Stopped at 4:30 pm Friday for truck repair. Told they couldn't or wouldn't help me till the following Monday. Truck breakdowns don't always happen between 8 to 5, but the load still has to get delivered. I guess they have enough money that they can just pick and choose who to help and who not to help when it's convenient to them

Incredibly professional work shop! had a straightforward 2h work to be done on my d13 volvo called and explained my needs, Dane acknowledged immediately what's to be done and assessed time frame and took me in immediately to get me back on the road. Knowing exactly what's needed to be done, i realized hes doing exactly that without BS overtime and overpriced labour added, moreover ive noticed their extensive check lists their doing visually all around and under body and if noticed something wrong they mention it and advise! Had oil change scheduled somewhere else but decided il leave the business to them with pleasure. innitial 2h work done on the dot. Plus, oil and filters changed, greasing all fluid levels checked ✔️ and a nice conversation on random subjects. Even got a ride to the local fast food for a meal while the work is done! Definitely won the go to shop in billings for me. They work on volvo's too and even more qualified on north American engines and trucks Best to call in advance, they are always busy but sympathetic about clients and their situation. If they can help, they will!
