My brakes locked up and this place was close thankfully. I dropped it off and they called me 15 minutes later and told me they didn't want to work on my truck. "There's too much shady work under there, I won't even go there" and that was it. Here's your keys. Goodbye. What kind of mechanic turns away work??? Needless to say I see no point in ever returning. They probably won't do the work anyhow. Judging by some of these other reviews I lucked out.

Great service other than how dirty the inside of my vehicle got from them driving it inside to get tires put on. There are plastic covers to protect the seats. I showed Aaron the mess he said well the mechanics are dirty

Total waste of time. Called the day before and booked an alignment. Told the lady it had a 2.5 inch Carli lift and would need to be aligned to Thuren specs. Asked if they could do that, she said yes they could, no problem. Drove in from Roundup only to be told "our tech doesn't like to do that". Waste of 3 hours and $100 bucks in diesel fuel. Go somewhere else because the shop runs the show and the front desk is incompetent.

Tires replaced 8 months ago. Tech screwed up tire sensors. Woman at desk said it was probably a bad computer in my car. It wasn't. Brought flat in to have fixed. I took it off of car myself because I didn't want my sensors damaged again

I think they are hit and miss. Years ago it was better managed. I recently got tires there for one vehicle. Had to go back and have the air sensors replaced, because none of them worked after the tire change. Plus they need to be calibrated as they are not agreeing with the actual tire pressure. Then I went to get an alignment and tires on another vehicle. They said they couldn't align it and gave me a $1200 quote. It didn't sit right with me so I had another mechanic check it out. Every part they wanted to replace was good. The track bar wasn't. Cost me $140 to get the track bar replaced at a different mechanic. Took it to another tire shop that offered the tires at the same price. They checked my alignment after the track bar was replaced as well and it was good. I can't in good faith trust Lisac's mechanic.
