I travel across Montana from Missoula, to go back and see this crew, everything electrical to mechanical that I know for sure. I am writing because they helped me out with a tow when I was in a dire strait, fixed my engine up and gave me time and opportunities to be able to pay the cost. Then covered the tow after all. My van is my tiny home, it is my everything. . . If there were 6 stars. . . Finally a mechanic that listened, when several others did not. I had a quirky fuel problem and asked they remove the gas tank and find the leak. They did find the problem w/o removing the tank ! Turned out be an added part from previous owner. Pre armed with another possible disbelief I asked they humor me and that I NEEDED them to remove the tank and find the leak. Joel came out, and treated me as if I actually knew what I was talking about. This was HUGE. HUGE !! He showed me the issue and talked through next steps. It was really cool listening and watching the collaboration between the mechanics of how to fix the issue. My van runs like a charm now. I can really feel the difference!!!
