Brought my car (2022) and the estimate was well below the actual cost. 1) Took a month when we were told a week. 2) Paid over $1,000 in car rental fees because of delays. 3) Was told incorrect information (twice) about trucking delays (holding up getting parts) due to snowy roads and then two weeks later being told the part(s) were on back order. A lot of human errors and mistakes.
