I’m writing this review because this was an awesome experience! I was in the market for a new truck and worked with Thomas who was able to get me a 2023 GMC Sierra Truck within my budget range which he had as a trade in on the lot. Thomas was very helpful and fun to work with and answered all my questions. While Thomas and I were waiting for paperwork etc. I was able to walk around the dealership and look at some of the Mercedes Benz models in the show room. I’m here to kill a bias as I was assuming these are very expensive vehicle. They are NOT and are very comparable to other brands on the market. If you are in the market for a quality car, give Thomas a call and check out the models that he has available. I think you’ll be surprised as to what he can offer you.

I recently moved to Montana and have had Mercedes my whole life, this is the 4th Mercedes dealership service department I have worked with. Beyond this my family has had a 20 year relationship with Mercedes having more than 15 vehicles and have had wonderful relationships with Mercedes Service that I can call, Colorado Springs service deparement and Mercedes of Isringhausen in Springfield Illinois. I called Colorado Springs Service Department asking for a quote regarding how much it would cost to fix my car they told me at most it would be 2 hours of labor costing no more than 400$. After Mercedes of Billings explained to me they have never seen or heard of this problem in a car, I had Mercedes Of Colorado Springs call and explain to Mercedes of Billings how to fix the problem and what part would be needed. They then explained to me there tech would need a minimum of 4 hours of work time potentially more, they quoted me just shy of 900$. I wish I read the comments of this dealership before starting my services with them, it is cheaper for me to drive to 10+ hours get my car serviced, pay for gas and drive back than it would be to have my car serviced at Mercedes of Billings, and trust that the job would be done correct and not be overcharged.

Service employee Jay was fantastic, making sure that we not only got a new battery installed, but also an oil change at the same time. The tech who worked on the vehicle, Jacob, was also very competent and did an excellent job.
