I bought a used valve cover fir my 6.7 he got it from the back shed under a bench with normal shop dirt on it nombig deal I went to put it in acouple of weeks later and found it was cracked and at one point somebody put rtv over part of the Crack so I took it back and he denied that was the one he sold me he said he would never sell one with a Crack but indeed he did he never even knew he had one had to ask his shop guy ( who is a very smart diesel mech.) if he did and where it was we go to this junky shed in the back and had to look hi and low for it he also said the bolts were the wrong bolts and it had paint on it so it wasn't his but the fact is when I bought it I took it home took it out of the car put it inside the spare room until I was able to put it on never touched it again so those wrong bolts could have only came from him the paint could have only came from him it was his nobody else's. So I would not take a diesel powered tricycle to his shop because he is a liar and a cheat and he proved himself to me I have 3 other diesel trucks I would have sent him if he was hones and said he didn't know it was cracked and just made it right but that 100 dollars he made off ripping me off is obviously worth more to him than a repeat stead customer Honesty goes along way and gets better reviews than a liar and cheat

Ervin and the rest of the crew at Wicked were my heroes yesterday. I was visiting Billings for a very stressful dentist appointment for my daughter and my car stopped working that morning but I had to get to her appointment. They found and towed my car and took care of everything while I could focus on my daughter. They were so quick and so kind and had my car back to safe and running for our long drive home. I will recommend anyone in the Billings area to use them for all your auto repair and maintenance needs. They went above and beyond for me when I really needed it. We were traveling east and broke down in Billings pulling our fifth-wheeler camper on a Saturday. I googled for a diesel mechanic and called Wicked Diesel. The best thing we ever did. The owner was happy to help us. We lost our fuel system due to bad fuel we had just filled up with. He worked diligently for four days to get us back up and running. He went up and above the call of duty to help us. We will return to him from Helena to have him work on our pickup anytime we have any issues. He's thorough in his work. Our pickup runs great again! I am so impressed with the services that Wicked diesel and auto specialist offers. I have taken two vehicles to them to get fixed and they did wonders. First my Ford Escape needed a water pump and they completed the work same day. Explained everything that needed to be done every step of the way. Next I brought my Toyota Corolla in on Monday for a control arm repair not expecting them to get it finish as they said it wouldn’t be until Tuesday but they got it completed and ready for pick up on monday! I also needed tires for the front and they got those for me too! Excellent customer service, excellent work. Will definitely be going there for all my mechanic needs. Thank you so much!

I was charged $1,700 to fix a coolant leak in my vehicle. After 7 days, my car was “fixed” and it leaked worse than before I took it in. Irvin replaced the water pump and thermostat housing as he said he witnessed it leaking, but it was in fact the water inlet leaking in top of the thermostat housing. I took the car back to the shop everyday for 7 days and air in said he could not locate a leak. I had to find the leak myself. Irvin then agreed to order the part that needed to be replaced stating that the part was old brittle and plastic (which tells anyone with half a brain that said part should have been replaced with the water pump/thermostat. I had to wait a week for that part to come in. Conveniently, his shop was broken into when I was to drop the car off, the part for my car was stolen in the break in. At this point, I was told to come back in a week and drop the car off on a Saturday, after multiple attempts to verify he had the part, he stopped responding. I now live in Bozeman, so I drove to Billings to drop the car off expecting to get an answer, hopefully a fixed car. Irvin told me the part wouldn’t be in until Wednesday. Made an appointment to drop the car off the following Saturday. I drove back to Billings from Bozeman and Irvin said he was not able to get the part from the dealership. By this point it has been 2 months since I paid $1,700 for my car to be worse off than it was before taking the car to him. I have returned the car to him over 10 time. I told Irvin I would be leaving honest reviews about my experience. Disputing the charges and/or taking him to small claims court if he would not fix the vehicle he failed to repair for a premium price. He responded with he would not be talked to like that, and told me I could find someone else to fix my car. I will be reporting him to the better business bureau, filing a civil case and leaving reviews everywhere possible. I hope this helps other people avoid his unprofessional and unethical business at all costs.
