AFTER CALLING 7 DIFFERENT TOW COMPANIES IN BILLINGS AND BEING TOLD I WILL NEED TO WAIT 5-7 DAYS BEFORE THEY CAN DO ANYTHING.. Our trailer lights and brakes wouldn’t work so we took it to Hitch N Haul and they got us in immediately. They found the problem right away and got it fixed and on the road in no time. Customer service was excellent, they were very inexpensive, and most importantly they made sure everything safety feature was fully operational before we took off, including replacing a burnt out light bulb for us. A+++ and our new ‘go to’ place.

I wish I could give them zero stars. But I'm doing one star because I think everyone should hear my story. This place will STEAL your car. They towed my broke down car I had for 3 days from lithia. They had my car in their yard for several months. Upon the loan company coming to reposes the car, they refused entry to the possession company, and there for they could not reposes the car. Then they decided to go through the state of Montana and say they reached out to me (they never did), they claimed they reached out to the lien holder company (they never did and that's been confirmed), they also went as far as claiming they talked to lithia (again, confirmed with lithia they never spoke with a soul over there) and then they claimed ownership of MY vehicle. Don't do business with these shady crooks!
