Great shop, friendly, honest and reasonably priced. Traveling through town in my minivan rig, needing an alignment on the fly and they got it done quickly. Some other issues popped up, understanding I needed to save money and was obviously distressed, they gave me a free rotate and balance, not pressing too hard the fact that I really need a full new set. The staff could not have been more understanding and kind, we were in constant clear and open dialogue. Left feeling very heartened that I found such a gem of a shop on my travels!

Worst shop on the planet. Called for two front tires. They said okay. Go down there they say oh your lugs are stripped you need new ones so I go buy new ones then I come back then they say oh legally we aren’t allowed to just change the front two okay then put them on the back and the ones on the back to the front. No can’t do that cuz we locked our mechanics tool box over the weekend. Come back during the week. Ugh for one no. I’ve been here for 4 hours. Second no I’m not missing work cuz you guys aren’t prepared. And the front lady is rude cracking jokes laughing at my misfortune. Then they drive my car on the gravel instead of leaving it on the payment. Let’s destroy my tires even more. Wasted four hours of my life was lied to and treated like absolute garbage. Never got we are so sorry sir. Just little children throwing fits when I refuse to buy 4 tires when I from the jump said I wanted two front new tires. From the jump. Avoid this place. The 50 bucks you save not going to discount tire isn’t worth how you’re treated.

I went in for an alignment. I dropped my pick up off and told them to give me a call if anything comes up or goes wrong. An hour later they called me and told me my pick up was done. They charged me for the alignment. I asked for a print out of the alignment specs and they continued to proceed with the check out. I then had to ask for the specs again. They came back and told me they actually did not get to align my vehicle because of some knock out tabs which had already been knocked out. I asked for a quote of what it would cost to get it taken care of. They told me to wait for the mechanic to change his clothes and when they went to ask him for a quote he sounded annoyed because they were going to close in 15 minutes. Im hoping i get my refund.

We bought a used motorhome in Billings and we were told it may need new tires. Upon arriving to look at the motorhome we discovered the tires were beyond weathered. We called Lisacs and they offered to stay open late in order for us to get the motorhome to them so we could purchase tires. Angie and the other employees went out of their way their way to allow us to get the motorhome safely back to Bismarck ND. I would recommend this business to anyone. Thank you again
