotShots. Peace of mind with repair work doesn't get any better than this. We are treated like family - I just don't know how you can beat a feeling like that.

I just had one of the best experiences if have ever had related to an auto repair at Hotshots. After installing a lift on my 4runner, I initially took it to les schwab to have the alignment completed. I wont get into deals, but I was less than impressed with Les Schawab. To get my issues addressed, I took it to HotShots. The guys over at HotShots were very professional and were very detailed in there evaluation, inspection and completion of the work required. They addressed the alignment and a few other items as well, taking great care in making sure things were done correctly, completely and ensuring the details were addressed. I would HIGHLY Recommend HotShots to anyone who cares about making sure that the work done on their car or truck is done correctly!

After being "blown off" by a local chain of repair shops that did over a $1000.00 repair on the car and told me (after 3 return visits with issues) that there was nothing else they could do, I dropped my car off to Hot Shots Auto and the car was repaired (correctly, fast & professionally) the first time!!! The car needed to have the emissions tested & it would NOT have passed in the condition it was in. They even called to follow up on the repair & to see if it passed the emissions test. They also performed a "courtesy" inspection & provided a very detailed report of repairs needed, pricing and even pictures of the repairs quoted!!! Never taking my cars to anyone else...EVER!!! BEST AUTO REPAIR SHOP IN COLORADO!!!

This place absolutely dominates the auto repair sector, they have a secret, good technicians and good service and honest pricing. Don't take your car to a dealership they are a ripoff and provide low quality services with nice window dressing. My entire family goes to Hotshots and we don't trust our vehicles anywhere else. Hotshots may be a little higher, but after you get your "final" bill from the other guys it will be too late. Also hotshots doesn't upsell their tickets with BS they have customers coming nonstop and don't need to make every ticket count on markups, they are slammed.

Hotshots is the only shop I trust with my car, and I cannot recommend them enough. They are always up front and honest about my car’s service needs, and have never presented a new issue to me, unless it was something that would make my car not safe to drive. They also do a very good job sharing their knowledge and keeping me informed about my vehicle. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 6 years, even when I was going to school up in Boulder. If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic, this is definitely the place!

HotShots Automotive is the best. I almost hate leaving a review - because they're the best auto shop in the Denver metro area, and I'm not sure I want the secret to get out. It's privately owned (not a large corporation like most places these days), and the owner is a great guy - and he runs an amazing shop. A lot of places these days offer rush services for one specific thing (they'll do tires, brakes, or oil changes, but only one thing). This shop can do it all (serious automotive work, or an oil change and change of tires, etc.) - and they do it right. I've never left an automotive shop with the confidence that my car is safe to drive like I do when I leave HotShots. 5 Stars every time!!!
