I was so pleased with the care my car received at Elite Imports Auto repair. Andrew explained all that needed to be done and what did not need to be addressed. Pictures were provided to show issues. Everyone was so pleasant, knowledgeable and answered my question! I highly recommend them! My car was repaired at Elite Import Auto Repair again this past month for an issue that needed addressing. They evaluated my auto and explained in detail what needed to be done. My car's issue was resolved. Everyone was so helpful and explained everything with photos. I will always take my car to them for any work needed in the future! I have total confidence in Corey, John, Chase and the entire staff! I highly recommend them! Just to add, Joey and Corey do a wonderful job of managing this repair company. They are so helpful, knowledgeable, and listen to your concerns. I need a follow visit to evaluate the repairs recently completed on my auto. They got my car in at the scheduled time and addressed an issue. Everything was explained fully. y car, a 2015 Subaru Legacy drives and sounds like a brand new auto!!! Correction, I 'needed a follow up visit'. Joey and Corey, as well as Tony, do an awesome job explaining everything before work is done and after it is completed. They will always be my ho to with my vehicle. My car was due for an old change. It was to make the appointment through Corey at a time that was convenient for me. I did not have to wait when I arrived. My car was taken right back and the work completed in good time. I always feel confident that my car is in good hands there. ZACH has been the tech doing the oil changes and does an awesome job and checks for issues. Great team there with Joey and Corey.

I highly recommend Elite Imports &Auto Repair in Centennial,CO. I had a complicated claim through CarShield and they worked through all the paperwork with me and were finally able to get my claim approved. Their work, professionalism and support is by far the best experience I've ever had. They also supplied me a very nice loaner car for a week while CarShield was processing the claim- free of charge. The actual work only took 1 day but they let me use the loaner while the claim was processed. I can't speak highly enough of these owners and mechanics! Check them out 😄

I’m a new Land Rover owner and I had an electrical problem with my car…I called Elite Imports and Ashley took care of me right away!!!!! She was knowledgeable about what I needed and how long it would take to file a claim with my warranty if needed. I recently took my VW Tiguan for preventive maintenance, and I want to express my full satisfaction with the service. First of all, I’d like to highlight the excellent attention from the lady at the reception during check-in — she is very polite, customer-oriented, and genuinely kind. The same goes for the gentleman in charge of billing, who was also courteous and professional. The whole team showed great professionalism in performing the maintenance service. They are honest and transparent people, without any attempt to mislead or upsell unnecessary services, which is something I truly appreciate and is not common in many workshops. The workshop and offices are spotless and well organized. Even the exterior areas are well maintained — the grass is cut, the sidewalks are swept, and there are no fallen leaves, papers, or trash anywhere. Prices are also very competitive — the combination of quality and value is unbeatable! It’s a place I can recommend with total confidence.

I just had my 2019 Lexus RX 350 serviced at Elite and I could not be happier with the service I received. They paid for my Uber ride shares in both directions; both after I dropped off my car to be worked on and when I needed to pick it up after the repairs were done (I don't live near by either). They owners are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Elite worked with my Lexus warranty company to take care of items that the Lexus dealers have constantly declined doing or missed repairs needed because they do not make enough in WARRANTY hourly labor costs to "find" the repairs that need fixing. It's shameful. I had previously brought my car into THREE different Lexus dealerships and asked them to inspect the car and use my warranty to cover the charges. Each time they said, "we can't seem to duplicate what you are bringing it in for". I sincerely appreciate the Elite team taking care of all the repairs and by working WITH my warranty company to cover as much as possible. I will say that their hourly labor rates are definitely higher than most of the auto repair shops but in the end you get what you pay for. How many hours and days I had wasted going to and from the dealer only to be sent home without the repairs. While I do love saving money, I also value saving time and I will be bringing my Lexus to Elite from now on.

