I've forwarded this review to my insurance, who recommended this shop. The whole operation is seriously lacking in professionalism. Their inability to follow through on anything resulted in a longer fight with my insurance, and I'm out of pocket much more money as a result. I have numbered each of my issues below: 1. I called to check availability for an estimate before I had my insurance assign them. I gave Rochelle my name, number, and vehicle information. She told me she would hold a time for an appointment while they wait to hear from my insurance. I called my insurance, and they sent over the assignment that very second. The day before my appointment, Rochelle left me a voicemail saying they did not have anything from my insurance. My insurance sent them the name of the primary insured individual on my policy. Same last name. Different first name. Crazy. Surely, this must happen often. I called in to clear this up and was placed on hold by a gentleman while he looked for Rochelle. After 5 minutes he picked up the phone and I told him what had happened. He found the assignment in seconds and said he'd relay it to Rochelle. He confirmed that my appointment would be held. 2. I walked in for my scheduled time, and it turns out they didn't schedule my estimate and instead scheduled other people for that time. The male staff members present were dismissive and rude until Rochelle turned up. I then had to wait for them to help every other customer in the shop until they helped me. I took time off work for this, and I was late returning to work. No apologies. I was the guy who walked in without an appointment. I'm never that guy. I felt embarrassed. 3. I made an appointment to drop off my vehicle for repairs as soon as they opened on a week day. I arrived exactly on time to find two other people who were also scheduled to drop off. Only Rochelle was there to help everyone. It was explained that their insurance scheduled that time for them and everyone other staff member was in a meeting. I was helped last. I was late going in to work by a half hour. Why would they have a meeting when their morning drop-off is triple booked? 4. When I dropped my vehicle off, I was told they would tow it to the Thornton location to get it repaired faster. I expressed this was great news because I was paying out of pocket for a rental car. I called the Thornton location after A WEEK and was informed my vehicle was not there. Why wasn't I told about this sooner? 5. When I called them during my lunch break to figure out what was happening, I was placed on hold for 10 minutes while Rochelle tried to find someone for me to talk to. She came back to the phone and said that person was unavailable and would give me a call back. I let her know that would be appreciated, and even an email summary of the situation would suffice. I was late coming back from lunch. I never heard back. 6. I found out three days later (over the weekend) that my insurance totaled my vehicle. I called the shop to get more information. I politely expressed my dissatisfaction with their failure to let me know anything, and Dillon was very dismissive. He said something like, "I would've called you back that same day if I knew.". Thanks. Total lack of accountability. 7. I decided to retain my vehicle, and I stopped in to pick it up. Rochelle told me I could leave my rental car there, and she'd call the Enterprise up the road to let them know I dropped it off. I returned to work, but my trust in this shop was non-existent. I called the Enterprise a half hour later to tell them where their car was. It was the first they had heard of it. The Crash Champions staff makes time to answer personal phone calls, though. 8. When I inspected my vehicle, I found that the back doors were unlocked. The car doesn't have electronic locks. Besides the driver side door, each door has to be individually locked from the inside. I gave the car to them with every door locked. I can only assume negligence and that they left my car COMPLETELY UNLOCKED for the TWO WEEKS they had it.

I highly recommend this repair shop for your service needs! I brought my car in for door replacement and painting and felt very welcomed by the staff. They are incredibly kind and diligent with updating you on the status of your vehicle. My rental car was ready to go when I got there and they returned it for me when I picked up my car. I was so ready to have my car back and was going to be a few minutes after close getting there to pick it up. Misty told me that she would wait for me and had my car and paperwork ready to go when I arrived. I have a busy schedule and appreciated that the staff went the extra mile to make this process as stress-free as possible. The repair technician did an astounding job on replacement/painting my door. I was worried about this due to my car being white/having a shiny finish but you can't even tell it was replaced! Also, they buffed out a few major, unrelated scratches making my car look BRAND NEW! I can't say enough good things about this place.

Do not go here. I don't care if your insurance recommends them, they are by far one of the worse body shops I have ever used. 6 month repair for a car that should have been a total loss. They did not do a complete breakdown to evaluate damages. Instead they fixed pieces little by little to nickle and dime the insurance up to the threshold so they have no other choice but to complete repairs. Picked up the car and it wasn't fully repaired. 2 mins into the drive the car is overheating and breaks down. Checked the radiator and coolant tank, and it's completely empty. They probable can do basic body work, but everything else stay away. I read the reviews prior and did not want to go here, but it was the closest shop inside the insurance network. Stick with caliber or another shop. Avoid this one at all cost!!

While driving through downtown Denver last Sunday something was thrown to destroy the sun roof of our vehicle making the vehicle nearly undrivable. We are out of state drivers. That Monday morning Crash Champion, Centennial, CO (Juan, Rachelle and team) opened their shop early to "Crash Wrap" our vehicle making it safe and road worthy, allowing us to resume our trip to NM. Crash Champion, Centennial has earned our lasting gratitude for their above and beyond effort. Final repairs will be done by a Crash Champion shop in our state.

