Happy to have found this qualified Land Rover repair shop in Billings close to northern Wyoming. Friendly, knowledgeable service at fair prices. They only repair what is really needed or wanted. It gives me great joy to say great things about this shop!! I was in Billings for work. Actually just passing through. Not knowing anyone or any shop I was at the mercy of referring shops. Shops that were too busy to get me in before 3 weeks time. This family owned business. I called on Friday and she said she could get me in on Tuesday. Much better than 3 weeks. They could have told me that my problem was much worse and changed me for a new rear differential. Instead he just changed out the seal that went bad and put more fluid in and charged me a much smaller amount. I can’t tell you as a women out of state how terrible it is having to trust strangers. Mr. Hall went above and beyond when I tried taking my Prius start/stop battery back to Toyota Dealership because it was bad and still under warranty. The Toyota dealership took it and a couple hours later told me it was actually good. I brought it back to Mr. Hall who tested again then confronted Toyota. I got money back for that bad battery because he was persistent. 10/10, no notes. I am super appreciative. Many thanks, Autoworks!

Paid to have my car fixed. Was never fixed. Went back again and still not fixed. My check engine light is on, and they would like me to wait three weeks for them to look at the problem I originally paid them to never fix!!!! Waste of time and money. I also found their “jokes” masagonistic. Save yourself the trouble and find a decent mechanic

I was traveling from Minnesota to Bute Montana when my air stopped working. I called at noon asking if i could be seen at 3 while passing through and these guys fit me in and were able check my car out. I would highly recommend this business.(Might i add it was a Friday and they were clearly busy)

Our car broke down on the highway far from home. We called a few repair shops and were fortunate when Eldon of Auto Works 360 in Billings, MT answered the phone. His shop was very busy but he looked at our car when the tow truck delivered it and had us on the road again the next morning after replacing the starter. This shop is honest, caring, and does good work!
