Had an appointment for recall work at 7:30am for which I was there 15 min early but they kept putting other people's vehicles before mine until I had to have my husband call the service manager so I could get out of there at 5:25pm.

This place is a joke. I had a pickup with damage to the tail gate, tail light and the side of the bed. The outside of the tail gate had to be replace as well as the drivers side of the bed and tail light. When I went to pick up the truck, there were blemishes all over the tailgate with grains of sand in the paint. It looked terrible. The ford emblem in the middle of the tailgate was put on crooked and it was hard to miss. I had a tonneau cover on it and they just rolled it up when they put it back on and never adjusted it properly so there was a huge gap between the top of the tailgate and the cover when it was closed. After complaining, it took them another week to fix everything and come to find out in the end, they never replaced the side of the bed even though it was in the quote, and they just popped the dents out. I definitely DON'T recommend this body shop to anyone.

They did a solid job, definitely over priced but can definitely afford to be as they told me 4 or 5 months minimum before they could get me in on my latest truck vs vehicle collision. Out of four estimates they were almost 20% higher than next highest one and almost double the lowest.

Would highly recommend Archie Cochranes body shop to anyone having any sort of issue. I called multiple mechanics around town and nobody could tell me what was wrong with my car, called Darryl at Archie and he knew almost immediately what my problem was, got me into the shop that week and had my car finished that same day. For anyone looking to have work done Archie is by far the best in town. They have my business and I will be returning in the future.

So, I decide to go to the grocery store with my new Raptor and I pull thru the parking spot, leaving my bumper exposed in the stall behind me. Someone decides to leave me a "gentle" lesson by damaging the plastic portion of my rear bumper. I stop into Archie Cochrane the next day and talk to Ken. They have the part in stock and Ken schedules it to be replaced the next day for about $150. I stopped in to pick it up today and Alicia (manager) and Dusty (shop super) tell me that the new bumper has some scratches and they want to replace it. They go outside to point out two (2) minor scratches that were there, but barely noticeable. They owned it, ordered a new part (over-nighted) and rescheduled. Keep in mind this is a $150 job. I am EXTREMELY happy to be treated with this level of importance and thankful for their eye on detail. Great experience!

Horrible! I can't even speak for the work that they do, but I can speak for how terribly slow they are!! I understand that it's probably a busy season with all the deer out right now, but I brought my truck in for an estimate a month ago and have yet to receive a call to inform me about what's going on!! So I called yesterday only to find out that they haven't even ordered the parts yet! She informed me that they would be ordering them in a couple weeks!! It's just beyond frustrating that they can't 2 min out of their day to call the customer and let them know what's going! I would not recommend this body shop!!!!

Installed shock was bad, rear axel assembly was replaced with a rusted leaky rear differential. Differential gears were different than stock oem, which is 3.27, they Installed a rear differential with 3.08 gears. They also said they changed the oil. They did not, oil was the same as I left it. Car was in shop just shy of 2 months. Do not take your vehicle here for mechanical repairs, you will regret it. Update.. rear passenger brake calipers are leaking brake fluid, rear differential is leaking gear oil. If you like paying for work that needs to be redone go right ahead and go to archie cochrane.

$82 to get my fog bulb and low beam bulbs replaced! And I brought in my own bulbs. Took 30 mins. No heads up on how much it was going to be. Waste of money.