My car was stolen and recovered. Working with my insurance, I took a shot at picking Service King and trusting them to handle the repairs. I am so glad I found the place that made a horrible experience painless! Service King worked with my insurance company day after day to ensure repairs were done correctly! I had to put little effort in and now have what looks like a brand new car! 10/10 recommend working with Bryan and his team!

Crash Champions repaired damage in May 2024 on my Honda CR-V from an accident in Feb 2024. One of the pieces repaired fell off when taking the car through a car. wash. I went right to Crash Champions with the issue and their first reaction was to blame the car wash. I got a second opinion on their body repair in June from a Honda Dealer who pointed out all the issues with their repair work. I got my insurance claim agent to contact Crash Champions corporate. Shortly after, June 17, 2024 the local crash champion manager contacted me, told me he would order parts and fix all the issues. The call ended with the manager saying he would get back to me to setup an appointment after the new parts are received. The summer went by and I didn't hear from the Crash Champions manager. I therefore drove there in September 2024 only to find out the previous manager left the company. I showed the new manager all the flaws which are visible by the naked eye. I focused on the weather strip of the front fender and how it appeared off track. The new manager said he would order a new weather strip and redo the work. November came and I was not contacted so I called them. Apparently that 2nd manager has left the company. With the third manager, an appointment was setup for November 22, 2024 where they would put the new weather strip on and the front fender back together. Crash Champions paid for the rental car that I used while they did the work. I was unable to pick my car up until Saturday November 23rd. I went there on November 23rd and saw my car still had 1 flaw visible to the naked eye. The mud guard, at the bottom of the left front fender, was not flush with body of the car. There was a visible gap between the mud guard and car body where a clip is supposed to make it flush with the body. The right side, that was not damaged, does not have a gap. I told the person there, who had no authority to make a decision, that I was keeping the rental car until the left side mud guard gap was fixed. Fast forward to today, Monday November 25th, 2024. Jerry from crash champions out of Centennial Colorado called me and left a message. I quote, from my voicemail, so exact words might be affected by iPhone conversion: "I had them adjust the fender/mud guard a little more. No adjustment with the weather strip. The weather strip is not damaged. We did outline the fender as before and think we're better than we were before. The mud guard is definitely secure so that's not gonna loosen anyway. Feel free to come by, the vehicle is out front". I called them back and asked for Jerry but apparently he travels to all the Crash Champions in the Denver metro area and wasn't available. I asked the person on the phone if there was still a gap with the mud guard and if he could take a picture and send it to me so I didn't have to waist my time, take off during working hours, and go there for a fifth time only to be disappointed. He wouldn't do that. He wouldn't even verify if there was still a gap and said they followed manufacture specs. The call got a little heated, because he wouldn't verify. In so many words he basically said they were paying for the rental and he couldn't approve me having it for a longer period of time. I took that as flaws in their work or not I had to bring the rental back. I took off work early that day to go to crash champions and look at the car. When I got there they were closed but the car was there to look at. The mud guard is better then Saturday but still has a gap. I'm positive if I go to the Honda dealer they will tell me they can make it right. Crash Champions told me in so many words that the work done is the best they can do. I'm going to call them Tuesday morning, November 26, and tell them there is still a flaw, visible to the naked eye, and I'm keeping the rental until it is fixed.

I had some minor work done to an older Toyota Tundra that came out well. Unfortunately I had hail damage to my almost new Tacoma. I took it to these guys because they're recommended by my insurance. I was going to let all this pass, because first of all, I scheduled it to be fixed by them, and when I brought it in they said it would be two weeks before it was done, because they couldn't get to it right away. When I got it back, they missed a huge hail ding on the roof. I decided not to write a review, because I'm busy. Now, a little less than a year after they worked on it, my headliner is falling down! I don't think they are very good at their job. Will definitely never take my vehicle to them.

Had my car repaired at Crash Champions and was very happy with the service and repair. They kept me up to date on the repairs and even finished ahead of the scheduled completion date. Everybody was very professional and a pleasure to talk to.

