Went in for a windshield replacement. Picked up my car and found mud on my steering wheel. Where did it even come from? Mud in a glass shop? And they couldn’t take 30 seconds to wipe it off before giving my car back to me. Business reached out and offered free chip repair to make it right. But it was not on my steering wheel when I dropped it off there as it was just detailed the day before.

Critelli’s got me in first thing the next morning after I found my car window broken. They gave me a quote which was $50-$80 cheaper than all the other places I called in town.
