I was told a 100% on a car ran around getting everything my sales man needed went back he wasn't there and haven't heard nor seen him since..now I'm glad i didn't get my car there the staff are horrible

Swindlers. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years for maintenance on my Honda. I’ve had to come back several times to fix problems that they supposedly fixed already. They try to sell you services you don’t need and charge offensive prices. They replaced my engine with a “new” one and now the engine is having problems only a year later. I’ve dumped so much money into this vehicle it should be running flawlessly! They hit you with a bunch of jargon and parts you don’t understand but just pay for it because you want your car fixed. I should have learned my lesson and went somewhere else. I feel like they don’t actually fix things or leave things undone just so you have to come back and spend more thousands. Absolute trash. I will never return.

Charged me the maximum of the estimated labor hour range to complete my repair even though my vehicle was in the shop for much less time. When I discussed this issue with the representative they refused to rectify the problem. I would take my vehicle to another Honda dealer if there was one.

It’s the worst customer service when you can’t get a simple call back about a problem with a repair. I absolutely will not use this dealer again. I like my car too much. If I can’t trust you to dial a phone, I can’t trust your work for sure.

This Fall we bought a used Honda Odyssey from a used car dealer here in Billings. We took the car to Honda Underriner to have the oil and transmission fluid changed so that we would have fresh records. Kyle Robinson went above and beyond what I expected from a dealership service center. You hear so many bad stories I was expecting to have my own. Kyle thoroughly looked over the car's long service history for me. Upon finding that the previous owner had declined changing the timing belt, Kyle ran through some options for me and gave me a very competitive price for replacing the belt. On Thursday 10/16 I went to the Honda Underriner Auto Repair and Service to have new tires (around $600) put on my car for a trip I was taking out of town the following Friday. Friday morning I woke up to a flat tire on the front of my car. When brought to the Service and Repair shop, they let me know that it was a “faulty tire” and I would not be charged for changing it out. They also let me know I would not be reimbursed because it was not their fault that the tire was faulty. Getting this changed delayed me 4 hours from when I expected to leave, but I figured its okay and to not get worked up about it. I wake up Saturday morning out of town, to another flat tire, this time in the back. The Service and Repair shop is closed, so I had to find a tire shop and pay an extra $160 for a new tire. The tire shop let me know that whoever put on the tire had tore the bead off the tire, causing it to flatten. At this point I’m out $760 and multiple hours of my time because of the Honda Service and Repair shop. This morning I take the tire in, hoping to be reimbursed for the tire I bought on my own, and the tire they gave me that was faulty due to their workers. When speaking with one of their team members, they let me know they will reimburse me for the tire I bought, but for nothing else. I voiced my frustration that I came to them expecting 4 new and usable tires, and instead received 2 faulty tires and hours of my time taken for these fixes. The worker was short with me and had no apology.
