Malori is a sweetheart but the rest of the staff has a real attitude problem. Definitely go to the Discount Tire across the street instead if possible.

Stopped in on August 5th hoping to get a quick oil change as I was in the middle of a road trip. He was very quick to get me in and was very personable giving me suggestions on sites to see while in the Denver area, I believe his name was Walter. Would definitely return again if ever in the area

Went there on October 4, 2019, they did not have my oil filter or the correct oil. Fine, re-schedule me. I return a week or so later for my 4 pm appointment. "Oh, we are stacked up, it will be about an hour." Fine, I will walk around, which I did. Return around 5:30, car still sitting there. They finally get the car in around 7 pm. I watched as they work on my car. One of the mechanics, who was probably 18, didn't know how to unscrew the filter! He had to ask another mechanic. Ok, fine. So I finally get my car around 7:30. As I was leaving, I heard a scraping. I thought it was my brakes. I bring my car to another mechanic, he tells me it is not my brakes, it is the two covers under the car, to protect the engine. He said most of the bolts were not installed. And the covers were dragging on the road. One was pretty destroyed. So a few days later, I return to Quick Lane. Of course the "manager" is too busy to meet with me. So I need to find his manager. As we walk over to chat with Anthony, I tell this other guy (who was quite helpful) that Anthony will say "oh, I am too busy to chat", so sure enough, as we approach Anthony he literally is running away from us saying, "I am too busy to talk." The second helpful guy says "this is a management issue" which must be code for a customer is unhappy. So Anthony reluctantly comes over. I explain the situation. He agrees to look at my car. They look at the underside. Another manager comes over and concludes that I hit something and about 8 bolts holding the two covers on my car miraculously fell off! I am like, huh?? This third guy says it was not his mechanics' fault and they will not fix it. Anthony returns my car to me and has to say, "oh, this car is falling apart, what do you expect?" or something to that effect. Absolutely the worse oil change experience ever. So it is going to cost me about $300 to buy and install the covers from Mercedes. (This is Dad, not Sophia, btw). I may need to sue this company to get someone's attention. This place is short on experienced mechanics. When I asked Anthony earlier if I could speak to his manager at one point, he says to me laughing, "I am the manager, CAN YOU BELIEVE IT" ~ he actually says that to me!! Groove needs to get better help. It is not clear to me how the two companies are related. I get the sense that Groove does not own or manage Quick Lane.

I have been using Ford quick lube for 85k miles on my truck, never go anywhere else. The last 4 times they cannot seem to reassemble my truck correctly. 1st, broke the glovebox slow opening damper. I get it, so I bought a new one. 2nd-4th they seem to have forgotten how to put bolts back in all the skid plates in the bottom. There is more to this story, but they strip the bolts, lose the bolts, and while driving the plates drag. Now I also had to replace the cardboard plate because it shredded. So I bought a nice $600 aluminum one. IT USES FORDS BOLTS. HOW DO WE MESS THAT UP 3 TIMES? This time it is dragging on the front edge catching everything on the road. I give up, sorry Ford you mean well but 4 times is just too much. Now all the cardboard ones are destroyed, not just the initial one.

Well, now I understand why the reviews are so low. I have tried for years to get my airbag that's defective changed and they never had the right part. By the way, this defective airbag can act like shrapnel when it goes off & kill you. Then when I call to make appointments I always get a voicemail and I never get a returned call, I guess because lives don't matter to them. If I ever go to purchase a car, it will not be from here.

Everything was a great experience! Got my 2016 f150 in with no problems got a diagnosed got with the warranty company and within one week had a very severe issue with my transmission mainframe fixed with no cost to me. Patrick in service was very knowledgeable and very informative and kept me apprised of everything every step of the way. I'd like to thank you and of course the tech that got my truck back on the road. Thanks again groove Ford thanks again service advisor Patrick!
