So, about 2 weeks ago my wife and I purchased a pre owned Jeep from Clay. It was by far the best experience I have ever had. Desiree the deck manager was great and easy to work with. I can say if you are look to purchase a luxury vehicle, sports car or truck this is the place to go! Also if you are looking for pre owned motorhomes on a MB chassis they have you covered.

I live over 200 miles from Billings which created some logistical issues, but from the initial phone call with Zacharey to purchasing my wife's GLA 250 a week later, the experience was dynamic. Our appointment was at 0930, we completed the test drive, final appraisal of our trade, and was on the road by 1035. I was looking for a particular car and color and found it at this dealership, but I live in VA. It was a 2023 E450 Coupe 4Matic with an emerald green exterior and a peanut butter interior. At the time I was looking this was the only CPO in the entire country with this color combination in a hard top. I was contacted by Zachary who was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process, as was the entire staff. I had never purchased a vehicle from out of state but would do so with this dealer again. The funding of the loan took longer than expected, but that’s life right now. The car is in great shape and has all the bells and whistles.

Can’t thank Ryan and his chief technician (forgot his name!) enough for their help while we were stranded on our way home to Wisconsin! Even with a jam packed schedule and on a SATURDAY they found a way to take a look at it and help get us back on the road. Unfortunately, my daughter, an 18-year-old, faced a distressing experience at the Mercedes Benz dealership in Billings, Montana. She had merely gone in for an oil change under the guidance of Montgomery Mercedes Benz in Cincinnati, Ohio. However, she was met with pressure to agree to an expensive $700 service that included unnecessary tire rotation. This was particularly upsetting as the tire rotation had already been performed just a week before at our trusted Cincinnati dealership, leaving her feeling confused and overwhelmed by the situation. The discomfort and frustration did not stop at the financial aspect of the service. To witness my daughter, who was alone, being coerced into spending money she did not intend to has been heartbreaking. We feel that dealerships should prioritize honesty and integrity in their service. Instead, my daughter was made to feel that she had no choice but to agree to services she didn't need, resulting in further confusion about whether her vehicle was truly being cared for properly. As concerned parents and loyal Mercedes consumers, we believe that this type of behavior should not go unchecked. It is disappointing to think about the trust we placed in the Mercedes brand when such incidents tarnish its reputation. We don't want to have to take our business elsewhere, such as to an Audi dealership in Bozeman, Montana, especially since we value our relationship with Mercedes. We sincerely hope that the company addresses the issues at this specific dealership, as we are left feeling disheartened and seeking assurance that others do not face similar challenges. My Cincinnati, Ohio, Mercedes Benz dealership has only been trustworthy, so we felt safe allowing our daughter to go there. She went there thinking it would be a trustworthy environment. She drove 4 hours to be treated in this manner. The other unfortunate part is they really need to replace the tires back to where they were since they were rotated a week ago. I do assume they can see the prior services. Ugh, I never write bad reviews. Mercedes Benz, Billings, Montana, don't do this to women or young women she may not decide to buy from you again. She is nervous now and I may have to coerce her to go back there instead of just getting services at the Audi in Bozeman, Montana which is 7 minutes from her. Just listen to women. If you couldn't do the service just tell the girl. She would have drove away. Ugh.

Very disappointed with the level of service from the service advisor, Ryan, at Mercedes-Benz of Billings. We scheduled service for our 2023 Metris two weeks in advance. Since this vehicle is part of a fleet program, we asked Ryan at the time of booking to begin the approval process with our fleet management company — something that can take time. He assured us everything would be handled. I even followed up three days before the appointment and was told again that it was all taken care of. However, when I showed up on the scheduled date (Friday the 26th), Ryan had just started contacting fleet management — only to find out that this dealership isn’t even an approved vendor. He then told me there was nothing he could do and offered no solution other than to pay out of pocket or leave. When I asked why this wasn’t done earlier or why I was told it was already handled, his only response was, “I didn’t have enough time.” Not only was this frustrating, but his attitude was also dismissive and unprofessional. For someone who claims to provide “the most professional customer service” (as stated in his voicemail), that was definitely not my experience. I won’t be working with Ryan again and sincerely hope the dealership addresses this internally. I do still hope other service advisors at Mercedes-Benz of Billings hold themselves to a higher standard.

The service department is the worst I've ever experienced. They had my car for two months just telling me the engine was damaged without providing any details why. The car was under warranty but they refused the warranty coverage and then quoted me a repair that was worth more than the price of the car. MBUSA was equally unhelpful in helping through the warranty determination. I finally just took possession of the car and I am bringing it elsewhere. I'll never buy another Mercedes and I certainly would never bring my car here for maintenance.

Exemplary sales service, highly recommended. I purchased a new AMG from Mercedes of Billings from Zach - the process could not have gone smoother. - he quickly gave me a competitive offer, I phoned around but Mercedes of Billings quote was as good as multiple other dealers in a 1,000 mile radius - we specced and custom ordered the vehicle. Zach helped in every step guiding me through the options - we ordered the vehicle from the factory in Germany and Zach helped track the vehicle from allocation to manufacture to the day it was loaded onto a ship and unloaded - the vehicle came over 2 weeks early and the amount when we did the transaction was EXACTLY the dollar amount Zach quoted months before, no surprises whatsoever (only the good surprise of the car arriving early!) - I spent less than 15 minutes in the financial office giving the signatures and doing the deal; there was no pressure to accept extras - Zach spent extensive time guiding me through setting up my phone app to manage the vehicle and teaching me how to use the MBUX system to configure the vehicle I would not hesitate to buy a new (or used) Mercedes from Zach in the future and strongly recommend Mercedes of Billings.

Even though we ultimately went a different route because of an aggressive clearance deal, I cannot recommend Kristiann and this dealership enough! She was incredibly transparent, super friendly, and completely pressure-free throughout the entire negotiation process. I recently purchased a 2020 Kia Stinger from Billings Mercedes-Benz and had a great experience working with Thomas and Kristiann. I originally came in to look at an Audi I found on their website. After test driving it, I realized it just didn’t feel right for me. Instead of trying to push the Audi, Thomas took the time to show me other options, including the Kia Stinger that caught my eye. He made sure I had plenty of time on the test drive so I could really get a feel for the car and make a confident decision. I never felt rushed or pressured. Both Thomas and Kristiann were professional, patient, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. In the end, I drove away in a car that truly fits me, and I appreciate the time and effort they put into making sure it was the right choice.