I am only writing this review because they practically begged me not to write a review but I do not want someone else to deal with the hell that I have. I dropped off my car on 12/3/24. For the month of December I received no updates from my technician, Ben. Communication consisted of me calling weekly to be informed “Ben will get ahold of you”. This never happened. I would have to continue to reach out to get any updates on my vehicle. I was told late December that my car would be completed on 12/30/24 due to the holiday. On 12/27/24, I was then told my vehicle would be ready on 01/06/2025. Throughout the month of December, my technician Ben, did provide updates as to what parts were needed, estimates, “Buick experts” that have come to assure that my vehicle was being completed correctly, and that some parts would be arriving in March of 2025. HOWEVER, the biggest thing was that THIS WAS ALL A LIE!!! On January 6th 2025 I called and confirmed that I can to pick up my vehicle that Ben had confirmed was completed and good to go. Roughly 2 hours before pick up, I was informed that my car was not ready for pick up but in fact was still in bits and pieces! They gave me a pick up time now for 01/15/25 On 1/14/25, once again I called to confirm pick up. This time, I was told my technician Ben was no longer working at Crash Champions and that they have “no idea” what is going on with my car. After an almost immediate in person meeting with the manager, I found out a few important things. 1: Ben was ordering parts for my vehicle at were never needed. Aka a part that would hold my vehicle with them for another two to three months. 2. Ben was not keeping updated notes, therefore they were not aware of anything that was completed on my car or any status 3. There was never a “Buick expert” 4. My car was still in pieces and not ready for pick up 5. My vehicle sat in the lot from December 3rd to December 20th without ever being touched or parts ordered. On 1/28/25, I was able to pick up my vehicle. Upon my return to my house to inspect the vehicle, I noticed a lot of issues. 1. parts for my engine were not screwed in or even attached to the car. They were just laying there. 2. Multiple screws were missing. Clips were broken, meaning the part was broken. 3. Paint drips were seen on the front of my car for my new bumper. 4. Probably the most disrespectful was that someone at some point while working on my car spilt a drink on my dash causing the AWD and Auto stop controls to be stuck down. This cause many issues while driving the car. On 1/15/25, we immediately went back to Crash Champions to complain about the lack of quality, and dangerous condition of my car. Crash champions was able to find some screws and attach parts that again WERE NOT EVEN ATTACHED TO ENGINE. Jerry, was able to hear our concerns and discussed that he would fund any repairs even if not with crash champions. This was helpful, until two days later. Almost exactly two days later after picking up my vehicle, bringing it back, and picking it up again, I had multiple alerts show up for issues with my AWD system and battery. Due to the worst two months of nothing but lies, stress, and just hell, the only option that I had was to trade in my vehicle. With the quality that my vehicle was return in, I DO NOT feel safe in it. I could see so many issues but I was more concerned about the issues that I could not see. On a positive note, Crash Champions did almost everything that they could to provide a rental vehicle for me, fund repairs at another shop, and tried to fix the issues that Ben had caused. Also, I want to thank Rochelle who was the only person to seem genuine and caring. Although she probably has to deal with many issues like this one, she was the shinning star of this place. Rochelle was the only person who could actually give me updates and answer my calls. When I expressed all of my frustration practically crying on the phone to her, she was comforting. Rochelle, I think you deserve better than this.

DO NOT take your car here unless you want a CONSTANT headache. They will keep your car for weeks without any communication. They will NOT submit a claim to your insurance in a timely manner. Again, they will not communicate with you. Everytime you try to call for an update, they tell you that someone will call you back and then they do not call back. Read through the reviews for this company before you decide to use them to repair your car.

The women working with customers who are getting their cars worked on needs a raise. She goes above and beyond in both expertise and customer service. Having your car unexpectedly hit can be stressful along with dealing with insurance. She made it a little easier just by showing kindness and compassion every time I called with a question about my car or insurance and even when I showed up just before close due to balancing work and traffic. We need more people like that in the world.

Consistent communication was key to my repair. I’m a disabled veteran with a large amount of anxiety, especially attached to my car which I get a large amount of therapy from. Trusting someone is obviously hard, this is my only outlet in life. From the entire front end team, the manager, and the tech in the back, I insisted everyone get a large pat on the back. They truly know what they are doing and they’ll help you with everything you need. I couldn’t have asked for a quicker, or better repair if I tried. Even the Detailer polished the new black paint so shiny you can see your reflection in it!

Crash Champions were above and beyond anything I expected in an auto body repair shop. I was referred to them after an accident and from step one they were amazing! The drop off process was painless. They offer early drop off hours for working people, the rental car was ready at drop off, and they had all the information necessary from my insurance company to make drop off seamless. From the moment I dropped my truck off to the day of completion I received multiple updates weekly on the progress of the repairs. Once my truck was completed drop off of the rental was easy, the inspection of the completed work was thorough, and not to mention the completed work was impeccable!! Patrick and his team at Crash Champions are top notch and I would highly recommend them!

I had such a great service experience with Crash Champions! The customer service was impeccable. Their employees and manager were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and curtious. They really made this difficult time tolerable for me. They completed the bodywork on my truck well under the prospective completion date expected, too. When I arrived, a rental vehicle was ready and waiting for me. When the work was completed, I was able to leave the rental car at their location for pick up. They did a fantastic job on repairing my truck! They made the process flow effortlessly, from the beginning of the process to the very end. In addition, they were kind enough to install my running boards for me without any extra cost. Thank you so much for your professionalism and kindness! I HIGHLY recommend Crash Champions! My truck looks beautiful again!
