I took my 5th Gen 4Runner to Cisco's All In One Auto Corp after a rear-end collision. Cisco and his team did a great job repairing all the damage with attention to detail and solid workmanship. There is a $100 upfront deposit for the quote, but it's credited back once the repairs are completed and paid for. It’s a fair policy that helps prioritize serious customers. Little bit of a rough start, but Cisco made it right. If you're having troubles with communication please understand it's a small and locally owned shop and you have no reason to doubt. I can't post 2 reviews so I'll edit this one. Not only does my car look better than the day I bought it, Cisco fixed my horn wiring at no extra cost. All that and I got to support a really cool shop. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

Should be completely shut down. I went in for an estimate and they insisted I sign some papers and said they were only for the $100 estimate. However the 4 pages made it legal for them to hold my car under certain circumstances even in the event they haven’t repaired your car as well as tack on additional fees after the repair. I’ve gone in multiple times afterwards and they clearly pray on young first timers who sign without reading after being mislead on the contents. They love hiding hidden new fees and multiple insurance companies I have reached out to say they are a nightmare to work with. I’d like to gather a group of people who had similar experience and file a class action if I have the time simply to prevent them from manipulating future customers. They reply to every comment acting innocent and polite but are rude and manipulative in person. Absolutely the bottom of the barrel is terms of trust worthiness and there are far better, more efficient, cost effective, polite, and quality repair shops surrounding them. It’s a miracle they haven’t all been arrested and fined.

SCAM! I visited this shop for an estimate on my vehicle and was charged $100, even though my insurance company had already completed an estimate. I wasn’t aware of that at the time, and the staff told me the fee would be applied toward the total cost if I decided to move forward with the repair. After the owner gave me a rough price range, I agreed to proceed with the estimate. However, when their final quote came back, it was unreasonably high—much higher than what I received from another reputable shop. In the end, I chose not to proceed with their services. I feel it’s unfair to be charged for an estimate under these circumstances, especially since my insurance company had already provided one (I did not know I should not have to pay if insurance company already have the estimate, until after speaking with my insurance company). I do NOT trust this company at all.

My friend crashed my truck said he will pay. Well that’s knot happening them his company said we will pay. His work place said we are not paying. I have said from the start (I don’t have any money to pay to Cisco’s ) I don’t know what to do. I can’t get a loan because I can’t pay them back. It’s the only new vehicle I have ever had. I’m just sad now. Yes I work hard 6 days a week. I have grand kids to take care of. That were my money go . Just so you know. Thank you Cisco’s Because I know you did everything you could to help me.

Started off with a simple google search of auto body shops in the area. Wish I never took my car to this place to begin with. An absolute nightmare just like other 1-star reviews stated in which they give you the run around for weeks and blame the insurance company and hold your car hostage. My insurance company told me about other customers experiences with this place and they were right. Had my car for 6 weeks and gave me the run around blaming the insurance company for not being responsive on approving new estimates, kept blaming the “small insurance company” that’s the 2nd largest insurer in the United States. Can’t take any accountability and wants to blame everyone except for himself. Businesses like this will close eventually and their shady stuff will catch up with them. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you don’t want to be lied to and not have your car for 1+ month for a simple repair.

She is like new! I dinged up my car getting out the parking garage at work and couldn't get the door open anymore. After going to a few different places for a quote I decided to go with Cisco's and it exceded my expectations. It is literally like new again and they fixed my passenger rear view mirror frame that got busted up from hail damage. They also replaced my cracked frame on my tire from a previous tire change. The process was seamless they walked me through all the steps and kept me updated throughout the process. They offered additional services to ensure a comfortable and effortless transition from drop off to pick up. ( I truly never have left a review but I had to just because the amazing work and services) My vehicle was damaged by a hail storm that left dents covering the entire vehicle. I had no idea how to deal with the insurance or price to fix the vehicle. Then, a few weeks later a skid plate flew off another vehicle and hit my front bumper cracking and destroying the passenger side. I took my vehicle into Cisco’s and right away he really did treat me like family, offering a rental vehicle, asking what I wanted to get done, taking care of the insurance aspect, and getting all the information needed and also answering all questions I had. Through the whole process he kept me up to date and checked in anytime there was progress. He outsourced extra parts that I needed and got everything done faster than I thought it would’ve taken. He even went above and beyond what I needed just to make sure I was taken care of by detailing my vehicle, trying to save me money, and taking care of the insurance. Some people say they treat customers like family, but this company really does care about other people and will treat you like family. I wrote this truly blown away by how amazing this company is run, the work ethic, and how welcoming they are. Will be recommending to anyone who needs any work done on a vehicle.
