I’m sure the people at Sam’s club would agree their corporate policies for the tire shop sucked they would not put tires on my car because I was missing a lug stud I would’ve paid them to fix it but they would not what kind of tire shop doesn’t replace wheel studs not satisfied with their service

They don't like to repair tires here for some reason, just lazy I guess. If the hole is anywhere but right in the center of the tread they will tell you to go up the street to a shop that isn't afraid to work.

I'm an out-of-stater so this experience has made me feel so grateful and so blessed. I had gotten a flat coming up from Wyoming and I still needed to make it to the upper part of Montana and one of the guys there did his absolute best to patch my tire up and, sure enough, he did it. I was so nervous and antsy thinking that I might need to buy two brand new tires or do some other drastic action to make it to where I needed to go. Lo and behold, I am back on the road thanks to one of the guys that works in that tire place. Thank you so much. I will never forget this.

Will not use Sam's Club for tires again. While the price was good, the service was not worth it. We were first told we would be called when the tires we want were in. They ordered them and never called. When we called, we were told they had arrived 2 days ago. At that time they offered to schedule an appointment which we did for the upcoming Sunday at noon. We got there for our appointment and are told it will be 1 to 1.5 hours. After 3 hours of waiting, we go back to the counter to ask about an update and time frame. We were told it is almost done with some attitude and told to have some patience because they were double booked. Which doesn't make sense to us because we had an appointment. If someone came in without an appointment, they should have been serviced after us or told to make an appointment for another time (which is what we did and were told a week before this happened). We were frustrated with how long it took but the worst part, and the part that made us mad, was the very poor customer service. An apology would have gone a long way. We will not be coming back for tire service again because of the way we were spoken to.
