Our 2014 MIINI Countryman broke down coming home to Denver from Colorado Springs. I had never used Ferneys before, but my wife said she read good things on the 5280 clubs Facebook page, so I had it towed there. When Ferney called me on Monday, I told him what the issue was and he said he would look at it and let me know. Knowing I had it dropped there on an emergency basis without an appointment, I thought I might not hear anything for at least a few days. Ferney called me Tuesday evening with an initial diagnosis on Tuesday evening and then on Wednesday called and confirmed his findings. The work was completed and the car runs great. Ferney mentioned a couple of other issues with the vehicle, but did not pressure me to buy anything, just merely provided good information. Definitely recommend Ferney’s shop for anyone needing an honest & competent shop to service their vehicles. I will definitely be back.

I’ve always heard GREAT things about this shop from other Mini Cooper owners but WOW ! I was so impressed and was immediately impressed with the mechanic JOSH that answered the phone. He was helpful and professional. Then when I met the owner Ferneys I knew my car was in good hands ! They provided quick next day service at a fraction of what I was prepared to pay ! VERY professional and VERY Mini friendly !!! I wont take my car anywhere else ! Thanks guys !

My experience with Ferney's Auto Repair Shop turned what I thought would be an extensive maintaining of my Ford Escape, into a knowledge of manufacturing requirements not yet needed. Tire valve stem issue resolved without tedious repair, and a oil change. The trouble-shooting done logically, is appreciated. As is the overall review of the vehicle done each time. Thorough! This is a 5star shop.

Ferney's is a gem if you're looking for a place to service your Mini. I got lucky, and found the shop via MINI5280 Social Hub. I guess it's very hard to find more knowledgeable and comforting person than Ferney is. Most of the parts Ferney has in stock and he will guide you through everything, so even if you're not a car guy you should feel safe to go with shop's recommendations. It's very nice and clean place in general, where I'll bring all of my cars and not just my Mini as well as I'll recommend it to all of my friends.

This was my first time to use Ferney’s, as I have always used the service department at a dealership. I took my 2012 Cooper there for a pre-MINI Takes the States checkup. They found an error code indicating my Turbo was going bad. I am very pleased that they discovered this and fixed it before I got out on the open road. It took a few extra days to get parts, but I totally understand and luckily I have another vehicle. They are very professional and I given a tour of all my car’s bad parts. I believe they likely saved me quite a bit of money too! I am a Ferney’s customer for life now. And yes, that is what my car looked like in the shop!😬
