I would not recommend this place to anyone. I went in for regular maintenance—just a wheel alignment. After the alignment, a new issue started: noise coming from the front driver-side tire. I went back to the shop, and they told me the stabilizer bar needed to be replaced. They charged me for the stabilizer bar and promised the noise would be gone. However, the sound is still there while driving. This was a waste of both time and money. The original problem was never fixed, and I ended up paying for unnecessary repairs. Very bad experience.

I meant to leave this review a long time ago. Ethan was amazing to work with as well as Nate. I went there after already having to buy 2 tires for my car when I had only planned on one. I talked with Ethan about what I needed done and explained my financial situation and that I know there were a couple other things but I couldn’t afford them right now, I just needed to get the car back on the road. When they got into it, there were many more things that weren’t optional, they had to be done. Before he came to me to tell me the extras, he went through and figured out how he could work with me on the price so I could get my car back on the road and safe for me and my children to be in. It was such a kind gesture, I didn’t have to beg or plead, he just put himself in my shoes and did what he could to help me. I am beyond thankful for the service and compassion I received at Brakes Plus. These are honest people just here to help, not scam you to make more money. I recommend 10/10 times. They will be honest with you and take care of you. I am eternally grateful for the service I received!! Do not hesitate to bring your car here!!

Very happy with the service. Went in for oil change, brakes check and tire rotation, they also did an overall inspection and suggested additional repairs, I couldn't afford all of them so asked to perform some repairs and get a quote for the others so I could bring it back in a month or two, they did that and had the car ready the same day. When it comes to price, I don't have a basis for comparison, my car's German so I know everything's expensive, even just the oil. I believe the price they asked for is very reasonable.
