Whoever the manager is of this place should be charged with Elder abuse the way he talked and got in the face of my 70 year old father was foul and unprofessional. I highly recommend going to any other tire shop in Billings! I did contact discount tire corporate about this and am hoping we can come to a resolution to this issue because I refuse to speak with anyone from the Billings location because of how foul the manager was I can’t stess enough just foul. Made me loose my faith in humanity a bit!

After 6 years and 55000 miles I needed new tires for my 2018 Outback. I knew what brand tires I needed and visited these folks to order a set as I knew no one in town would have them in stock. The tech I worked with was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and showed me my options. I ordered a set and in less than a week they got the to the store and kept me in the loop constant. I made an appointment and let me tell you those folks have this down to a science. Reminded me of a NASCAR pit stop. 4 techs attacked my car and had the new tires installed along with new wiper blades in no time at all! Suggested a 4 wheel alignment and 2 shops in town they work with. Answered ALL my questions EXPERTLY. These folks are 100 percent professional in every aspect of tires, HIGHLY recommended.
