Got my oil change done here because of my dads recommendation. Wasn’t done properly, and had an emergency fix because something was dragging underneath my vehicle while I was driving for work. I was told to come back in ASAP by the owner John because someone else fixed their mistake. John then told me there might have been damage underneath previously to my brand new car with 38,000 miles on it. Still putting the blame on me or someone other than his tech. Sad to say, but, my father had been going here for 20 years, & will not be back. Please check your vehicle before you leave the lot here, even if you have to get underneath the car unfortunately.

I came in for a standard oil change on a new car. The oil change itself was fine. However, the engine was revved without my permission when they brought the car into the shop and then once again after the service had been completed. I was told this was because they wanted to test the oil at a higher pressure. However, through further research this is not recommended. It is especially not recommended on new performance vehicles. A small rev to check for any leaks would have been understandable (even though it is a car with less than 2000 miles and no suspicion of any leaks). My car was taken to redline on the second occasion. This was highly unprofessional behavior. Update: I had to take my car because it was leaking oil. Turns out, they got excess oil on the filter (likely from the excessive revving that raised the oil pressure) which leaked into the chassis. Nothing catastrophic but was a completely avoidable situation.

I had friends recommend this shop to me when I first moved to Colorado. That really took away from the trouble of searching for a new auto shop. These guys have been taking care of all my needs since day zero, and I recommend them to all friends and family. They're efficient, service is a breezy/ trustworthy, they don't leave oil prints all over your car, and they're all around good guys. Take a chance on them, you won't regret it.

I have been coming to John for many years, with many cars. I have always found him and his team to be honest and professional. He/they tell me what my car needs, and do just that. He/they have also referred me to another (good) mechanic when there was something more that my car needs. I have always been confident in his honesty and professionalism. 100% recommend this place they are always up front and don't rip you off!! Danny and Eric are the managers. I was convinced I needed an alternator... turns out those a******* from Christian Brothers, when they did my brakes and oil change a few months ago initially quoted me 2300... I told them no way, just do the brakes and oil change (and still ripped me off)..they didn't fully hook backup one of the air intake hoses which was causing too much air to blow and the sensor lights to go on and my car to shut off randomly while driving.... So they hooked it backup and set me on my merry way. *HIGHLY* recommend taking your car here!! I've gone to them a ton in the past and they've always done good for me. .....I kind of feel like they (Christian Bros.) did it on purpose so that I would go back and get more work done.

I came in for an oil change and was so surprised when I got home and realized they had fixed some of the issues with my back light and bumper. My car had been in an accident and without charging me or even mentioning it they did some repair to my bumper and fixed my turn signal light so it now works. One of the employees also cleaned up with me that he called out the wrong name when my car was ready and kept me waiting a few extra minutes. I didn’t mind that at all, and was super impressed that he was honest as he could have easily not told me that. I will be coming back for sure!

I went in for a full service oil change and got what their website says they do. A lot of places, especially these commercial businesses, barely complete half of what is on their 20 point service checklist. I decided to change my cabin filter and even get a transmission fluid flush done. They also checked my brakes for me! Eric was very nice, honest, and soft spoken. He answered all of my questions and I feel comfortable bringing my car here for future service. This place may not have all the bells, whistles, and sparkle that the other guys do... but they're honest and trustworthy. Bonus: If you like burritos you can eat right next door. Thank you guys for taking care of me! Edit: They even replaced the valve stem caps on my tires AND the cap to my windshield washer reservoir! Very impressed :)

I've been here a few times over the last 4 years & wish I'd simply ALWAYS used them! The pricing is fair & I find them to be very honest & straightforward! It's first come first serve (no appointments), which is why I've used a few other places, but these guys are definitely worth the wait!! Especially when you think about how long dealerships make you wait, even with an appointment, IF you can even get in! I highly recommend these guys❣️ This is the ONE place I feel doesn't rip you off or try to upsell you! As a woman, I've been to plenty of shops where they think I don't know anything & can take advantage of me-Not these guys! VERY respectful & genuine!

Great place. They looked after my father's vehicles since before I could drive and I've gone to them myself after I could. For the times that I don't go here, usually when I'm out of town or have no other option, I regret it when comparing. They'll look after you and shoot it straight, no haggling, no drama, and no doomsday "need to fix it now or else" salesmanship you'll see at the other places. If they say you need to fix it now, you best believe them. Always excellent service and quality work. You won't be disappointed.

I’ve been here a handful of times to get my oil change. It’s a convenient shop because they can get you in quick. However, in every instance I’ve gotten my oil changed there, they screw something up. They have put in the wrong miles into my carfax causing my records to be out of sorts. They sometimes forget to reset the maintenance light on my truck. And worst of all, one time they didn’t screw on my oil cap so I was LEAKING oil.

These guys are extremely trustworthy and professional. The wait is short and they know a lot about cars. If you have a weird problem or sound, they can often accurately diagnose the problem and point you in the right direction if they can’t do the repair. I 100% recommend this business.

100%💯 !!! agree with all those who remark about the speed, efficiency, expertise, integrity, diagnostic capabilities, and friendliness of Eric, Drew, Josh, and owner John. Fast Traxx is independently owned & operated, and they haven’t tried to upsell me into purchasing more services, which I find to be a breath of fresh air, and makes me wonder if that has anything to do with such a high percentage of their daily business being repeat customers, proving that sometimes success isn’t solely determined by what you do, but also by what you don’t do! When it comes to providing services and running a business that you actually look forward to supporting again & again, I dare to say, Fast Traxx may have “invented the wheel,” or at least “Trued the Wheel!”

I approached two gentleman asking about an oil change and they immediately started shaking their heads, telling me I showed up at an inconvenient time because they were mopping. Very rude, using a bad tone to an innocent customer. 👎
