Not friendly and welcoming! Pretty much told me that they didn’t want to take the time to work on my vintage bike and to figure it out myself. Also think they brushed me off because I’m a woman. Horrible customer service.

Hubby was on a road trip and broke down on his motorcycle near billings. We had him towed to rael cycle. Of course this happened on sunday so we had to wait til monday to see if he even had a tire for him and he did! He worked as quickly as possible to get him back on the road and it didnt cost him an arm and a leg 🙂

Don't take your old Harley or your parts will come up missing. Father-in-law took his all original Harley bike in for back breaks and speedometer cable. Came back with a different carburetor that was leaking and a full tank when taken in was empty.

These guys have helped me a couple times and treated me well. I priced other places and the big sports bike shops attempted to upsell me and gouge me on very basic work. I wouldn't take my bike anywhere other than Rael Cycle now.

So they took care of a buddy's bike rear tire, I don't know much about prices so can't really say... but these guys could work on there people skills....I don't really need to be treated like an idiot.. maybe I didn't have enuff tattoos

This place is awesome! My wife and I were bottoming out fairly frequently when riding 2 up, so I took my Raider to a different shop here in town first to stifffen up my suspension and put some new titanium braided cables on the bike (the bike had been slammed, so I wanted to put the slightly longer stock dog bones back on the bike, but left the progressive spring). After a couple of days, the owner of the other shop (NOT RAEL Cycle) called me back & said he wasn't comfortable working on the suspension, nor did he have time to put the new GALFER cables on the bike in time for me to ride on Saturday. He seemed genuine, and referred me to RAEL Cycle. He said they were VERY knowledgeable with all bikes, foreign and domestic, and could likely help me out. Let me tell you, but was he right! I dropped off my bike Friday afternoon at around 3:30pm, and picked up my bike, 100% complete by 1:30pm the following day (not even 24 hours later!), and it worked and looked beautiful!!! The father-Son combo run a clean shop, and they have the knowledge and tools to get jobs done! They earned a repeat customer for sure! Thanks guys!

I really want to say thank you to these two!!! I was really starting to lose hope for the area and its business I was in until I met the father and son shop of Rael cycles. After spending $210 dollars two days prior at another custom cycle shop having my tube replaced and tire actually put on backwards and not balanced. I limped it from Red Lodge to Billings where on Labor Day nothing was open and I had to stay another night. Tuesday morning I woke up and started to find someone to get me on the road so I could get home. Met a man that was going to charge me $30 more then what I paid to do it in a drive way. After being around this situation for a hour it didn't feel right and I parted ways with that man and made my way to this shop and wasn't sold anything I didn't need!!! Great guys excellent service and true people that got me back on the rode and headed home. I recommend this place to anyone that is in need of service to a bike. Thanks again Mike and Ric you put me on the road and headed home.

Thankfully, I stumbled upon Rael Cycle about 18 years ago. I knew that I had found the right place when I stepped through the front door. Inside sitting before me was my bikes older brother, an '82 Kawasaki ELR. Rick & his crew tuned my Kaw zrx to perfection. It had never ran so smooth until they got done with it. After moving away from Billings, I sometimes wonder if I shouldn't bring it back for Rick to wrench on.

Called Rick while on a road trip from Florida with a flat rear tire on my Roadstar. Once the tow driver got me there Rick and his son quickly got my tire off and chnged the tube. He could have gotten me for a new tire but he was honest and said I didn't need one. Watching them work they certainly know their way around bikes. They were quick and fair with pricing. I highly recommend them.

This shop is a hidden gem! No other bike shop in town had the tire I needed. I could’ve ordered one off the Internet and waited but I needed my bike now. Not only were they able to sell me a tire at a good price but they also offered to install it the same day! Whenever it comes to one of my bikes this will be my first stop from now on for sure. The owner is personable and the mechanic is knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place!

They told me we will charge you one hour for labor but I get surprise when I come back to pick my Harley because of they charged me for 4 hours and they don’t know how to explain that too. They said just pay. This is the new ignition he put on my bike within a month this ignition has already gone out.
