had reached out to RKS because I was having some alternator problems. I was connected with Kelly, he was polite, prompt and service was unbelievable. From the time I reached out until my particular issue was fixed took 1.5 hours. He also had to go pick up the part, and help the parts employee find the proper part. I'd say this was the best service I've ever received, the most professional service I've received and I couldn't be happier. Kelly went above and beyond in my opinion. I would use this company again, and if you need some work done I would give them a chance!