I was a first-time customer and brought a very challenging intermittent start issue on my son's 2007 Mercedes C280 4MATIC. I thought about going to a shop that specializes just in Mercedes, but it was going to take an extra few days to get me in the door. We had already done some work related to the fuel pumps and fuel injectors when trying to solve the mysterious lack of fuel pressure during start conditions, causing the engine to just crank repeatedly, most of the time (every now and then, it would start up). I realize this put additional variables and unknowns into the mix, even though in theory, we could rule these parts out as good. Thankfully Joey was willing to work on the car, spend time to discuss the history with me, and put time into additional testing and diagnosis. Through a lot of determination and hard work, Joey (and team) ultimately got us back to a reliably starting vehicle! My understanding of the root cause was an issue with the CAN bus commands that are needed to prime the fuel properly for the start conditions to be met when the engine cranks (the fuel pressure drop was a red herring of sorts). The rear SAM module was replaced first, which seemed to maybe help, but unfortunately didn't solve the issue 100%. The ECU was replaced next, which was the final piece of the puzzle. Unfortunately, this starts to get into the realm where you need experts to come in and finish the job when you start working on the computer-driven "stuff". Thanks Elite Imports - I know this car was a challenge and thorn in your side for a while. I'll be a returning customer and refer others your way as well. I really appreciate your generosity to work with me on pricing and make this more than right in the end. I'm thankful we had the ability to allow for enough time to make it all work out and remain patient (both sides) throughout the entire process, removing the pressure and stress of timelines and deadlines from the equation as best as possible. In addition to having an excellent experience working with Joey, I want to also give Ashley a shout out and Corey too. The business as a whole is customer-focused, maintains excellent communication, and is very up with the times on technology: convenient text messaging option which works much better than phone calls back and forth for most people, they're very responsive via text and phone, and they provide convenient Uber rides for customers to/from the shop. Thank you all for making us very happy customers in the end. My son couldn't be more thrilled to have his car back, starting reliably again, and running well! To anyone reading this, Elite Imports won't disappoint, and I hope you send your car maintenance and repairs their way. There are genuinely good people here and they will take good care of you and your car.

I had an amazing experience at Elite Imports Auto Repair, and I highly recommend them👍🏿! My daughter initially recommended them after they fixed her BMW X1, and she was extremely happy with their service. Based on her recommendation, I decided to take my Porsche Cayenne there, and I couldn't be more pleased💪🏿. The owner, Corey, has an excellent attitude and provides great customer service. While I didn’t get a chance to meet the technician, Wyatt, the work done on my car was top-notch. What impressed me the most is their transparency—they provide detailed information, including pictures of the issues they find. They also clearly explain what repairs are urgent and what can wait, which builds a lot of trust👌🏿. On top of their excellent work, they offer a free ride while your car is being serviced, which is incredibly convenient. I am a first time customer and had high hopes given their previous 5 star reviews, that my 1st appointment would go well for my 60k maintenance for my Honda CRV. I will not be back and am very disappointed in their Technician Wyatt and customer service. As I had to follow up to see when I could get it back, after dropping it off before they opened. I waited until 3pm for an update and then called, as I would have to secure a ride, if 5:30pm vs 4:30pm. There is a 10% off coupon online that they did not mention when I paid the bill for the rear axle fluid flush & tire balance rotation which I qualified for. They did not check the carfax that said when the previous oil change and tire rotation plus balance was done and recommended one anyway. I approved it thinking I can trust them and no harm since only $35 but 3/4 way home my tire pressure light came up on the dash. My husband checked all 4 tires and they were all at 25 or 26 instead of 30 rear, 33 front. I took pictures and sent them to Corey the Service Manager and called him before they closed on Thursday last week. He said they had checked them and that I could come back before they closed or the next day, Friday, before Memorial day weekend. I told him I was unable to come the next day due to plans after work in my husband's car. It was an extremely long day on Thursday after getting home and I was not going back across town in traffic, since it should have been done right the first time. My husband pumped up all 4 tires and the tire light has still not gone off. I checked my car manual and it said it has not been calibrated if it doesn't go off after pumping to correct PSI.I will go elsewhere to get it fixed and finish the rest of the maintenance as they forgot to do the brake fluid flush as well. A complete waste of time unfortunately and inconvenience before the holiday weekend. I would not recommend this place.

Thank you, guys, for getting my vehicle in so fast! They replaced my drive belts, engine filter, and transfer case, and performed an oil change. They sent me a complete list of maintenance items, ranked by priority. They offer a great price on an oil change package that includes four high-quality oil changes and tire rotation for $199. I had some questions about what certain things were, and Corey explained each one in detail. I also asked them if they could look at my back seatbelt, which was jammed, and they fixed it for free.
