One thing that comes to mind is, I have a light tan interior and mechanics whether you work tire shop or brake shop there is grease everywhere and they didn’t take the time to put a plastic seat cover so if grease would’ve got on my seat well then my whole interior would be ruined and that was my one complaint. My second one was I don’t know if they thoroughly checked my vehicle because they never tried to ask me about an air filter or a cabin filter…I was never asked about a fuel filter replacement…So I just had a few questions

My Mom and I got stuck in North Dakota because of my Air conditioning not working in my Ford Fiesta we were told about LP Anderson Auto Shop from a nice woman from the Napa Store to have them look at my car after they looked at my car They immediately came to a conclusion and fixed the issue. They were a complete God send for us we had already driven a whole day in 80+ degree weather without air conditioning and it was absolute torture but now we won’t have anymore hot unbearable days driving for us the rest of our trip to Oregon. Chris, John and Doug were so incredibly helpful and sweet I would gladly come back here if I was ever having car trouble in billings again.

Had the car 5 years with never any oil on the floor after oil changes. First time going to Point S and now I have 4 puddles of oil. Wiped it up and thought I just won’t go back. Few days later, more oil (not just a few drips) so I told the wife she’d better go back to make sure all is tight and maybe just ask them to clean up under there. They told her they found no oil and everything was fine. Maybe the oil was there before. Hard for me to clean up after them because of clearance and all the shields, but I guess I will have to myself. Just go somewhere else and save the trouble.

If it wasn't for all of these guys, working us in and working together to do what they could to help... Our vacation would be over before it began. 900 miles from home, we found out our tie rod was bent form being towed out of the yard before we left. That caused a steer tire to wear down to the steel on the inside where we didn't see it until it was almost to late. So a new tire that they were able to get quickly and straightened the tie rod enough for us to finish getting to our destination and home again safely!! I know this is long, but I can't thank them enough for what they did for us and the situation we were in. To all the guys there, THANK YOU!

Walked in to get quotes on some work and see how busy things were to schedule service, two or three people behind the counter, waited in and walked around the lobby for about 15 to 20 minutes and no one even acknowledged I was in the lobby. Guess they don't like money, so I'll take my business elsewhere; and if you are needing work done to your vehicle(s) suggest you do the same.

We purchased tires here for a camper, trusting the shop to provide the correct product for the needs. Less than 6 weeks later — with under 250 miles of use — one of the tires failed. After investigating, it was discovered they had sold/installed under-rated tires designed for under 65 mph and for a lighter trailer, despite knowing exactly what trailer they were going on. They didn’t even match the original tire specs. When this was brought to their attention, the sales rep argued that “they don’t make” what was requested and had an attitude the entire time. Instead of standing behind their product and service, they blamed us claiming we drove on a flat tire. This experience shows they either lack knowledge of the tires they sell or don’t take the time to ensure they’re matching customers with the correct product. If you buy here, do your own research first. Don’t assume they’ll choose the right tire for your vehicle or stand behind it if something goes wrong.

All of the people at LP Anderson/Point S tire, in my experience, are the best in the business. Whether it’s the people downtown or out at the west end, I am always treated with kindness, patience and the desire to understand the problem I am trying to solve. Waylon, the manager downtown is great and John, the manager on the West End is such a kind person. The fellow who did the work on my vehicle, Chris, made me feel very secure in his competency, he answered all of my questions and I left the shop feeling good about the work done on my car.
