we were quoted an hour after pre-ordering tires a week prior to be studded . pushed the appointment out almost a week after the tires landed so that they would be able to stud them prior to the appointment at least that’s what I was told . then after approximately an hour and a half wait and a missed meeting we walked out , took the car back and will never be back . again I’ll text you were told the appointment would be an hour and booked our meetings around that in an hour and a half later it was still sitting outside untouched. They dont care about your time here

Terrible experience.I literally said I they were trying to fix my car tire, and they said, 20 minutes in there was in hours to give us another 20 minutes.And now we're waiting in the building when you live with hours away more to do other shopping for a car to be done and it's still waiting

The price for tires was good, and they were able to provide insurance on previously purchased tires which was very nice. They were honest about what they could and couldn't do for us, and were timely but thorough with their service. I would recommend this store to anyone needing tires in Billings.

Highly recommend this team. 5:30pm Friday, my tire was punctured, I stoped by the store to see if they could repair, the manager checked and found my new tires were in, the crew stayed late to put on new tires, looked like the Indy 500, all jumped in to put the tires on and get me back on the road. Many thanks to this team!!!

I'm from out of town and Nate from Discount Tires made me feel at home. All of the staff treated me like royalty, offered me beverages, asked how I was doing, etc.
Tires were put on with no issues. They even price matched Costco & Sam's Club. 10/10 highly recommend.

I went in the store today to get some prices and options for tires on my car. After standing in line for about 5 mins, I was helped. I told him I needed some prices on tires for my car. He said he would get my info and someone would be out in a bit to help me. So I sat down by the front counter and waited. I sat there for about 15 minutes waiting. No one ever came. So I finally left the store without talking to anyone. Spent about 20 minutes there. The funny thing is, while waiting, the exact same gentleman that said I needed to wait, answered the phone and gave info and prices to someone over the phone right in front of me. Absolutely don’t come in for prices. Just call. Or better yet, got to lisacs down the street. Free mounting and balancing there.

These guys are awesome, ordered a set of tires and was told it would be 4 days to receive them and they were 3 days out in appointments, they called the next day and the tires arrived and I was able to get in same day.
Super fast service, very detailed about the current condition of my tires even though I was replacing them, technician came up and gave me a full briefing on the replacement set and expectations. Was in/out within an hour. Highly recommend based on the professionalism not even considering the fact they were more affordable than my local shops in Cody, Wyoming.
Will 100% have my future business and beyond happy with my Mickey Thompson Baja Boss tire purchase.
