Approached him and asked if he could possibly weld in a catalytic converter for me, and he was very rude and condescending before turning me away. Not the place for that kind of work apparently.

A new muffler exit side pipe I bought for a tractor I have is 2" the old one is 1.875". The next pipe in line could not be expanded enough to get onto the new muffler. After about 3 minutes in the shop my old pipe came out with the last 2 or 2.5 inches having been stretched out to fit my new muffler. It was handed to me with a have a great day and he went back to work in the shop. WOW I went to them because of a radio ad I had just heard. This place is as good as advertised!

I've gone here two times, and had nothing but quick and friendly experience. The owner/operator seems to really know his stuff, and anytime I have a muffler issue I will absolutely return here. Another user gave a poor review for standing around waiting. As with almost any car service, call ahead and make sure they have time to see you!

I am giving this gentlemen a five start rating because his service was speedy as hell and REASONABLY priced. I was told what needed to be done and what I could have done along with the price upfront. I was told by this other exhaust shop in Billings and they said I would have to have dual pipes installed because "the drone would drive me out of the cab" as they said. When I called Silent Knight and asked him about it and he said I would not need that. That was music to my ears and he did a great job on the install. This is the only place I will go to any exhaust work done because they don't feed you lines of bullshit like Interstate Mufflers.

Excellent exhaust work! Terry is the best. Got my catalytic converter replaced quickly and cheaper than any other places I looked into. Highly recommend him for any exhaust repairs you might need. Update: Needed a cat replaced on another car and Terry again came though with a great price and quick replacement. Still very highly recommend.

This owner operates his own shop he is a 1 man show doing the paperwork to doing all the work. His shop is very clean and he is very good at his job. I heard though he will be retiring in May I believe and that will be a sad deal for our community. We truly need more people like him.
