I was looking for a shop to do a road force test on some tires I was having an issue with. I got the pleasure of speaking with Nick on the phone. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient. They were ready for my vehicle at the scheduled time and found my issue was a bad tire from the manufacturer (bought online not from Stanley's). Rather than waiting for a new tire to ship I decided to buy a new set. They had them on my vehicle in record time. I highly recommend this shop and will be returning in the future. Thanks Nick!

They went over what needed done but didn't start work until they had consent, and the work was done within a couple hours of when I dropped it off. The price was reasonable and they clarify any questions that I had. The staff was kind and considerate. I do believe I found my mechanic and I suggest them to any family or friends. Thanks guys!

These guys are the best. Professional. Knowledgeable. Fair in pricing. I trust them completely. They will go above and beyond to give a customer excellent service. I will not go anywhere else. AND they have cream soda for sale in their soda machine! I was waiting for my vehicle one day and made this delicious and welcomed discovery. You hardly ever see cream soda as a selection! Just one more reason I love going there!

Fast friendly professional service. I took my Buick LeSabre in for a no start situation and new front brakes. They had it diagnosed, called me with very reasonable estimates for the work and had it all done the same day. I'm from Cody, Wyoming and I'm a provider for the state who works with adults with special needs. We decided to take a day trip to Billings for some shopping and yummy lunch. I unfortunately got a flat tire. I panicked and decided to call Staley's tire shop. The gentleman who answered the phone was very nice and told me they would help me. 10 stars out of 5 stars!!! The guys here are absolute professionals---fair and honest. I've been going to Staley's Tire on Central Avenue for the last 3 years. I appreciate the way they always explain the situation and repair options. I live in South Dakota now and made a special trip to Billings so I could get an honest opinion on a car I recently purchased that needed some rear end work done and had alignment issues. They found the issue and went above and beyond for me by contacting Nissan and ordering the replacement part to be shipped overnight so they could repair my vehicle the next day and not cost me another night in a hotel. The repair costs were much lower than I was expecting. I would highly recommend this business and appreciate the peace of mind knowing repairs to my vehicle are done correctly and my vehicle is safe to drive.

Their frontage road location is absolutely great. Currently trading in my vehicle that I’m already not getting a great deal on and I brought in some loose wheels for dismount/mount with no balance to save money. Not only did they treat me exceptional even though they were making practically nothing off of me, they repaired a leaking nail that I knew was in one of the tires for free. Was going to plug it myself after they were done but it was a very nice surprise to see they already did. Will now take my new vehicle here for all my work.

Experience started out great they had a set of decently used tired for my daughters car (who is only 16) with a decent price. Once I got there they then told me I had to pay more money due to having custom wheels. I let them know that know one told me that to start so they waived the extra fee. I drove about 20 miles and noticed a horrible clunking and grinding noise. Come to find out they hadn't tightened any of my lug nuts thr front left was the worse sounded like a drum being beat on. I do not recommend them and will not be going back to them.
