If I could leave negative stars I would!!!! Got my auto start installed last February. Had problems with the car not starting when the button was pushed. Brought t in and they treated me like I was dumb and didn’t know what I was doing. Had them look at it again and they told me it was something with my car not their starter. Had my car checked out and put a brand new battery in it And I still have the same problems. Awful customer service. Takes me twenty minutes of the car running through its three start attempts before it it will start on cold mornings WHEN YOU NEED IT MOST! The real kicker... my co worker had her auto start done here also and has the same problem!

"There's nothing in our shop that could have caused that.." Let me start off by saying that from the sales to the installation they did a very good job. I was treated well, they went above and beyond to answer all my questions and gave me what I think was a good price on the system and installation, and also to fit me into their very busy schedules. I couldn't be happier with the system and with the professionalism with which it looks like it was done. I would recommend them as a place to definitely check out if you are in the market to get a sound system for your car. HOWEVER..... when I went to go pick up my truck I noticed a large scrape on the rear driver side panel that was NOT there when I dropped it off. I had just washed the car right before I dropped it off that morning and hand dried it and would have definitely noticed it as I was drying since it is fairly large and hard to miss. While I can't be sure that it was one of their service guys that accidentally scratched it, it must have happened while on their property. Either in the parking lot or during the installation process. I walked into the store and asked to speak with the person that drove my car and brought him out with me to look at it, before we even got close to it he says "Nope, there's nothing in our shop that could have caused that" and starts walking back into the shop..... that's it.. didn't even get close to look at it or seemed concerned about it. I stood there in disbelief as he started walking back in. I went back inside, quickly paid for the service and drove off. The scratch looks like someone scraped the side of the truck into a white pole or something. Looking at their shop, they have various vertical building structures (you can see it in their shop pictures).... I firmly believe they accidentally turned too close and rubbed one of those up against my panel. It's a fairly large truck so I can see that happening. I'm not trying to scam them and lie to get them to fix it. I have many other scratches on my car caused by me. But I was VERY disappointed in the lack of concern of this individual (won't give out his name on here). If you're still reading this, like mentioned before, they do good work and most of their staff gives you great customer service. It's a shame that a good experience with the rest of the business and their team was ruined by the carelessness and disinterest of one of their employees.

I waited to post a review for a few months (had the installation back in January) just to see if there was any problems after and much to my surprise. ....none. I have a 2001 Ford f150 and had a I dash stereo/DVD player with a back up cam and a under back seat installed and much to my surprise ...no problems and still working without a issue . Very clean work even tho it's a older truck . Would definitely go back and will to get the speakers replaced in the doors. Great job all the guys at Good Vibrations ..

Dont go to good Vibrations. Son had sub installed last year at Good Vibrations. Went in today to get the same sub system installed in his new car. Instead of setting up an installation appointment the sales rep said his system ( The exact same system from last year) that they could not install it. The sales rep than pushed a whole new system that good vibrations sales. Scam to try to get a Teen to buy a whole new system instead of just installing a system already owned and in good condition. No one will answer the phones to complain to.

The buying experience went well and the installation was fine. About a month later experienced a technical issue with the install. The sales guy wanted to push the repairs off for FOUR days which wasn't acceptable. After some insistence, they got me in right away and within minutes diagnosed and fixed the issue. Technical Service was great.

Absolutely the worst place to purchase a stereo at,booked an appt ,2 weeks out was soonest could get me in,ok,no problem, pic out a stereo, was given zero facts about it,told them what I wanted,said they would need to order parts in for my car,ok. Now I get a call from them,day before appointment saying they could not get kit to fit my car in, no options for anything else,just tough luck you'll need to reschedule, I had already waited 2 weeks, I check on line and the kit is readily available, can have it next day, I call their competitor,Garrett's across town and they have kit and wiring in stock,I go and buy it there,take it to Good Vibrations, they use it ,put in my stereo, don't give me any sorry,we'll try harder, nothing! To top it off,put new unit in and don't even tell me how to turn it on,link my phone,navigation, anything!! This was my last purchase there! I'll go to Jarrets from now on!

I wanted to post a review after the installation. They were short staffed yesterday when my vehicle had equipment being installed in it. They did such a wonderful job on the installation and even though they were short staffed they to quality time making sure everything work and sounded amazing! Huge shout out to the manager I believe is who helped me and another gentleman. My speakers just stopped working on my way to an appt and I called he said yeah we will look at it and see what we can do. We'll he did and found out it was just a loose wire. First place to choose when shopping for new audio equipment in Billings! I’ve been coming here for over 14 years cause they always have a phenomenal up-to-date selection of products. Even if they don’t have it just ask, they might be able to order it. They’ve had lots of folks work for them over a course of a decade but they’ve always been welcoming, friendly & the know how.
